Excellent behavior and best possible service in the budget. Very punctual and professional. We did not have to think of any individual bookings and all as they did everything for us and all we had to do was to enjoy the trip.

This time we visited Shillong and Cherrapunji for only 3 nights and 4 days, along with worshiping Maa Kamakhya. Apex Tour & Travels guided us on this short tour. We have toured with many travelers, but this traveler's owner Jayanta-da(Bapi-da) stands out. Through out the trip he called us several times to make sure that everything was smooth and all right for a nice and hassle free trip. The complete trip was planned by Jayanta da (Bappi), we contacted him a week before travelling. The trip was planned in a way that was perfect for us. The organizer arranged the travel to different cities and sites, booked clean and comfortable hotels/homestays and even gave recommendations for good food at each place. The driver was polite and well behaved. He made sure of our safety while driving in rain and on difficult roads. Also made sure that we reach the airport on time. Unlike other places, it's not easy to find local transport in Meghalaya, especially during Monsoon. It is highly recommended to plan well to avoid any problems during the trip. We will contact Apex T&T again for any other trip in the North East. :)

Very good travel operator especially for the north-east region of India. The owner manages everything for the entire trip at a very affordable rate.
