Complimentary breakfast, WiFi is good speed, AC, hot shower. The room is okay clean, the comforter / pillow case are not white so look a bit dirty, similar with the carpet. The pin on google map is wrong, the hotel is at the other corner. Area toward the ocean is VERY unsafe at night.

I stayed at this hotel November last year and I must say, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Miss Trinese (not sure I spelt that correctly) and the other ladies who served breakfast and cleaned the room.. I got recommendations where I can do my hair safely and even advise on the taxi fare I should be paying and great shopping info too. The manager was also extremely helpful when I had some minor problems in the room. I will definitely return to this hotel. My stay was extremely restful and enjoyable.

Excellent Service! An Absolutely Amazing Staff! Quality rooms at great rates. A/C and decorative ceiling fans in each room. Breakfast everyday, Polo Lounge on 4th floor with city views. Karaoke on certain days and ladies night every Wednesday. Very HELPFUL and FRIENDLY Front desk staff that is able to exchange funds. Housekeeping is great. Room service if needed. Fish Bar, Shoppette, Public Gym, and laundry facilities are each one block heading left after exiting the front door of the hotel. 5 blocks heading right is Stabroek Market, bus depot, and stelling/speed boat dock to cross the Demerara River. Highly recommended without hesitation! I intend to stay here again upon my return.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, in house food was enjoyable and prices were overall pretty good. My only issue was the lack of an elevator. If you're on the top floor, it can be a chore to get to your room after a long day.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation due to the uncertainty with Covid 19. I sent in a request for cancellation and was given a full refund. Class Act, next time I go to Guyana I will be sure to stay at the Millenium Manor Hotel. Thanks Again

The pictures are NOTHING that is at the hotel. It was awful, they had half of a towel as a bath matt that they tear in half; the stairs are so steep you cannot walk up or down, there is no elevator to the top floor, and the breakfast is a small room with someone handing you a piece of bread and butter. the checking agent is not accommodating he kept saying we don't have it. DO NOT STAY A THAT HOTEL IT IS NOTHING IN THE PICTURE. NOTHING AT ALL FALSE ADVERTISING.

Utterly appalling. Stayed September 23. Avoid at ALL costs. Rude front staff. Filthy rooms. Noisy. Absurd breakfast. Totally unhelpful staff. Worst hotel I have stayed at in decades.

I would NEVER stay here again. The room had a bad odour, Roaches in room, I spent one night here and I HAD TO GET OUT. The pictures online are very deceiving .

Good for short stay, the shower is on the opposite side of the room from toilet and sink.

I love the location, the rooms are ok. And most of the staff is fine. I have been staying here every trip for the past one and a half years. The staff that knows me are always friendly BUT recently another receptionist "Olina" or Melina made me feel unwelcomed about the place. she was unwilling to meet my needs and very rude.I can easliy offord another hotel but i love this one because its the area i grew up in. But its ashame to say that this receptionist is unfit to be the face of the hotel. And the staff rating went down because of her. She was rude on the phone and during my stay. Period!

Multi story building without a lift. Ac not working. Less than professional front desk staff. Would not recommend. Rooms so small . Cramped. Will not recommend. Not worth 20USD. If management serious about the pics they post as a quality hotel. Fox it then offer for rent. For now you are not ready for any business. Again I won't recommend here to anyone. Do yourself a favor and come off expedia and those international booking sites. Stay local. You are not ready. Don't book here people if you want a pleasant experience in Guyana

Location is great. Service was pretty good. Breakfast starts at 8 which makes it near impossible to have breakfast when you have meetings or tours scheduled for 8/8:30. Rooms were small but cozy. Definitely recommend for business or short leisure trips.

This isn't a place for western travelers. Beyond rude and aggressive staff. Very sketchy unsafe area. Never hot water. Dated hotel with no amenities. The owner wasn't willing to resolve the issues. Had to cancel reservations and go to another hotel.

Spent the evening having drinks and appetizers here, Lance was an exceptional host, catering to all our requests! I will definitely return on my next visit to Guyana! 🇬🇟
