    Gwalior's first apartments township. Very spacious and well planned, but it looks dated now and needs restoration of sorts, otherwise a very decent liveable space and good location.

    This building has been the oldest and first 10 storey building in Gwalior ,parking space ,main entrance, security is also ok . Residential area though and is located well. The only problem sometimes I faced was the lift and park not maintained.

    It is first multi storey apartment of the city, famous for his height above 10 floors and was synonyms for luxury, 2 decades ago.... There are couple of shopes at the bottom of this multi, like cafe coffee day, skin clinic and other eateries...... I have not clicked picture

    This residential multi story complex of Gwalior is situated at a very prime location. Nearby places are railway station, bus stand, city centre area, Jiwaji University, New high court and many more. The apartments are spacious
