We recently went to Tawang with the help of Northeast guide. Since the time of sending us the itinerary, they were very accommodating to our needs. Be it the addition of any place, the change of hotels etc. They were very communicative throughout our trip as well and were ready to find out additional details regarding Bumla pass even on short notice. Our driver was very good as well. He was very informative and made the travel quite smooth. Overall we left Assam with a pleasant feeling and a really memorable trip.

I recently used the services of North East Guide for my trip to Assam and Meghalaya. It was for 7 days and 8 nights. The staff members Bejoy and Anubhav regularly coordinated throughout our tour. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided by them. The accommodations provided were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The view from my room in most of the places was breathtaking, and I felt like I was in paradise. My family recently went to Assam and Meghalaya with Northeast Guide. Choosing North east guide was one of the best decisions we made. They responded to our message real quick and were in constant communication. • Our trip: We had been on a 7D, 6N trip. Jyoti and Bijoy are very kind, warm and really hospitable people. Throughout the trip, they were always a call away. Moreover, Jyoti used to call and text us everyday to check in on us. We never had any inconvenience. • Hotel Services: All the stays booked for us were hands down, incredible. They were super comfortable, clean, hygienic with really friendly staff and great food. They did a splendid job with choosing THE BEST stays for us. • Driver: Jeet made us feel really comfortable and knew everything about the places and local restaurants. He guided us with everything and gave us all the information. Recently we (5 members) had visited Meghalaya for a 5D 4N trip. Got to know North East Guide through my family member. We did some research online, chose the places to visit and informed the travel agency. The tour package was well planned and customised accordingly. Stay was at 3 places: Shillong, Cherrapunji and Dawki. All were excellent along with good complimentary breakfast. We were assigned an Innova Crysta car at very good condition and a great driver (Mr.Dipan). The entire road terrain was zig zag but the driver made sure that our travel was very comfortable. Most importantly, travel agent Mr.Bijoy attended us really well. He guided us in itinerary planning, was available whenever we required, has great knowledge about the place and an accommodative mindset. The package cost was pretty reasonable. Overall we enjoyed and had a wonderful experience. We will definitely recommended North East Guide to our relatives, friends and anyone looking for a tour package to North East.

Recently I visited Meghalaya with them . Everything was perfect from our welcome at Guwahati to all stay option provided and I am a vegetarian so that wasn't an issue, the food arrangement was perfect. The Tour was arranged in a very beautiful and proper manner so that we enjoyed the most without any stress. A special mention to our host Bijoy, he is a gem of a person.

It was my first time visiting meghalaya and NorthEast Guide helped me in making it a worthy experience. All the stays and arrangements were done very nicely and with all the warmth. So this time round we, group of 8, planned a trip to North East India for 10 days. The trip included Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh through Northeast Guide. Must admit that ‘Overall we had an excellent experience’. Mr Bijoy and his team helped us to plan the itinerary. He attended to all queries very patiently that we had prior to start of our journey. He was also prompt to take action on the feedback given. The accommodations (hotels and Homestay) recommended were awesome and unique in their own way. Each one offered complimentary breakfast. A shout out to ‘RockCliffe Homestay’ (on our first night in Shillong) is a museum in itself!! We opted for 2 Innova which were very comfortable for the entire journey. We had planned a 10 day trip with all three states Assam , Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya. Jyoti ji from Northeaat guide organized our tour very nicely with everything planned out and taken care of. All the hotels chosen were comfortable as well. Even the driver, Ratul Da was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure we comfortably saw all sightseeing places and enjoyed. The entire team was extremely helpful and polite and took care of the trip nicely.

Had an amazing Meghalaya trip during Nov'21. Despite having made a last minute decision to travel, Bijoy managed all the necessary arrangements quite efficiently. I am generally a spontaneous traveller. I just came across NorthEast Guide on Facebook and decided to travel in 5days immediately. I was slightly reluctant on how arrangements would be but I must confess that it was one of the best for North east India. From hearty warm welcome to entire journey they provided an awesome holiday. We did a week getaway with north east guide to Meghalaya and it couldn't have been perfect. I have so much to say I will try to summarise in few pointers though. 1) Itinerary : perfectly customised according to our preference. So dat we can cover most in few days without any hustle. 2) Communication: everything was communicated so well. Even for the lil hiccups bijoy was always available on calls and sorted lil knick knacks. 3) Driver : we are glad dat jeet was with us fr all week. He is a gentleman. He always took care of everything we asked him. He even went on to the bamboo trail trek with us coz no one was around n he wanted to make sure dat we are safe and sound. 4) Food recommendations: so as most people we wanted to try some local cuisine in Meghalaya and Assam. Bijoy and jeet gave recommended some cafe's and restaurants to make sure we get best and authentic taste dere. 5) Accomodation: all the properties we stayed at had different vibe to it . All were different from one another but perfectly planned for our comfort. All were very cozy and beautiful and unique in dere own way.
