I had severe pain in lower back and left hips, we saw good reviews on google about Dr. Ravinder Kumar and decided to give it a try. After 3-4 sessions lower back pain was reduced by 30-40%, had total of 12 sessions and back pain is almost gone, still have stiffness that will go away post exercise. Pain in the hips is still there but has reduced by 70%. It’s a good procedure and I am happy with the results. Dr. Ravinder is very empathetic and exactly knows the pain point of the patient. I had mild stage of frozen shoulder from past few months and was in too much pain due to which I wasn’t able to take my right hand back. Arm stiffness followed with literally no arm movement made things even worse. Dr. Ravinder and his team has been super helpful in relaxing my arm and ensuring proper movement of my arm. I went to Mr Kumar for my severe lower back pain which was their since last 2 months and recurring calf & knee pain since last 6 months. During his examination session he said it will take 10 sessions to cure your condition. I opted for 10 days package and paid 18 k immediately at the reception & keep on going for these sessions without fail for 2 weeks leaving my job everything else aside with hope that I will be cured but sorry to say I didn't get any relief and I am suffering from same pain as of now which I keep on saying same thing to Dr Kumar in every session that because other support staffs were only to conduct 3-4 home exercise kind of physiotherapy. During last session he said now you continue home exercises (which I was already doing since last 2 months) & seems he was not having answer for my pain. & asked to come for paid session of 2 k whenever required.

But his staff at recieption has no idea what so ever, very ill spoken and in experienced. Does not listen to patient and are sitting just to collect money, Waving hands and pointing fingers while talking. After my pathetic experience with staff, i have decided not to visit again.

My experience with this chiropractor was extremely disappointing. From the outset, the doctor seemed more interested in making money than providing genuine care. I was pushed into a costly package of 7-8 sittings, totaling a staggering 14000, not including his fee of Rs 800 for a general checkup. Despite the hefty expense, I experienced no relief even after completing all sessions. On the 8th day, when I forgot my wallet, the doctor outright refused to treat me, showing a lack of understanding and empathy. Moreover, the doctor prescribed medication that was exclusive to their own drugstore, making it unavailable elsewhere. This blatant attempt to capitalize on my condition by forcing me to buy their proprietary medication is simply unacceptable. Coupled with the lack of relief and compassion, it's evident that this chiropractor prioritizes personal gain over patient well-being.
