We went for Lunch here. The day was bright and clear. The location is very good faraway from city crowd. From main city, it took around 30 min excluding traffic. As it was Saturday place was quite full. It was well maintained, staff were cordial, waiting time for food was fine. The main attraction currently was the orchids which blooming all around. Food taste good too, bit expensive but worth the full experience.

I had a really good and unique experience here. This resort is located on a hill to be frank and we drove steep up to reach the destination. The view from the reception itself was soothing with ducks swimming in a pond, cottages in hills, flowers all around, elephant, different gaming activates etc. But the best part worth mentioning is service. We were 3 but resort did not charge us for extra bed. We asked for a balcony room, we were given. We stayed fully as we wanted, there was no "No" from the staff. Everyone responded with a smile. Food was also good and honestly not the pricey which a good resort charges. But ya, we had to wait a good amount of time to get our food served. Overall a good place and can be visited with family and friends or anyone else.

Dear Team, We were very happy after booking. We don’t want any surprises so I confirmed everything before reaching at resort. But you gave me surprised and socked when saying my booked room was not ready. You already aware that we are coming with 7 month infant baby and 7 yrs old child. And you force me to wait till 5:00PM. My last experience at Brahmaputra Jungle Resort was scary and not recommended for any family person. My booked room was not ready till 5:00PM and we waited long 5 hrs with my 7 year child and 7 month infant baby at reception. We visited this resort to celebrate my 7 yrs old daughter birthday, but it was ruined completely. We took leave just to celebrate birthday. 🙁🙁😡😡

Overall experience was good. They have tried to be family friendly with no smoking zones all over the campus. Food was okay and could be better. I went out on a holiday so their was huge rush. The staff seemed nice and friendly apart from the part when my order was ready at the kitchen but they forgot to deliver it at the table, that could be a rare experience. If you have come across with family boat rides is a must go although, I would suggest th increase the number of boats. The elephant ride was fun but, it didn't last long.

A very beautiful resort in sonapur area with a healthy environment. Rooms are clean and good. Good services, quality behaviour and good responses. You can enjoy the natural beauty. If you bring children with you they can enjoy plaything there. You can see the uploaded photos where children are happy. Visit once and you will feel relax.

Good place to hangout with friends.. the staffs are polite.. lots of activities at an affordable price except for the swimming pool.. 250rs for an hour too damn costly.. Rest you can have a great day.. and yeah for elephant ride you have to go early cause elephant ride closes at 5pm..

Rooms were not ready on time. Management was informed about qn hour in advance. Rooms are not mopped. The Air conditioning sucks. Super dirty. Frogs, cockroach found inside the room. Room service takes ages. Food menu is severely limited. Only puri sabji and maggi was available for breakfast. That too takes 30-40 minutes to arrive. Overall, terrible terrible experience for the price paid.

A place with great natural beauty ... We spent time here for a party.. staffs are good, and polite... Food is tasty.. bar facilities are available.. Not very crowded... In all that I ordered tandoori chicken was not fresh.. all other foods were ok and tasty.. One thing I didn't like was once we finish a course they take time to remove the used waste plates... A supervisor to look after the guest was missing.. only I found the servers... But I suggest families and groups to come...

With very enthusiasm i and my wife visited to this resort with a hope of satisfaction, but the resort didn't provide us with any satisfaction we were rather dishearten. Only 2 to 3 employees behaved properly and rest including the manager were harsh not only to us but to many present over there. Moreover, the cost of most of the items except few are overvalued as compared to its output given. I will never visit to this resort ever again.

Great Surrounding. Enjoyed the nature at every point. Had a break journey stay but got astonished by its well-maintained environment. Loved everything.....food... activity...bonfire... restaurant.....etc etc. Had my cottage being a bit more spacious, a 5 star have been for sure.

Well in my opinion a lunch outing with your loved ones during winters or spring is the ideal time to visit this resort. The location of this resort is exotic. The food quality and taste is good. Hospitality is good as the staffs serving food is courteous and well mannered. The USP of this resort is the elephant whom you can feed bananas as well as have an elephant ride. We reached the resort at 12:30 PM and though we had made advance booking and paid 2000/- as booking amount we had to wait till 2:30 PM to get the room. To pass the time we ordered food at 12:45 PM and the food was served at 1:45 PM. For dinner we placed the order over the intercom at least 45 minutes before reaching the restaurant. Stil we were made to wait another 40 minutes before serving the dinner. So prompt and punctual service was not the highlight of our experience there. The ambience of the restaurant was very good though, particularly in the night. It was the saving grace of our experience in the resort. It had a touch of romance and the food was alright. The swimming pool was overcrowded in the afternoon but perfectly quiet and clean in the morning. The elephant ride was too short.

Nice resort in the actual jungle. Service and food was great. The only concern is one need to climb up to the room everytime you go around to do activity or near reception. We stayed in the tree house room and had an amazing experience. We were so close go nature that in the night Rats ate our fruits placed on the table and on the other day ate Soap from the bathroom. They were so happy with our stay they cheered for us whole night on and around roof. They provides pick up and drop facilities as well. All the activities are at reasonable charges if you're staying in the resort. Kids will love all the activities. View from the window was very beautiful. The staffs behaviour was great and they were very helpful. We enjoyed staying there and bring back memories and two holes in pants. I Fully recomend.

Last Sunday me and my friends have been to this place. Far away from the hustle of Guwahati city life, just little ahead from Tapesia tea garden, you will find the entry gate to the resort. Amidst the nature with great view of distant hills and deep forest, this place will make you fall in love with its serenity The resort has few activities to keep your children engaged and happy, you will find some children rides also they have zip lining, paddle boat etc along-with a swimming pool which is a must try here. Food is impressive but do try the traditional recipes from the menu card. Wherever you like to sit, you will be served with food, which I like the most. Overall staff services was good and courteous with quick responses and humble behaviour. Highly recommending this place, as this is ideal to hang out and dine for any age groups

Everything is perfect with natural view. One of the best Resort in Guwahati since I went early morning and I could find only this resort which offered early morning breakfast. Have visited this place quite a few times. Its good to spend a night in the resort, you can roam around the campus at night as if feel so peaceful an calm. Activities for young people can be improved and the food quality can be improved as well.

No proper parking lot developed.. Cars have to be kept on sloping roads. Further if you are visiting with aged person, it will be difficult to walk up the slope after parking your car down below..... A proper flat parking plot needs to be developed near the common amenities..

Its a wonderful serene cool resort in a beautiful Hill Top, full of greenery, in Tepesia, Sonapur, just, half an hour distance from the busy Guwahati City. A pond on the hill top to enjoy boating, you can enjoy Elephant ride, Zip line, swimming pool, trekking trails, natural cafeteria, and many more kids games. I spend a pleasant evening there and there are beautiful accommodation too. Even corporate meetings are held. Food is delicious. Prices are reasonable. Overall it was enthralling experience.

I am very happy overall. This place is filled with natural elements. There are many elements for kids to play. There is an elephant's ride. Some water plays, zip linings and others also. But due to covid some games are not being allowed. The food is also good but little costly. There are number of wine options also. So for families it's really a good option. The place is hyiegenic also and have good parking option also.

A perfect place for a weekend getaway from Guwahati. The views in and around the resort, and the ambience is beautiful. The resort is a perfect place for organising small corporate/farewell/birthday parties and even for a small one-day family picnic. The resort offers a lot of activities for children and adults including boating, ziplining, elephant safari, rock climbing and trekking. One of the good part is the food - the restaurant there offers you some good food at extremely affordable rates! (The drinks menu is affordable too). The resort also offers accommodation in their cute little houses - perfect for a night stay. The rooms are well maintained with proper washrooms and quite spacious. The early morning view is to die for! Soak in some freshness and get a bundle of good photographs for yourselves.

Great place to relax, Admist nature, you will love the serene environment around the place with many exciting activities on ground. Had a great stay with my family at the resort. The rooms are decent with beautiful, calming view. There is a wide range of activities, which are quite affordable, fun and keep everyone engaged. Favorite for me, was of course, ziplining. The infinity swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. The food again is very affordable (by similar resort standards) and delicious, although the service was a little slow. Would recommend people to book a multi-day stay here to just chill and enjoy. One of the best places to relax around Guwahati.

A very calm and serene place to visit with friends and family. Some fun and exciting games for the children is an added reason to take our childrens there. Staffs are polite and hospitable. Indian and ethnic dishes are awesome.

Had a great experience:- Staffs are so helpful. I had visited Brahmaputra Jungle Resort few days back. I took my ukulele (a musical instrument) along with me. Mistakenly I had forgot to took my ukulele back at home. Then immediately I call them, in a few minutes they found my ukulele under a table and on the next day, they send it to their Customer Service office located at Ganeshguri. Talking about the resort, it's an amazing place for day out. Environment is beautifully maintained and executed. Food items are budget friendly and tasty too.

We loved every bit of our stay in the Tree House of Brahmaputra Jungle Resort recently. The enthusiastic and courteous management and staff added to the amazing ambience. In top of a hill. Resort, resturant and bar. Food is good but not that.... Good relaxing place out of a busy schedule. Connecting road to there is not good, Bricks laden climbing up road to resort is very slippery during rainy season.

Fortunate enough to become a guest of this amazing place. The relaxed and elegant atmosphere of this place has add to the feeling of serenity. Just few Km away from the centre of the city, this place has lot to offer. The Resort is normal like other places... But the unique part of this resort is charges... Each and every activities has extra charges..nothing is also free for the people who wants to stay there... Room cost is too high for one night stay... Foods are simple like other restaurants but cost of these foods are very much high... I thought the resort would be fine to spend holiday with a minimum cost... But now after staying there for a night i can say that this is only for wastage of money ... Its better to proceed to the other places where we can earn new experience....

Very Good Ambiance.... Amidst the beauty of hills. Even at a phone call on the way, the Manager guided professionally and booked a room for my family. Problem I faced being a inexperienced driver in Hills is parking, it would had been great if you have some experienced person to help us with the same . Apart from that, very good. At this price range, you will not only get a good room, complementary breakfast and swimming pool facility, but also won't get bored by locking yourself in a hotel room, just come out of your room and enjoy the environment.

Since we went only to spend some time and take pictures and to eat lunch so we didn't participate in any of the activities. Swimming pool is also there to refresh yourself in this summer. Good place to hangout with family and friends. If there are children in the group then this place is ideal because there are few fun rides, water games, a small children park and a real elephant which offer rides. Food is not that good so don't have too much expectations. Overall a good place for official meets, get togethers and short trips with family and friends.

We stayed for 2 nights in the executive cottages with my elderly parents, beautiful location and good reasonably priced food with generous servings. Lots of things for kids and adults like access to swimming pool, Zip line, boating, archery, monkey crawling, trekking and so much more... Staff very helpful and would like to mention Saurab and Samar who were very thoughtful and caring especially as my Ma needed assistance to climb the many steps to our cottage.

Wonderful property,people and amenities. Lot of warmth in the staff. Helped both my mother's all the way up to the rooms, they had to be carried. Kids had a lot of activities to do. Over all a property filled with green landscapes, lovely staff, and great hospitality. Strongly loved and recommended.

Straight away coming to the point- the resort is blessed to have such kind and considerate staffs. We were really amazed to see the commitment that the resort had in providing us the best services. Any help we asked from the staff even at 10pm, they responded with the same smile on their faces. I am completely satisfied with the stay, just that I personally felt that the paneer items could do better. I would definately recommend others a stay at your resort.

This resort is located in the heart of nature, far away from the hustle of city life. It offers great views of the natural world. The staff behavior is one of the best I've ever seen, and I liked the idea that you'll be served wherever you want to sit inside the compound. The swimming pool is a must-try experience. The resort shines when it comes to location . It is a beautiful mountain region . But the lack of parking space put a great deal of problem for the visitors . The pool is not like what it was in the pictures. The elephant 🐘 was treated very poorly , sadly they make the elephant tour from the time of daybreak till dawn . It was so sad to see the elephant 🐘 labour day and night . They can atleast make a schedule for the elephant . The part which really disappointed us was the food . It was really bad . Felt like eating spoiled meat from two days ago . The chicken was boiled earlier and just served to us by cooking it with poor cooked masalas and artificial colours.

Evening outings take you places, and this time it took us to Brahmaputra Resort. The last time I had been here was maybe 6-7 years ago or more. It has changed quite a bit since then but sadly it’s not that well maintained. It’s a beautiful property and they can really turn it around. Plus it’s dirty, you all need to put people to work. Moving to the food, it was good right from the starters to the main course. Especially loved the fish fry and Butter Chicken. Hope they put more emphasis on the surroundings as they are doing on the food.

Renovations in all spheres are needed...Good for kids to enjoy few rides and games but you have to pay for it nominal charges. Location is good but approach road need to be repaired. Foods are tasty and prices are ok...considering a resort. Overall a decent getaway for a part of the Day...Night stay I won't recommend.

Very Good place with nature 🌿🍃 . Good actives for kida and adult, ropeway, elephant ride, boating, 5d game, baloon ride tracking etc. Location is amazing ambiance is good. Food quality quantity good. No entry fee, total value for money day outing plan. Only one word of caution last 200 mtr from entrance is stiff climb so driver should be careful while driving.

All service people are good except 2 3 people.. and when i asked for one beer one of your waiter said that the price is high.. 🤣🤣 try to teach them how to behave with customer and how to say the price properly..

This property is highly overpriced, the conditions of the rooms, linens are stinky, toilets-bathroom is very bad, the behaviour of the staff is very unprofessional, parking space is not adequate and it is done in the open and most importantly I was made to pay extras than the said amount. Phones were unserviceable. I had such a bad experience and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Resort is located up in the hillock of Tapesia hills. Resort is surrounded by hills and greenary all around. One can visit this place with family and friends. There are many rides for children and they have swimming pools too.

Exceptional service and good breakfast. Has all the necessary amenities and the rooms are clean. The bed is soft but the towels were unclean
