I experienced this at TEAM CORE - VIKASPURI. I had encountered an injury which could have turned into a HUGE ACCIDENT leading to breakage of bone joints in neck , or could have caused severe knee and lower back injury, for which there is no going back in my life. I feel compelled to write this review. On 17th April, While using a Smith Machine I used the stepper (Which was broken) due to which it didn’t hold a firm ground and the STEPPER FLIPPED. Not only that, the area where the smith machine is kept has UNBALANCED FLOORING (the worst thing in a gym which will automatically make you lose your balance). Tripping of stepper and unbalanced flooring led to the ROD DROP ON MY NECK!!! The manager was standing right next to me and did not provide me any guidance of safety. No help or assistance was provided to me while I was using the machine. After the incident I gently asked the manager as only he was present there at the moment to get the repairs done as it could lead to such incidents often and more people can get injured. Although this is something which has been conveyed to them several times. On 18th April, the owner was present in the gym and I again gently ask him to make the repairs for which he starts blaming me for taking extra precautions while working out and supporting his due diligence by arguing and saying I quote, "Such incidents happen in the gym". While I revolt and ask them if they have any Professional certification to run this gym or any of the gym trainers are officially trained for such incidents or are from Professional background, In response they started to group me as a threat as If they will Hit me or Punch me. Moreover after that I was BANNED FROM THE GYM in their defence. The Gym Owner said, I quote "He will not come from tomorrow in this gym'". They have totally neglected the fact that any serious injury could have happened to me. This gym promotes the use of steroids, male trainers use female washrooms and I have all the proof. I have upload a review video on youtube. As a customer, I expect to receive high-quality service, functional equipment and a safe environment. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, poor maintenance and negligence that I experienced. I feel that my SAFETY, HEALTH, TIME and MONEY was put at risk, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service that I received

Pathetic gym. Owner doesn’t have any manners to talk to members even if its females. There is just single trainer available on the floor who is busy in playing cards on his mobile phone and is not at all bothered about providing training to members. Most of the equipments in the gym are broken and not well maintained.

The place is nice with good equipments and machines. The space is somewhat less but has all the necessary equipments.

First and foremost, the gym equipment was in poor condition. Several machines were out of order or in need of maintenance, which significantly limited the available options for workouts. It was frustrating to come to the gym with specific exercises in mind only to find that the necessary equipment was unavailable. Moreover, the cleanliness of the facility was subpar. The floors were dirty, and the workout areas were cluttered and poorly organized. There was a distinct lack of attention to detail when it came to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, which is crucial in any fitness facility.

The air-conditioning is not satisfactory. The washrooms stink. These are the only 2 complaints I have. Everything else is good.
