Dermatologist refused to see my wife after we had made an appointment. Tried to find a solution multiple times, but was hung up on. We tried to be very polite, but we’re treated with disregard. We had heard great things about the hospital, but were very confused by their attitude and unwillingness to assist us.

Most Horrific Hospital Ever! These people are only there for the money. A person health and care isn't matter. Their quote should be " Bring yall money here let we take it". They have no sympathy for the old the poor or a mother that lost both of her babies at their hospital. Their prices are ridiculous!!! Also the doctors that you would see working at the PUBLIC HOSPITALS are the same doctor you would Madhu calling to look after you at Balwant Singh hospital then you have to pay how much hundreds of thousands for that. I've experienced the worst at this hospital with my family. Their all for the money. Innocent lives isn't matter. They would butcher pregnant mothers in that hospital and get off easy because when they done get all the person money they would transfer them to public hospital when the money is finish and in the end we die or we are left without a penny while we full their pockets and theirs nothing we can do about it cause the rich get richer and the poor gets poor.

Balwant singh hospital is the worst...what I saw someone close recently experienced there will haunt me for the rest of my life .. I saw persons post bad reviews about this hospital saying money first and health last but this hospital is way worst ..its money first and money last .I will never in a million years encourage anyone to go there ...someone need to investigate this hospital and let it be known to the public what these people are doing there these people are wicked very wicked . behind those walls are pure horror ..These people are a rip off . But I can only say that much because in the end ..its who feels it knows it ..These people will go to any extent for money ..

If I could rate 0000000 I WOULD HAVE DONE SO. YOU NEED TO CHECK THAT DOCTOR!!! Went to visit a OBGYN there and the experience was terrible. I spent over 5 hours just to get to see her. After completing the required U/S all details were sent. Upon entering the room and explaining to her to get help on my issue. ALL she said was, "your test looks normal and you should go back to the doctor that you went to first" I asked so you would not be able to check or help and she said well your test shows normal you need to go back to the doctor you went to find out the issue. I paid for a consultation and what I got was no help not even any other suggestion. I asked questions and all I got was no answers and no help. This doctor may be good at delivering babies but is of no help with other complications after pregnancy and especially if she wasn't the doctor that you dealt with from the beginning I came for a second opinion and all I got was no help. The service at balwant singh is so mechanized, the staff there treats you as though your money is not really needed. As a tax payer, you get I'll at times and seeking help, one would've expected to pay so much money for great service which would includes the staffs warms and postivity... absolutely nothing. This is very not good. Please look into these issues, help make clients/ patients feel better with your greetings and cheerfulness, after all we are with problems. Thanks.

This hospital needs to be investigated. I've heard horror stories about the experience of patients at this facility. The fact that they have deactivated the option for patients to leave reviews about their experience on Facebook is very concerning. Why deny consumers from making an informed decision based on the experience of others? My advice to anyone seeking service at this hospital is to do a thorough assessment of this institution before selecting your healthcare provider. Balwant Singh's ethos appears to be money first and patient care last. This hospital uses doctors from the PUBLIC HOSPITAL and charge patients a premium! Most of the doctors you would see at Public are the ones that Madhu calls when things are too "complicated" for her to handle. Get a second opinion from any advice that MADHU gives you. She's a quack.

Had a surgery done there last week by a very kind, compassionate and professional Dr Eric Delapena Riveron. As per my PCP, Dr Eric did an amazing job with my surgery. All the staff at the Hospital were truly patient, understanding and professional also. My nurse, Dayamis is an angel on earth, she's so loving, empathetic and all that a true nurse should be. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. God Bless you all.

Service is ridiculous 🙄 slow come for one test and spend 5 hours 🙄 rather go at Georgetown hospital next time and the triage staff are not even checking with the patient while I'm waiting

the service there is terrible, when you got there to see a doctor you have to wait 4 hrs. just to see 1 doctor, de patient could die and come back alive right there and still no doctor, Sheriff Medical is the best right now and I recommend any one to go there, they always have doctors there, they work 24 hrs, i can remember one time my wife took in sick a morning early around 5am, took her to balwang singh and had to 3 hours which was 8am for a doctor to reach to work, how sad eh, an hospital suppose to be 24 hours with doctors working different shift, cant go to balwang singh dieing, is better ya die at home and done. very poor. plus they only after your money, dont care about ur health, only money.

Terrible service. I spent 4 hours trying to see a doctor whilst continually trying to be sold random tests I didnt want. I had to ask a local Guyanaese person to come to the hospital to sort out the problem.

Put aside the rumors. They provide excellent services. The doctors are very helpful and willing to see you get better. It's a great hospital.

Excellent optometrist. Receptionists are without energy, their staff are rude.

I was hospitalized twice @ that hospital & can say there see service is excellent & good. Dr Prankash was my Dr. I believe he gone back to India. He was one of Best Dr there

They refused to take my family member because she had surgery at a different hospital. This is medicine in Guyana.

I will definitely recommend this hospital to any expecting mother services are amazing. The care I had when my baby was delivered there was amazing.

I was there in April,2023 Monday around 9am for a consultation for an allergy rhitis I got for quite sometime. And all local clinics and pharmacies gives normal pills hoping they'll give me something stronger. They kinda did but it's an overall hustle to see a doctor.

Emergency doctor gives an antiobiotic to a breasfeeding woman that is unsafe for baby, in circumstances that there are safe options available. Don't know where these people studied but they are usually inclined to put infants life at risk given their poor research and educational level
