Its a nightmare for us. We booked this apartment for a month stay as my wife got Kidney Transplant at Blk max, though this place is far away from blk max Hospital. The price range offer in 2bhk apartment was quite low but upon reaching this place its very small rooms. In the above listings its shows there was only electricity charges but after booking the host send us his details that water, laundry, electricity everything you order will have to pay. If i have to gave this apartment a fair review i won't give even a single star. After checking this place we ask host to send us the drinking water but he took almost 4 hours to provide that drinking water. When i called this host about the issue he said I don't care weather your wife got kidney transplant or whatever he said the company will provide drinking water not me. I went down to meet him for request regarding water but he is heartless person. He started yelling at me and said don't teach me to do business and whatever etc etc I have booked this apartment for a months but thay has become my biggest fault that i trust Airbnb. I stayed so many places in India at Airbnb but this time one of the most difficult time we have to stay at his place. Before booking there is clearly written that they will provide floor mattress for living room but because of his ego my mother who just donated her kidneys have to sleep in floor. In my life i never encountered this sort of person in my life. So inhuman doesn't listen to others problem. He only cares about money The water cost has not shown in listing but it cost 100 per Jar.. The tap water is not suitable for anything it smells terrible If you planning to stay for longer than week you will know how this person is. After requesting so many times he didn't gave us matress and we forcefully have to seperate the bed matress fom eachother to sleep in floor. This the pain im writing in my review. Think 100 times before booking this place from Airbnb.

We stayed in apartment number 404 for three days. The apartment was only occupied at night. We reached the apartment late at nights. But at the time of vacating the room, a electricity charge of Rs.1050 was charged. They say we used 105 units of current. About 35 units for a day's use. I think this includes the current charge bill for any of their other apartments. They say this while vacating the room and taxi driver is also waiting. There was no argument as it was flight time. Apartment renters beware.

5/5😀😀😀The Ravesh Services Apartment this is the second time I've stayed here Services are very well and good staff. Appreciate the approach and services towards customer. Situated at very well and nice location. Good and qualified place to use the services and each time has surpassed my expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially satish & OP who remembered me from past stays. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Average apartment no natural air or sunlight in apartment you need to switch on all the day tubelight. Other wise ok to live for couple of days. They will charge extra for electricity and you drinking water need to buy which is 100rs each 20 liter bottle. Also there were lot of noise coming into our flat during night so if you are staying with patients you will find deficult to sleep.

I stayed with my family in one of the apartments for more than 10 days. I would say the apartment was very clean, kitchen had all kinds of pans, pots and cutleries, staffs were very helpful everytime, Raveesh was extremely responsive, very quick turnaround time. Overall we had a pleasant stay except for the surrounding area which is already mentioned on the page (we already knew). Great value for the price!

It feels like a small 2BHK apartment and they have kept it sparkling clean and for the price they're charging it's better than any other bnb in this locality. They've provided with all the basic amenities and cleaning services. The Host RAVEESH sir is very easy to talk to , haven't had any issue so far with the stay.

A good service apartment in delhi, budget friendly. Service wise just okey. But it was clean and all when they gave it. No frequent house keeping and not available.
