The food is great and the variety means you can go over and over and never get bored. The ambience is excellent. The spa is lovely with very high standards and great service and the bakery has the best carrot cake I've had in Zim. This restaurant competes easily with any other great spots in Zim and I stop over here now all the time when driving through Gweru.

If you need great food, a beautiful ambience and you are in Gweru Milan is the location. Lunch service runs very well evening Though service can be really slow.Would suggest them to get Waiters specifically for the bar.

Was doing some shopping in town and had a quick lunch there. I got some pizza and sushi. The sushi was pretty good. The pizza was not the greatest. The sauce could have more flavour, at the moment it seems like they may just use tomato puree? Sauce really does make a pizza though. Also, my waitress was very very sweet! I think her name was Yvonne or Yemurai? It's slipped my mind. But she was friendly and kind and made sure I was well taken care of. I would definitely come back for the sushi. The vibes were pretty cool. Might come by for Karaoke sometime. Generally a cool spot! Worth a visit if you are in Gweru 💛

Milan Restaurant in Gweru is a delightful dining experience! The menu offers a good variety of dishes, and the food is generally delicious. The service is attentive, although there have been minor delays during peak hours. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. While it's a great restaurant, a few small improvements would make it a solid 5-star experience. Nonetheless, it's definitely worth a visit and deserves a solid 4-star rating.

The venue is the perfect place to host a party and or enjoy a relaxing day at the Spa. For travellers I highly recommend stopping over for a break between your journey between Bulawayo and Harare or vice versa

The waitress was glorious, but the sushi bar chef was full of nonsense. He blatantly refused to fix my order after explaining that i was allergic to eggs... when you order food here, make sure they thoroughly explain the contents of the dish to you lest you are made to pay for food you don't eat.

The experience was extremely underwhelming. We arrived and only got a waiter after about 20 minutes despite the place being close to empty. I ordered sadza and chicken and a zambezi. The waiter left only to come back after about 10 minutes to say they didn't have zambezi in stock. I then ordered a coke which came after another 10 minutes. The food, which was supposed to be done in 15 minutes came after close to 40 minutes. The food was average at best and the vegetables were a bit underdone.

Sitting at this huge restaurant/ club , you wouldn’t think you are in a rural town in Zimbabwe. Food is not bad and menu offers a wide range . Sushi was not available and bream time to prepare was an hour , so we chose an alternative.

I decided to order an All American breakfast for $9. A pleasant lady took my order, and while her demeanor was warm, the breakfast itself proved to be disappointingly average. The eggs arrived at the table overdone, depriving me of the anticipated runny delight that for me makes a perfect breakfast. The absence of grilled tomatoes, as promised on the menu, and butter for the toast only served to deepen my initial disappointment, the breakfast did however include a hash brown, a component that I generally find less than appealing. The setting is nice and the property hosts a variety of businesses under one roof but the atmosphere, or rather, the lack thereof due to the restaurant's size or perhaps the time we arrived at 10ish on a Sunday, contributed to a flat ambiance and generally forgettable experience.

Service was good, but felt the place was so empty. Maybe you can do better with a little bit of marketing to attract more people

My friend and l dined at Milan family restaurant ( Gweru), the food was excellent with generous portions, the waiter, Joseph "Joze" was attentive, charming, funny and very courteous. I heartily recommend if you are looking for somewhere great to eat-in with very friendly hosts and just a lovely relaxed experience....Milan Family Restaurant is the place👌!

It's quiet relaxed, staff is polite. I loved everything from their service to the food. The outdoor area is so calming.
