Just completed a short trip to Kaziranga. It was decided all of a sudden and we didn't have any time to plan. It's god's grace that we contacted Mr Jain of Siddhi Vinayak travels. Everything starting from booking Air tickets to hotel reservation was done instantly. As we could not book our first choice hotel due to unavailability, Mr Jain suggested us alternative which superseded our expectations. All the Safaris including Elephant Safari at Central zone ( which is difficult to get ) was booked in advance and we didn't face a single issue. All in all, his responsibility towards his clients is what makes the big difference. I will definitely contact him for my future travels.

I had hired taxi from Sidhi Vinayak Travels for 5 days / 4 nights. It was an amazing experience as they are the genuine & professional tour operator with no hidden costs. The vehicle provided to me was very well maintained and it was comfortable for long journeys. The tour manager (Mr. Chandan) was very cooperative and helpful. Mr. Gautam Kalita, the driver assigned was very friendly and experienced. He covered all the tourist locations and also the restaurants he took us to for food breaks were quite amazing.... I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend this Travel agency.

Very Good service by Avinash Jain ji and his team we just completed a 10 days north east tour with utmost comfort and safety. We travelled to North East during 3 rd week of March. We covered Gauhati, Meghalaya, Kaziranga and Arunachal. It took us 10 days. Though hectic, our experience was mind boggling. The arrangements made by Siddi Vinayak travels was outstanding. They had booked us in good executive resorts. Pure Vegetarian food was available through out. The vehicle was very comfortable and the driver was experienced and very friendly. Do not miss to cover Laithlum Canvas in Shillong which was so exotic. Dawki river ride was so enchanting with picturesque surrounding. Never miss the root bridge at Mawlyn nong village, Chirapunji. The Brahmaputra evening cruise at Gauhati 8s worth going. In Kaziranga never miss Jeep Safari and elephant safari. You can make some local purchases in Kaziranga. Arunachal experience is hard to describe. Beautiful green mountain with snow peaks is a treat to watch. Sela pass, TPSO lake, Bumla pass each one of them is a lifetime experience. Last but not the least, the best part of our journey was Madhuri lake. It was snowing through out, the lake was half frozen, snow all over, pine trees covered with snow. The place is so beautiful . Really hard to describe. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Excellent arrangements by Siddi Vinayak Travels, Gauhati. Our suggestion is : carry sufficient warm clothes, Thermals, Sweaters, jerkin, woolen socks, glouse, woolen caps. Wear several layers to keep yourself warm.

The trip arranged by Siddhi Vinayak travels for 7 couples from Mumbai were well arranged with very good hotels and excellent vehicle & driver at our disposal. The prices were reasonable and sites covered were very nice except for the ECO park which we felt was not worth the travel. All other areas were nice and we had a gala time. The owner of Siddhi Vinayak travels, Mr Avinash Jain, was really considerate to cancel one room at 4 hotels in Meghalaya, Cherrapunji & Guwahati since one of our friends could not make it with us due to personal exigency at Mumbai and deducted the cost of four rooms from the package cost without any discussion. Was great travelling with Sidhi Vinayak travels! We got a good package to Mauritius and they were very prompt in their service! The resort we stayed at Le Meridien Ile Maurice was superb and we couldn't have asked for a better resort. We faced some problems due to a flight cancellation by air Mauritius and the travel agency helped in letting the resort in Mauritius know about the problem so that we could postpone the dates of staying in the resort. Overall it was a good and hassle free experience.

We travelled from Guwahati and visited places in shillong and cherrapunji in a day .The cost of the cab was very reasonable and the response in regard to all the communication was very prompt

Booked 6 days cab for Meghalaya trip. The booking agent was very helpful in all the queries and planning. The driver was also very good, helpful, took us to all the places (tourist spots, medical shop) and knew good restaurants as per our requirements.

Sidhi Vinayak Travels(SVT) were involved from planning the tour for us and made sure the execution of the tour was also good. We were well taken care of, they were regularly in touch to know if all things were going correctly as well. Made sure we get the food to our liking. Our trip to Andaman & Nicobar Islands was very well organized by Mr. Avinash. The trip was well planned, and went very smoothly. Everything was arranged in a timely manner. Hotel arrangements by Siddhi Vinayak were good. Car was SUV that we booked and it was good and clean. However the disappointing part of the trip was driver Mr.Azad 1. Driver was very disappointing. He was late everyday by 20 mins average except the day we landed. 2. He was rude to the elders saying "dimag kyun kharab karta hain subah subah" while he was informed that he is delaying for more than 15 mins and we would miss out on visiting places and when we reached root bridge in mawlyngnong it got dark .. The next day we missed out on mawkdok valley by 10 mins as it got dark 3. He misled us. On several occasions he gave us wrong estimates of when to leave, how long it will take to reach, etc. For example, he asked us to be ready today by 6 am, he came at 6:17 am and we got delayed for vip darshan at Kamakhya temple.. that took 6 hrs in general line, so whole day was lost and we missed umananda temple. 4. He refused to show us things in our itinerary citing problems like congestion for 25 dec, traffic, lack of parking etc, all of which had nothing to do with us. We spoke about this if u remember. 5. He was driving rash at times in hilly areas and talking on phone without seat belt. Overall, while the trip was decent, but the driver's behaviour was disappointing and so the trip could have been better.

This rating not for the service which I availed which was good but this time I had made the payment to the Siddhi Vinayak and asked for the ticket booking but ticket did not booked due to covid senerio and I am doing the follow ups for the refund on behalf of my clients as I already clear the payment to the client but the team is giving same excuse since around 6.5 months.
