i talked to them on call and the person picked the call was very rude and "badtameez" .. didnt even tell me about product availability. koi mat purchase karna yahan se..the behaviour of staff was rude abusive and arrogant

We had ordered our products from mohali 10 days back . The sales manager or clerk there told us that products will be delivered only on full advance payment and thru speed post. But actually Products were couriered two days after the payment from a third grade courier service which does not have an office in Mohali. We had to call repeatedly for dispatching the courier, and then for docket number. Upon tracking the courier the site showed nil as result and then again we had to call repeatedly for tracking the courier. They charged us 250/- for a such a poor courier service and also charged 18% GST with no bill. In nutshell it is unprofessional un ethical poor and fake company which provides third grade service. The staff is arrogant and abusive.
