Even after 5 days i have not received even a quotation fron them. Best of luck to anyone who uses their services!!!i am sure we will be stranded somewhere in a deserted island with their quality of services...

They have limited stock for currency exchange. Staff are not professional and slow in their work. No power back up. Had to wait half an hour for a document to be scanned

Very poor response from the staff, inefficient, irresponsible..I had called them for itineraries of few packages and they told they will mail it.Inspite of repeatedly telling them they have avoided my request .

The place is difficult to locate. There are no adequate signs leading to the place. You need to walk on the right side of the HDFC Bank and then there is a small sign on the left wall. Do not bother the taking the elevator, just take the stairs to the second floor.

Really shocked that during my visit I neither got dollar nor vietnamese dong. I don't even know why they are even existing on this planet.

Terrible service. They take money and do not send it on time. It's harrassing how many times you need to follow up with them in order to get your money reach the receiver's bank account. A bunch of unprofessional idiots who have been recruited to deal with huge chunks of our money, who sit in anticipation of our multiple queries before taking action. Highly disappointed. Would never recommend this branch.

Incredible service provided by them during our tour in Dubai for the very first time. The tour was managed so professionally and flawlessly that we didn't had to worry even for a little bit. Right from the start till drop. The manager of our trip did an awesome job. Would like to thank Thomas cook Guwahati and our incredible manager Deep Thakuria for their services. Hope to travel soon again !

Thoe the trip management was good the service and response provided from local thomas cook office was very slow.

Location of Guwahati office is convenient, staff members are friendly but response is very poor. I didn't get the answer of my questions even after long ten waiting.
