It was my third servicing of the vehicle where there was nothing much work to be done as far as I could see... Just for a 10 mins work, the technician took 3 hours... They don't focus on a single vehicle ..they kept on moving here and there for no reason... And then by the time of washing, it was there lunch time where I had to wait for another 3 hours... Lunch time was between 1 to 2 pm... But they returned back around 2:40 pm.... So it took my entire day for just a 10 mins of work which was to be done.... Everytime I visit here, I have a feeling that it will be a good experience but same thing keep on repeating. I had been here for more then 4 times and yes I am sure I am not going to come here again..... Poor service and worst experience everytime

They do not deliver vehicles on scheduled time and keep on delaying the entire process. There is no proper space for car parking and security doesn't behave well either. There is absolutely no proactiveness from the dealer to deliver your booked vehicles. Ridiculous experience.

Very nice clean organized showroom. Sitting arrangement, waiting area, desks, interiors, exteriors all are good. Mr Handique was very friendly and efficient and nice gentleman. But it would be more good if there is some more space at front side of the showroom.

Pls don't call it a car, it's big, It's Mahindra. It's a 5 star to Mahindra. And Anyone call sell it. The farm mangement is very vague and no clear picture on estimate or billing. Also the money receipt is not given. The receptionist are lost in worlds. The salesperson are at will explaining anything and hav no confirmation. The Accesories are another area of major concern. So, of buying a Mahindra, do you research and Accesories buy in advance as on the delivery day you may be lost in hiccups. But in the end it's Mahindra.. And you will the Suvs anyway ❣️

Ok nothing great Mahindra has to have an attitude of dealing prime customer as they mostly deal with cab owners or farmers having due respect when a customer goes for premium products they should be treated with a different angle. Mahindra every customer is nor from gaon or dehat .

Worst experience for us, we waited patiently for 20min but no one approached us. The salesperson that came after so much time was not at all interested to explain us the car properly. We traveled from Nagaland to buy car and this was the worst possible experience we ever had. Some sales person were in group and laughing.Our salesman was really awkward not being humble, not even interested about what query we made for car, not even 1% professional behavior to me and my family. We have decided not to return in this showroom for our near future. Worst showroom ever.

Great service and very costomer oriented staff. Got my XUV 500 W10 serviced here and it was a wonderful experience. I was greeted with a great deal of positivity by Ms. Mani Das Changmi who helped me out by her personal attention. She understood my requirements and even attended the call at odd hours to fix an appointment with me. The RM, Mr Jyotish Kalita, is a thorough professional who advices you from the being of the servicing till the very end. His cooperation and cheerful presence makes the servicing a joy. The Services manager Mr. Bhaskar Jyoti pays personal attention and is a very involved in the entire process of servicing. He even went out of the way to resolve a bill issue which was already closed. Over all an excellent place for servicing of the vehicle with very postive staff and managers.

I want to share some good experience in your farm Monoranjan from sales,Debo Tamuli,bittu from service are all time ready to give service i am fully satisfied. And XUV 5OO no doubt good i have gone to recently dehradun, Amritsar no problem at all. All staff are helpful.

Please dont visit this show room. Today i went to book a scorpio n but the sales executive was so reluctant and even didnt offer me a chair to sit. This is how they treat to a customer who is willing to spent about 20 lacks for their product. There is no doubt their product is good but it was a kind of a big big humiliation for me. After that i dont find reason to spent my money there. Worst experience ever!!!. If this is the way of behaving how can we promote vocal for local. This show room proves vocal for local to be fake and void. Mahindra should take action against this show room and promote the dignity of consumer. Totally felt Unwelcomed. I was attended by ananta hazarika. Please take action against him.

Mahindra marazzo has a simple batary problem and has been waiting for 5 days at mahindra service center Ganeshguri, Guwahati and could not solve it till date. How can people trust mahindra service center if this is the case?

Guwahati has only 2 dealers to buy Mahindra cars. The place has a showroom with courteous staff, a servicing centre and accidents repairable centre within the campus. The good part is that the place is within Guwahati city. Moreover, u can get accessories as necessary

Worst experience this time, I booked a vehicle for test drive two days before, at the last moment they confirmed they have no vehicle for demo, when I reached the showroom for booking my car persons response also very poor, I have to return back without booking, although I was an old customer of industrial & farm equipment.

The security trainer..Mr, Roy is an useless person who has grudges against every employee that works under him... His behaviour with his junior staff is too bad.. over all the Mahindra staff is really good but only his actions are responsible for a bad experience.. Roy is an worthless guy with a mind of negativity.

Unprofessional employees. We have to wait for 15 mins and ask the receptionist again to get a sales person to talk to us. Even the attitude of the sales person was unsatisfactory. His attitude was like if you want to buy the car then u can buy it otherwise you can leave the showroom. P.S: there was only one other customer present besides us in the showroom so nobody was busy at all.

Clean and well organized Mahindra showroom, helpful staff, test rode the Mahindra Thar. Parking is little difficult
