Very lovely and safe place to stay. Feel like own home.

Their rooms are spacious and well kept.The room on the third floor has an attached terrace with a well kept garden and a sitout. The host is very helpfull in arranging for vehicles . The First floor has a living room which can be used incase of large gathering.

Mr Saikia is a very friendly, delightful and hospitable host. The arrangements in the homestay are just amazing, very hygienic and well maintained. Loved the place, this definitely is among my top 10 places to stay till date.

Gorgeous place and Gorgeous views. Everything was clean and the hosts are super attentive to all your needs. Looking at the reviews, I was so pleased to see that people from all over the world loved staying here and gave 5 stars. Loved the hospitality and the special home cooked breakfast. What a lovely place to stay! We had booked the entire 2 bhk apartment on 1st Floor for one night on 15th May 2023. The host is amazing and always there just a call away. The breakfast served was simple but extremely good. I would recommend this place 100 percent. I can't even give one recommendation, it was that perfect.

Dhruba is an amazing host. The garden rooftop is beautiful and well maintained. Really professional, neat and clean rooms. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely Homestay! If you ever happen to tour North East and stay in Guwahati, you have gotta stay here! The hosts are such a humble folks. They're so ecstatic to hear when I told them I was traveling in a bike all the way from Bangalore! An actual home with great decor, well maintained with exceptional hygiene and it's Air Conditioned! Well within the budget and they send you off with a delicious breakfast so widely spread. P.S. There is secured parking as well 👌🏼 I'm definitely coming back here! ❤️

saikia Nest not just a Homestay. It’s STAY AT HOME! No less . When I came to this warm stay , I just wanted a cozy, comfortable and safe place.It turned out to be much beyond. I extended my stay! That says it all. Place is having overpowering attraction in the.shape of Mr Dhruba Saikia , the owner . He loves going beyond to make one’s stay a memorable one. A loving and caring gentleman far amicable than his looks. There’s always ever helpful Ajoy for everything.Even Mrs Saikia is very caring and helpful lady. Definition of homestay is found here. Great location great homely environment and great guidance. Mr. Saikia personally picked us up from Guwahati railway station and gave excellent tourist guidance -immediate location, city and state. His lovely presence makes the difference and is a very gentle man, rarely we find such human with great friendly attitude. He called us couple of times even after vacating the house. We are from South Sudan and felt homely at his residence and his services are adorable. We love to stay here when we revisit Guwahati.
