    Due to my health issues, I am no longer able to spend time at service stations and personally supervise the work done thus I rely on the trust that people will do their job diligently. The timing belt replacement was overdue so, I thought about getting it done from an authorised service station. All the service centres near my home have shut down so, the closest option is in Moti Nagar (about 28 KM). I spoke to the service head (a courteous guy) and got the service booked for Monday (April 23). They picked the car in the morning and I received a call in the afternoon to crosscheck all the work required. The work required was: [*]Major service (all oils and filters + coolant)[*]Timing belt replacement[*]AC not cooling effectively during peak summers afternoon. It was working fine but not as it used to.[*]Alternator check because it had thrown a warning on the instrument cluster in February I had to follow-up every afternoon to check the status of the work done and it took them two days for the servicing and timing belt replacement. Then another two days for AC. As per them the cooling coil and evaporator required replacement because the gas is leaking. I found it hard to believe as gas was there in the system and the AC was cooling. Had there been a leakage, all the gas would have leaked since the last time AC work was done, some 14-15 months ago. Anyway, I asked them to go ahead and get it done as long as the AC cooling returns to previous levels. Finally, after four days I went to the service centre to check the work done and collect the car personally. They said the alternator is fine and doesn't require any work and all other work has been done. I sat in the car and saw the KM indication blinking. The technician said the Blue&Me of this car is faulty. I asked them to reset the ECU by removing the negative terminal. It fixed the issue and B&M was working perfectly well. I paid the bill of Rs ~28K and took the car out, and then... The car died at their gate with a "Check Engine Light". 😮 Their team rushed to the car and pushed it to the side and started checking. After an hour they diagnosed it to the dirty throttle body. They cleaned it and scanned the car, and gave me a go-ahead. The car worked fine during the drive back. Next afternoon (Friday) I started the car and the AC gave the smell as if there's no gas, and it just didn't cool. I called them again and also escalated it to the head of customer relations in Fiat India. They arranged a pick-up for Monday, as they didn’t have any driver available on Saturday. The car was picked on Monday morning and returned late in the evening (around 9.30 PM). They said that the gas required topping up and the compressor seems to be weak but it should work fine for now. The compressor being weak was new, as I never felt it being stressed or it cutting off or making any noise. The car was parked over the week as I work from home and had no meetings or appointment. I started the car on Sunday afternoon… And, the AC didn’t work again. 😡 Informed them and now they are saying it’s due to the weak compressor. I don’t believe that the compressor was weak or there was any leakage at the first point. Had there been a leakage the gas wouldn’t have remained in the system for over a year. In all the calls and messages they mention only the cooling coil but they charged for the evaporator as well. I will probably get the AC inspected outside as I have lost trust in their ability to work on the AC. After spending 5 working days and ~Rs 15,000 on the AC work I have a nonfunctional AC, which in fact was working when I gave it to them (their driver who picked the car can verify as well). Don't want to lose more time and money with Landmark. PS: It’s important for people to stay with their cars while getting the work done especially when they own a Fiat. They took the car again to repair it and broke multiple parts.

    Highly unacceptable experience Went to collect my car after service and no one was there to attend for atleast 45 mins and after that person named Nitin was there who told us to sitback and wait till he discusses about some concession in bill and made us wait 1.5 hours also no discount was done. He also disnt bother to make our car ready in that time. Our car was driven from the stockyard after we've done the payment which took another half an hour and then it was washed and cleaned which took another half an hour. Its almost a 2 hour way from my home.Also the parts that were changed were also not given back as promised by the advisor Nitin. Very Poor service...better to buy KIA or Hyundai

    It was our misfortune to buy a Jeep Compass in Aug 2020 from this dealership. This has to be the worst after sales service for any car. They can't seem to figure out the mechanical problems with the car and keep the car without giving any clear answers as to when it is going to get repaired. In only one and half years...The fuel pump has faulted twice and the battery has died...Took them 5 days to replace a battery. If you want a luxury car better look somewhere else and don't waste your money on Jeep Compass.

    Very unprofessional staffs are there. They don't have any technical knowledge and they are leading the managements. Interview processes are very pathetic, they will do only time pass and end of the day they will only hire his/her friends and family member. I went there for CRM Head post, when they got to know that I have more knowledge than their interviews that time only they got nervous and had told me that they will get back to me. Never join this company

    They never miss a chance to disappoint you with their pathetic service. They don’t value your time, They intentionally drop your car by late evening so one should not be able to point out their poor & pathetic service. I would highly suggest: get your car serviced from a local mechanic instead Landmark Jeep.

    I went to the showroom on Monday and I am very delightful to meet the sales person (Mr.Yogesh Sharma). He is very knowledgeable and know his product very well. I am very glad to meet the person like him who understand my situation. He is the assets to the company and best sales person I ever meet. From last few weeks I was looking for a SUV and finally get a chance to drive too. I would like to thank him and Jeep. I am not sure I would be able to buy or not for me it was over budgeted still personally thanks to him.

    Worst experience dealing with the service manager, Zero accountability and responsibility of the staff here. My car service was not done properly and incompletely handed over the car without the work done. They simply waste time and money of customers.

    The service station is underground and you should take your car there directly. Terrific experience. They provide pickup and drop off services as well. We were taken care of by Nitin. No complaints!

    For people owing Punto cars it is an ideal place to get them serviced, there are not many dealers who repair these cars. Caveat relatively expensive repair cost bit no option for Fiat car owners

    Pathetic service centre. Never have even running spares. Last year had gone for servicing of my fiat linea. Service technician told that brake pads and disc were to be changed as pads were worn out and disc were having scratches. Changing only pads would cause wobbling. Told them to go ahead with replacement. But after few moments he informed that brakes discs were not available and they weren’t sure when these would be available. Took the car to local market and got the required parts from a reputed shop in malviya nagar and got them replaced in less in half of price. These are running well even after around 35k kms. Let it go as far as jeep motinagar is concerned, thinking that due to covid, supply chain is disturbed worldwide. But now, went for bodyshop repair through insurance. Almost one month passed, they couldn’t arrange rear bumper. So pathetic, thinking of getting the bumper repaired outside. Rest parts and reflectors etc are available on boodmo. Horrible service support. Fiat should have shut their shop completely rather than relaunching jeep brand. After jeep going down the same fate as fiat, guess they will launch alfa romeo.

How bad Service you provide to you customer and using other customer vehicle to drop other customer you are using the vehicles as taxi. Legal action must be taken against you.

    Excellent conduct of the staff. Very professional and thorough in interaction with the clients. I have had certain issues with my Jeep Compass purchased around 9 months back. As of now the issues have been checked. Keeping things under observation. Must mention that Ms Jyoti in service department and Mr Rohit Thapa have been very helpful. They gave full attention to the issues i raised and did their best to iron out the existing issues. This made the overall customer experience praiseworthy. Thanks
