We
had
booked
5
days
Shillong
tour
through
our
Bombay
Agent,
who
in
turn
had
booked
through
Mrinal
Das.
This
is
for
April
2022.
The
guest
house
at
Shillong
(Sunrise)was
nice
and
clean.
But
the
cook
and
care
taker
said
we
cannot
give
breakfast
till
8-
8.30
am
so
despite
having
a
booking
with
breakfast,
we
had
to
go
without
it
since
on
two
days
we
left
by
7.30
am
.
Also
the
cook
had
limited
dishes
to
offer
for
breakfast.
Our
family
was
playing
cards
in
the
hall,
we
were
the
only
ones,
the
cook
comes
up
and
says
you
cannot
play
after
10
pm
and
after
we
go
upstairs,
he
switches
on
tv
and
watches.
Seriously
this
level
of
service
to
tourists.
The
driver
Parag
was
not
helpful
at
all.
We
asked
him
where
would
we
get
good
local
food
on
the
way,
he
used
to
always
say
please
google
good
jointsbut
except
for
1st
day
and
4th
day
we
did
not
get
good
food.
Further,
the
driver
always
complained
about
dropping
us
at
a
location
in
Shillong,
despite
that
day
it
was
scheduled
city
tour.
we
had
never
asked
him
to
come
inside
crowded
lanes
but
just
drop
and
pick
up
at
major
junction.
Once
he
directly
called
up
coordinator
Mrinal
Das
and
the
coordinator
called
me
up
and
instead
of
apologising
he
stated
I
would
give
you
taxi
fare,
you
ask
your
people
to
come
from
the
market
by
cab.
So
I
had
to
get
my
people
all
women
by
taxi.
This
is
the
approach.
Very
pathetic.
Zero
service
level.
Our
entire
trip
was
spoiled
due
to
this
attitude
of
coordinator
and
the
driver.
Would
not
recommend
them
at
all
.
Please
think
before
booking
a
tour
through
them.

Guest
is
not
booked
the
package
in
our
direct
chennal.
Guest
book
the
package
via
some
other
chennal
hence
we
are
unable
to
cooperate
properly,
one
of
thing
have
to
keep
in
mind
in
Shillong
Police
bazaar
area
vehicle
parking
is
big
problem
and
guest
hire
18
Seater
bus
which
is
big
problem
for
driver
to
park
in
police
bazaar.
Therefore
we
requested
guest
please
you
hire
small
taxi
and
it's
rent
are
payable
by
the
coordinator.
Rather
then
in
same
hotel
number
of
tourists
who
are
staying
in
same
floor,
if
some
of
guest
playing
cards
and
shouting
to
the
area
rest
guest
are
complaining
for
shouting
and
laughing
at
night
time,
for
this
reason
hotel
owner
request
them
please
don't
play
cards
in
this
area
you
are
requested
to
go
at
your
own
room
and
play
cards.
One
thing
to
remember
in
a
hotel
if
you
book
3nos
of
Room
and
consider
that
we
are
paying
the
room
rent
and
what
ever
we
want
we
do
openly
