SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Strict army checking is required therefore, must have some local assistance and have to satisfy army personnel's concerns. ACCOMODATION: It is the only place on the hill along side PC Gwadar. Rooms are air-conditioned and clean. Baths are ok. Service is ok. VIEW: View is superb I would rank it's view second after PC Gwadar. You can view whole Gwadar city on the East and Ocean in the West of the hotel. Other places that can be viewed are Gwadar Creek and Harbour. It's far from dirt and noise and traffic. AMBIENCE: Loud music (with embarancing quality both in choice and sound) but not bad for a change. Out door Seating is great and very very comfortable (during night). Indoor seating is also available. FOOD: Food is not that graet, bottled drinking water is recommended. Weakness: room service is on low side. Parking is not impressive. Pavement from parking area to the hotel building is dirty, Sandy and not smooth.

Booked rooms over phone. But when we went there they had given the rooms to someone else. Ruined the whole trip because had to prebook before coming and no other hotels were available on the day. Management is greedy and would give rooms to anyone offering more money. Would never recommend someone to book here in advance

Recently renovated and by far the best view hotel in all Gwadar with affordable room charges. Whoever comes to Gwadar must visit Marjan Hotel and check the night view yourself.

A hotel with spectacular view of Gawadar City but having poor service and accommodation facilities. Food is there but tasteless and costly

The view from hotel is amazing, you can view whole gawadar from here. The hotel itself is just fine. They don't have much options, buildings looks quite old may be the renovated later on, the food they provide is just ok as you don't have much options. Rooms are open but in summers aircon might cause trouble as there is frequent electricity shortages. Over all good experience. The Pear l Continental is just beside hotel marjaan. Prices were affordable it was around 7000 per night for 3 persons in one room. Usually hotel is not much crowded with only a dozen or two of people.

Very nice substitute to PC (which costs 21k PKR per night) nice accommodation, they guy (from kharan) is very helping and nice. Kitchen guy is not much talkative. Dont order fish because they dont know that scales, eyes and head needs to be removed. Order chota(small) and bara(large) daal, which is nice and tasty. View from this hotel breathtaking and very hard to leave. You can see entire gwadar and harbor from there. Attached photo are of a balcony type edge of hotel.

in October 1999 I with my Doctors visited many times in this hotel @ that only scenic hotel in Gawadar the other one is Bakhshi hotel in mentioned peroid residential annexes were under construction snacks food tea quality good with friendly staff and owner Qaiarani sahib quite friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel at an amazing location. If your travelling on a budget and want to stay at the best location in Gwadar this is the place although away from the main town but peaceful and the view makes it worth it. Had lunch there and they did a decent job. Will definitely recommend staying there when visiting Gwadar.

view was incredible... but pc hotel nearby put this one out of business... so place is very old.. not properly maintained and cleaned... just by looking at the place one can make out that its not tidy... didnt get to visit the rooms..just had tea there..its a small hotel .. maybe 5 6 rooms in total...
