Horrible experience in Oct’2023 with their Service, I was with my family and a Shih-tzu (16 months) for 2 days visit. I booked their service for 2 days (10 hours, 100 KM each day). They initially charged advanced amount which I paid day before. Here is what my experience: 1) Our Temple visit was planned by 7:30 am IST to avoid rush, asked Agent and Cab Driver to reach before 7:00am IST for pick-up. Driver reached at 7:30 am IST after me following up. We got late even before the trip was planned to start. 2) The entire Trip - Driver (Thakuriya) didn’t suggest a single thing to look around/tourist spot when we asked for suggestions multiple times for local attractions. Me and my wife was googling and finding directions. 3) The driver was always concerned about my Shih-tzu, who I carried most of the time in my lap inside the car. I informed Agent well in-advance that I will carry my pet. He was repeatedly staring with anger to our dog & asking bogus questions which made us uncomfortable in the trip. 4) The car was with such bad condition, No A/C until the last 20 mins, smelly and not a decent one. 5) We initial plan was to cover just Kamakhya temple and some basic street side shopping (less than 50 km im total) in Guwahati City, but even then he made us walk 4-5 kms in each and every place citing bogus reasons. 6) Since my family was uncomfortable with this entire situation - I asked him to drop us to the hotel by 2:00 pm (6.5 hours). 7) I intentionally asked Cab Driver to stay back till 5:30 since it was a 10 hours/2500 INR ride, in-which he said he is not supposed to as per Agent (Gopal) and started asking Full money. 8) Calling the Agent (Gopal) resulted into unnecessary confrontation, lies and non-cooperation. The Agent didn’t listen or even tried resolving any of our complaints and instead asked me to Pay the full amount, even though the trip didn’t end. He didn’t even offer an alternative cab which is a very common resolution in such cases. 9) I paid full amount plus booked an Uber Rental to complete remaining of my work/plan for the day. Moral of the story: Trip ruined, Money wasted, had to book another cab from a different cab service provider. Suggestion: AVOID THIS CAB SERVICE AT ALL COST. —— The response from the Manager strengthened my review & shows that they will not be hesitant calling you Gunda/Bad mindset when you question their professionalism and you would be forced to pay the full amount and come out of your mistake choosing such fraudulent service providers when travelling with your loved ones.

I always wanted to explore the Northeast and it is amazingly beautiful. I was a bit confused as I had planned to travel with my fiance for the first time. So, I had a great experience and enjoyed Meghalaya and Assam with the cab service and reliable driver and support from Mr. Gopal, though we couldn’t meet but hopefully another time with some Assam tea. Price is good and service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Indecent, money-minded behavior of both Agent/Manager (Gopal) and Cab driver (Thakuriya), creating unpleasant experience which led us to deboard in the middle of the trip and make another booking for a separate cab service provider. Not recommended for family trips. Since I see an entirely misleading, false, and vague response from the manager in response to our reviews from what we experienced today, this helps us to revalidate the unprofessional and fraudulent service offered to tourists from this service provider. Guwahati is very close to our hearts. It's just that you always find people who are double-faced when asking for money and then provide excuses to not commit to the service. Unfortunately, we had to deal with this during our visit this time.

Nice experience with the owner.. Even i haven't seen him.. every conversation was through phone.. with a Small token of around 5%(around 2k) as advance.. he confirmed the booking. Rest we paid after arrival and in the half of trip . Driver was calm and supportive throughout the trip. vehicle was neat and clean. Even The rate offered is very competitive.. Just trust and make a booking... Good service overall..

I would rate 5 star for the cabin north east owner. He speaks a very good English bringing a more positive sign for someone of non hindi peaking visiting meghalaya. He was very professional and managed his drivers very well. The drivers were friendly.

Best cab service seen in India. I have travelled to many places and can vouch for their quality and knowledge, attitude of drivers. Mr Parag Rabi who drove our cab for a week did not need maps and almost know every place in NE. Kudos to this team. This is a, much delayed review. We booked this agency for our trip to North East. Jagdish Bhai was our driver throughout the trip and I was very satisfied with the services we got. He is really a careful, cautious and decent person. The best thing I liked about him was that he gave genuine suggestion whenever we asked him for one. Drivers are usually boastful and overconfident but this was not the case with him. I am highly pleased with his mannerism and sobriety.

Best service with Comfort in North East. Everything from booking till payment was seamless. They provided us new Sedan - Dzire (2019 model), and a very nice and welcoming driver Jayanta. We travelled with an infant, and Jayanta took care of us for a 1 week long trip. He further guided us places to visit and was calm. We called up many travel operators for our 9 day road trip to North East. Gopal was swift in answering our queries and also helped in chalking out our travel plan with stops and stays. Gopal had a very professional approach, we were to travel in the peak Diwali season and approached him quite earlier than that – however , Gopal offered the lean season rates. The whole trip went off very fine right from the booking till the final payment. Once agreed on the amount , there were no unreasonable cash demands during the journey. Gopal was tracking our road trip continuously , if there was any need for him to intervene. Jogeshwar Das , our driver was an excellent man behind the steering wheel . Jogeshwar Das knows all routes very well, knows all eating places ( veg / non veg ) , ATMs, he was always punctual – actually would arrive before the reporting time always, would drop us very close to the viewing point – so we need to walk the minimum and would be ready for pick the moment he sees us walking back. Jogeshwar Das is a very safe, highly experienced and courteous driver. Extremely good road trip , would highly recommend Cabsinnortheast - Mr Gopal.

We booked cabinnortheast for Assam Meghalaya tour. Starting from the booking to last day of trip, everything was well organised. We had a late night pick from airport on 1st day, and the owner was in constant contact with us till we reached our resort. Even during the trip he was in contact to ensure everything was ok. Our driver Mr. Parag knew the all routes and ensured we had a safe travel.
