Digicel is not the best of providers. I purchase a mobile data plan from them and the problem I have is that the connection falls out every now and then especially at times when I needed the most so all of a sudden I won't be able to access the internet and I simply see on the icon next to H+ the up and down arrow appear and disappear but only partially that's basically an indicator that I can't for example download or I cannot access the internet as a whole and that last for a minute or two every 5 minutes or 10 minutes imagine how frustrating that is I've been to several locations because I initially thought that it was the hotel that I was staying in but that was not the case. For the rest everything works as it should more or less...

Agents failed to see it necessary to wait until the customers finished explaining the problem before responding - one was quick to dismiss the conversation. The team failed to communicate among themselves (even via report), rather, had the customers repeating themselves to other agents present and online. The experience was horrible.
