The sales team and the customer service team are exceptionally good at their job. I went for a adjustment to my watch strap and could get it done in just 5 min. The have a good collection of watches in various price ranges and hence it's a good for all store.

I went in asking with my wife to buy a specific gift watch. The staff was respectful and showed us the collection with utmost respect. The process was smooth and we were informed about every step as part of the purchase. The store was tidy, we entered after having sanitized our hands and were greeted properly. All in all, great experience.

Wonderful showroom for every Titan watch and a few other watches that you could ever look for. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I found the model that I was looking for. They've got all the collections - right from kids' to adults, to smart watches to Tissot watches too! Overall, definitely recommended if you're looking for Titan watches and you are in CP. ✌️

Titan World Service Center has been a terrible experience. They initially said it would take 15 days, but it's now been a frustrating 45 days, and they keep extending the timeline. They don't seem to care about meeting deadlines or communicating properly. It's really unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this service center unless you have a lot of time to waste and don't mind empty promises.

Titan World is wrist watch shop situated in Connaught Place in New Delhi. This is an outlet of Titan, where people can purchase the wristwatches of Titan and Fastrack. The official watch straps and batteries are also available in this shop. The ambiance of this shop is nice. Moreover, the salespersons were well-behaved and helpful.

A one stop solution for anything related to watches. The store is well maintained I.e it is clean, air-conditioned and easy to walk around. The staff is very polite, helpful and know their job very well. Watches ranging from casual wear to the most glamorous occasion can be found here. The watch repair area works so smoothly and efficiently like a well oiled machine. The charges are nominal and they don't charge you for consultation, they only charge you if get any repairs done to your watch. Parking is available in front of the store. It's a very delicate place so be careful in case you have kids in your company or if you yourself are a Klutz. The place is perfect for anything and everything watches.
