They are a pretty good company who are more into experiential traveling than scheduled ones. As the name says they give the trekkers complete freedom to explore the place and experience the destination thoroughly.

We did 6day 5 nights bike trip through meghalaya. Everything was planned by Experience destination.big shout out to them for planning the trip. I had an an amazing experience with the team and the choices of places they had to offer. Hassle free and pre planned travel at ease. Great support from Ratan, the tour leader and Yim, the tour assistant. My trek to the mighty Zhukou valley in Nagaland and the Nongriat village in Meghalaya was possible because of the people. The places of stay that was chosen and the food that was offered was more than expected from the point of view of an offbeat traveller. Highly recommended for any north eastern trip. It was my first trip with experience destination team and it was Meghalaya. The team had picked up really nice and unexplored places of Meghalaya which made itinerary really interesting. Piyush and team were really good in organising from transportation to accomodation to food. They were also friendly with all of us and made sure we had loads of fun. Overall it was a nice trip and look forward to more trips with them.

Had a good experience with Experience Destination. All experience were unique and different. We did a trek with lunch in the forest. The traditional Assamese lunch was enjoyable. Everything was well planned and well executed

To give you all a brief background, I wanted to celebrate my 25th birthday with my closest friends, doing what we love - traveling. We instantly thought of the north east as it is one of the most unexplored parts of our country and was told that it’s beautiful. On doing some basic research and reading, I decided to finalize on the trip and googled a good tour team to help me with this - 5 girls traveling alone. I instantly found Experience Destinations and rang them up - spoke to Piyush who became my all time one person to call for ANYTHING small or big, at any time of the day or night. Piyush and his team helped me curate my travel with upmost thought, care and including details to the T. They were so approachable, easily available and easy to communicate with. Also very flexible and understanding with payments (in parts, different platforms, etc). These things in my opinion are the most important things for a tour agency to have. Over time and building a relationship with Piyush, I had full faith in him and his team for this trip and knew it would be amazing. We were super super excited for this. They helped us arrange for our stay, guides, food recommendations and even our car that picked us up from the airport and dropped us back to the airport at the end of the trip, with a very very warm and safe driver (Jamal Bhaiya - who was an amazing person to do these long distance travels with). We travelled from Meghalaya to Assam (Kaziranga) through this trip, with unbelievably beautiful and warm hotels, and absolutely magical destinations. Mind you, everything, all communication was done between Bombay to Guwahati only my phone and email. This was a super super experience and one that everybody must experience at least once, if not more. I STRONGLY recommend Experience Destinations to handle your entire travel in the north east while you can really relax and enjoy your trip.

I travelled to Meghalaya with Experience Destination in the month of Dec. It was one of most memorable solo trip I ever had. Thanks to Ratan Jain and his team from Experience Destination. They planned the trip so well that we had enough time to enjoy the nature as well as explore each destination at length.. I never felt that Im travelling in one of the remotest part of the country as the team from Experience Destination ensured that all the requiremenents of travellers are fulfilled even at midnight. The highlight of the trip for me was Bamboo bridge trekking to Mawryngkhang, Multi tier Wei Sawdong waterfalls, Night trekking to Nongriat village, and Camping at Shnongpedeng, and Dawki on new year's eve. The most interesting part was the group that I travelled with Experience Destination.. There were travellers from all major cities of India and from different professions. It added to the fun quotient of the trip. Thank you Ratan and your team for organizing such a memorable trip. Looking forward to my next trip with you to Nagaland in 2020.

You can tell that you are completely satisfied with a travel company or organizer with you suggest them to your friends and families and of you plan your next trip with them. we are so satisfied with them that after coming from our Nagaland trip (completely organised by Mr. Ratan Jain) within next week we have started planning our Meghalaya trip with him and our we have already suggested him to our friends. A must for North East trip! I started chatting with Experience Destination team in Nov 2019. We exchanged few messages but my dates weren’t ready. Then in Jan, they sent their upcoming trip details. And at the very moment, I was chatting up with another tour agent, Chalo Hoppo. North east, being a complete new place, I wanted to travel through the tour operator. Else I usually plan my whole trip by myself. ED team has a trip for Meghalaya and Nagaland. Before seeing this, Nagaland was not on my mind. So i went through their itineraries, made a list of places I wanted to go in both Nagaland and Meghalaya and started my conversation with Ratan from ED team. We started planning for 4 of us, then 1 dropped and then another. All these changes were accommodated by Ratan without frustrations. Advance was transferred in Jan,20 and my friend and I knew, that the week of Holi will be in NE. Then in February, I see a post of a place I haven’t heard or read about in the past. And I definitely wanted to do it. After 2 calls with Ratan, this was fit in the itinerary too. Voila! Our trip was done! Pros: Flexible and calm whilst planning the trip Good cars given Safe drivers and guides given Hygienic places provided for stay - homestays and hotel ED team was available through phone during entire trip Can improve: After changes in itinerary, final inclusions (meals) exclusions etc. and changes in cost were not clarified hence that caused confusions. These were, however sorted with ED team as they were a phone call away. We did have to bear few additional cost on meals For Dzouku trek, one small sleeping bag is to be carried that is given by homestay. Wish this was informed prior. People who are not pro trekkers, a small 300gms will be an added weight ILP was not given to us and when the cops stopped us at Nagaland, I connected to Ratan who sent the ILP. Later I was informed, that these were not approved hence it was not sent. Pretty dicey situation as without this permit, cops said they wouldn’t allow us to go further. We had a train from Nagaland to Guwahati.. This was at 11:20pm. However we were asked by the driver and a guide at Khonoma to leave early from Khonoma as at 8pm some road closes and we have to be before that at station. We reached the station around 430pm. This was one of the setback. Inform travellers that Airtel has better network in Meghalaya and Nagaland. This will be very helpful.

We visited amazing places that were explored by these and every place we visited our first reaction was "WOW" and we remained just speechless. I was planning a solo trip to northeast. it was my 1st time to explore that region. So, I zeroed it down by planning to visit Meghalaya. I started searching for trustable and reliable travel company but almost even after a month I couldn’t find one. So, I stumbled upon Experience Destination on Instagram I enquired with them they immediately sent me their bucket list itinerary which also included Nagaland (Duzuko Valey) which was never on my mind so that exited me more for this trip. So initially I had lot of doubts after having a conversation with Mr.Ratan Jain from Experience Destination he gave me a very clear idea how the trip is going to be and after that I was on board. About trip – it was very well planned. Their home stay in Nagaland was amazing and it was very friendly place. everything in this trip was precisely planned never felt exhausted or low during this whole trip. We had a Splendid night in Shillong it was our leisure day. Then 2 amazing days in Nongriyat its small village in Meghalaya. It was well planned because we reached there on Saturday and on Sunday’s no one can enter the village so there were not many visitors which made it more better for us. The homestay in that village was very delightful. Basically, Experience Destination is the finest in that region to plan a leisure trip or an adventurous trip. ED takes you to the inner beauty of the state and gives you the best experience.
