Recently spent approximately 50,000 on suit pieces along with a relative. After coming back home noticed that few did not have chududar pieces in them. In one packet just damaged 1 meter fabric was placed instead of 2.5 meter. You need to thoroughly check and measure each set before buying. It is just unprofessional to hide and keep defective items deceitfully in the packet. If one is buying in bulk it is a loss.

Their priority is not at all customer satisfacton. I bought a lahenga for wearing in a function and left that piece at their shop for fitting but at the time of delivery they stated that piece is not availble . At the last moment when my all hopes were on that piece they said go and buy other stuff from market we can not help you in getting that piece. They took complete payment as well and after keeping the piece for almost a week they ditched. I would not recommend any one to go for hastkala as they have no professionalism.

One of the best places in Lajpat Nagar to shop for wedding clothes. The variety is awesome, price point is decent, staff is very helpful and patient specially the ladies named Uzma and Rahela. The cherry on the cake is they have an in house experienced tailor master and can alter the dress(in my case they transitioned a lehenga in an anarkali beautifully) as per your choice and fit. Overall a 12/10.

Hastkala is a fraud outlet, they do wrong commitments with the customer and do not refund the amount on failure of commitment. Do not buy outfits from them. The way owner of the outlet speaks to a customer, it's pathetic .

Worst shop in lajpat, they take money from customer dresses are like 8k and then do not deliver proper dress, they ruined my cocktail dress when they promised they will make it perfect n when I went they refused to accept their mistake

Don’t waste your time and money here the staff is pathetic. They will try to tell you that they will alter your stuff and give you better things but the are not going to deliver it.
