The driver Rahul Singh is very nice and cool person. We enagaged with each other like a family on this trip. Overall recommended for North East trip.

We had an exceptionally good experience with Mr Nilutpal Das and Mr Dhurbajyoti Talukdar and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone planning a trip to North East. Right from the first conversation I had with Mr Das to book my car, till the end of my 9 day trip, everything was a pleasant experience which made our vacation unforgettable. It made us realize why almost all their reviews here are 5*! Mr Das was very warm and cordial when I reached out to him for car booking. He was the only person to proactively advice us to book ePass for Meghalaya. He ensured we got the car and driver as per needs of a family travelling with 2 young kids. Once we landed at Guwahati Airport, we met Mr Talukdar who was meant to drive and accompany us for next 9 days. We soon realized Mr Talukdar was more than a driver. He was a great guide who has an excellent knowledge across places in North East and not just Assam. He was knowledgeable and well read, making great conversations during our long drives helping us learn more about the local traditions and history. He took us to places we did not know exist and even guided us to not so obvious things even at typical tourist places (canopy walk within Umian sports complex, Weisawdong Waterfalls, guided tours within Orchid park just to name a few). With his calm and friendly nature, he became a very good friend to our 2 kids : 5 and 9 year old who continue to ask about him even a week after our trip. He visibly loves his car and is taking good care of it which means as a guest you can be assured of a clean and comfortable ride. Importantly, he was a cautious and calm driver something we gave lot of importance to given we were traveling with young kids. Overall it was a delightful experience to be with Mr Talukdar. He almost became part of our family and with all the little things he did our Assam-Meghalaya trip turned into one of the most delightful and unforgettable trips. We now know we have a reliable friend next time we are planning a trip to North East! I hope this review allows others to Book services of Northeast Magical Escapes with confidence. We contacted Mr Das at the last minute after our tickets to Guwahati were booked! He was kind, thorough and professional in crafting an excellent itinerary for us as soon as we confirmed we wanted to travel to Arunachal, Meghalaya and Assam. An excellent driver Mr Belan along with a vehicle in great condition (Maruti Brezza) was provided even though our request was very last minute. The vehicle was upgraded from a Swift Desire to a Brezza free of cost - thank you very much for that! We had a very memorable and pleasant trip and visited sights in Guwahati, Shillong, Cherapunji, Tawang, Bomdilla, Dirang, Bhalukpong and Kaziranga NP. A total of 2100 kms in 12 days! I had a great experience. The driver was more like a guide and explained us the history of many sights. Neil the founder of the agency is also very humble and genuine. I strongly recommend northeast magical escapes.

Mr. Neil is a very professional and gentle person. He arranged a cab for our 6days Assam tour including Majuli. He was always a whatsapp away.....prompt n ready to help. Condition of the cab, the driver(Mr Pranjal) and the any time assistance are worthy to mention. Looking forward to explore more of Northeastern India with NE Magical escapes. We have a 5 day tour in arunachal pradesh with NME. It's a really magical experience to explore Arunachal. First we tried to arrange accommodation online. The prices seemed off. So we asked this agency which we knew. They arranged very good accommodation. The driver felt very safe and he told us about the several options if tourist spots and let us choose. Fantastic experience.

Very happy about the end to end experience with the group. This is going to be a slightly long post but would definitely be worth reading So right from the first conversation with Neil (Northeast owner i guess) i was made very comfortable about the whole process. He helped in planning the 11 day tour we had and also curated it perfectly based on local intel. While finalizing the accomodations as well the group was super helpful and helped us get the best hotels available at the right price. Now coming to the driver - Jayanta Barman, he was amazing. He drove in a professional manner ( safety first always) and always punctual. Given we were vegetarian, guided us well in terms of making the right choices. Enjoyed his company and he helped cover all the right spots at the right time. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family

I absolutely recommend this for anyone willing to go on adventures in NE region! I have gone on multiple trips with them, Dawki, Cherapunji,Pobitora to name a few (few last minute as well) and the service is always top notch! Mr. Nilutpal Das is courteous as ever and Kandarpa da has been the best driver in many trips!!! They take care of everything including travel, stay, etc so all you have to do is relax!

Journey duration - 2nd March - 8th march. Route - Guwahati - Bhalukpong - sangti valley - Tawang - Dirang - Bomdila - Guwahati. Car - Innova crystal Driver was punctual,polite and jovial ILP procedure was Hassel free. The tour was great. Only thing to improve I feel that need to chalk out the sight seeing places a bit better.

We took our first ever trip to eastern India this March and it was our first experience at managing everything right from the logistics to boarding and sightseeing on our own. The trips success majorly hinged on getting a reliable agency who would provide us with a good vehicle and an experienced driver. We got the reference of Mr Nilutpal Das of Northeast Magical Escapes Adventures and Tours from a friend who visited previously The experience of dealing with him has been very pleasant.Right from providing us with the right kind of vehicle and driver to suit our requirements, to helping us making necessary tweaks in our itenarary, giving recommendations for making our trip comfortable and ofcourse addressing our endless list of concerns with patience ..he took care of everything. The driver assigned to us Mr Jayanta Burman (fondly addressed as Jay bhaiya) was very good behind the wheels and his familiarity with the area helped us a lot with finding  good vegetarian food and covering many sightseeing places without wasting time. Mr Das  followed up regularly to make sure we were comfortable and also went out of the way to make arrangements for Airport drop for two different flights. We appreciate not only his sincerity towards providing the best services but also his courteous mannerisms and calm and composed way of dealing with situations.. They no doubt deserve the 5 stars awarded to them by numerous clients And we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone planning a trip to North East.

Nilutpal Das, or Niel (as I call him) has the best team of drivers and cars that I have come across in all my years of traveling. They are all super friendly very knowledgeable and supremely efficient at their individual tasks. The driver assigned to us was Manoranjan Barman or Manu bhaiya as my wife and 3 year old daughter called him. We loved him so much that when I landed back in Mumbai, my daughter was upset that Manu bhaiya was no longer driving the car. She wanted him to come with us. He knew almost all of the region like the back of his hand and with that very good experience of driving on those roads. He always took care that the drive was smooth on the road. Driving through the ghats was never so comfortable. I can easily recommend Niel's services, do check if you can get Manu bhaiya as your driver. However, I've been led to believe all the drivers in the team talk and work the same ways. Thank you guys for making our trip so beautiful.

Magical Escapes Tours and Travels Gave us really magical results as I called in the nick of time and they managed our stay in Cherapunji within half an hour of my phone call and they provided the entire service in a very reasonable rate. Experience was excellent. The Driver cum Tour Guide Sri Parag Phukan is a very nice human being with excellent driving skills as well as he has huge knowledge of places in Meghalaya which helped us to enjoy the trip a lot.
