Good food from this Chicken Inn good service and atmosphere everything is just fantastic at this place

This place has really good chicken. But the ladies on service are rude and they refused a $100USD with a very small tear at the corner yet gave us dirty change that was torn all over. Tikairamba!

Bought hot wings which they lied about the turn around time for my order, could you guys kindly give more precise time, considering most of your customers are people on the Highway. My wings were excellent, toilets clean, good parking spot friendly cashiers.

It was good with smiling faces all around. The service was good with at least 70% accommodative reception. There snakes are well prepared and served. Cool and well fixed toiletries

No electricity and bathroom not working, food was alright though. A bit could be done to bring it back to its former glory.

There was no water in the toilets, no sanitizer to sanitize those from the toilets n those entering the shop n it was business as usual

Items are exorbitantly priced. For example, a 100g packet of Pringles is being sold at USD 5 (ZAR 90), which normally retails in SA for less than ZAR 30. Even if your factor in duties, transport, etc. it can't justify this level of profiteering.

Unfortunately, it's also a rest place for buses. Toilets are usually dirty, some delays in service.

Ordered sticky chicken wings, took half an hour to be served after several prompts asking staff when the order will be ready. Sticky wings turned out to be "soggy wings", wouldn't recommend.

The cashiers are very rude to customers even the management won't help anything, the whole team , service is wack 😒🙄😒🙄😒
