    They called patients 0730 am for PET scan but staff is reaching at 0830. There is no one in centre till 0830 am. When you are booking the test slot, they ask for some reports but when you reach to centre, they will ask you for so many reports and your history report. If you do not have the reports than ..... I will suggest the patients not to go to HOD karkardoma for PET scan or so. Better go to HOD Rajouri garden. There staff is well behaved and on time. Very bed experience with Karkarduma test centre.

    The counter 2 girl assistant was very helping and cheerful. But the testing staff particularly a male seemed arrogant …..the overall upkeep of the centre was not very clean and posh ……looked very ORDINARY ……..Mosquitoes flying everywhere…….old furniture…….patients sleeping in the waiting area reception……the state of Affairs appears detoriated

    I had a fantastic experience at HOD House of Diagnostics , largely due to the exceptional service provided by the front office executive Ms. Anjali Narang. Her professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude made the entire process seamless. From scheduling appointments to handling inquiries, she exhibited a remarkable level of competence. I appreciate her attention to detail and the way she ensured a welcoming environment. This front office executive truly enhances the overall patient experience, and I commend their outstanding customer service skills.

    My earlier experience in the morning today was of course not satisfactory and I had to revisit HOD in the evening for the same test but this time Dr Gaurav Katyal did his job very carefully and diligently. He is very well-behaved and excellent human being. I wish him all good in life!

    I think H.O.D. is fine and nice but I am absolutely wrong. Today I went to the H.O.D karkarduma for my Father's Echo. The staff was very disgusting and uneducated. When my father was going inside the room I told one of the staff member to take care of him because he had an major road accident and still having its impact. When my father came out of the room and when we were going home he told me that The staff was rude and one male member who's operating Echo told my father to laid down on bed without help and also told him to get up from bed himself. This was difficult for my father. Such a less educated and unprofessional staff and service. I Never ever choose H.O.D again.
