The place has lost its appeal. The place is not being properly taken care of, outside benches aren't being repaired, outside scenery is poor grass popping up at every corner. The place has become a haven for roudy youths, not perfect for an individual or group looking for a quiet place to hang around. On the upside, prices of beverages are reasonable.
