Zero maintenance. It was very disappointing to see such a beautiful place in absolute neglect. The fountains weren't working during the peak holiday season when guests were expected. The connected jal vihar wasn't clean. In fact it was brimming with garbage and polythene bags. The water was all black and was a perfect breeding ground for mosquitos. There were a lot of mosquitos present too. The name also is a bit misleading as there is just a single italian pergola in the centre. The place fails to give the italian vibe which the name suggests.
