Thanx for the introduction of the parking lot though the area still get congested a lot. You will have no option but to drive past and shop elsewhere. The interior design is above standard and supermarket well stocked. There is need to add more tills to reduce long queues.

Convenient, smart and well-situated. Staff are cheerful and customer service is second to none. A large array of greens, veggies and other requirements all in one place.

Maybe it's festive season but please give another hour before closing times. Variety of goods is wonderful

One of the only options for grocery shopping in this city. But very poor service. Shelves and products have a lot of dust. They serve take away food like stew in paper plates. Would only go there as the last resort

Lots of empty shelves but you cab get the essentials like wayer and kids' snacks.

This must be the worst spar in Zimbabwe. The staff is very unfriendly and they work the tills ever so slowly. The bakery always looks dirty without variety. The packing of the butchery meat is always untidy. I was appalled once to see a fruit salad made in house whose package looked dirty! How can they expect anyone to buy such things? Its just a horrible place to be in.

I would appreciate more groceries on shelves and fridges. Variety of food stuffs is limited to basics only

This place is no longer a spar shop, it's now a shopping mall. Completely changed.

Nice shop at the periphery of CBD , no vendors at the entrance like other big supermarkets in the city, also opens late until 10pm , they also have good food there

They have excellent fresh food produce . Unfortunately, they have a limited (but satisfactory ) choice of other goods when when compared to the competition.
