Louis from Smithworks recently helped me in finding a Rolex Skydweller. He was very, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and had excellent follow-through. Their store is beautifully​ done as well. I will be back and cannot recommend​ Smithworks highly enough.

I bought a chain from Smithworks the other day and they provided me with tremendous service. We came to the store about 20 minutes after closing and they were kind enough to unlock the doors and do business with us. Very professional people with the customers satisfaction as top priority. My 79 year old mother lost the diamond to her wedding set from 1964. I met with Anna and Louis at Smithworks. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me several options that I passed on to my parents. They were not pushy and did not try to sell anything more than my mom needed. The lost diamond was replaced and the rings were cleaned. She could not be more pleased with the work that was done. Great job Smithworks!!

I took two pieces of my deceased Mother’s jewelry to Smithworks to have repaired and appraised. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They communicated with me along the way to let me know costs involved and to make recommendations on how to proceed. My Mother has been gone for 20 years and my daughter wanted me to wear these items at her upcoming wedding May 14th. I appreciate the workmanship and care given to me during this exciting time! This place is great for jewelry. They made a custom engagement ring to propose with and worked with my budget. The staff is extremely friendly and don't pressure you into buying. Every time my fiance and I walk in they recognize us and it feels like they work with us on a personal level. More than likely won't buy jewelry from any other store.

Always a great experience with Smithworks Fine Jewelry. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I have purchased jewelry there in the past. On my most recent visit had one of my wife’s rings resized. Fit perfectly, and they polished the ring to such a high shine that it looked better than when I bought it new 30 years ago! While I was there I asked about the possibility of making a custom piece of jewelry. Showed Mr. Smith a couple of pictures, and in about five minutes he came back with a unique detailed design. They are working on that piece now and I know it will be exquisite. It will be the perfect gift for the occasion.

Smith works fine jewelry is amazing. The place is beautiful and they have such an incredible offering of jewelry and fine stuff. The staff is great especially Elise Mercer. I went in to get some pearls fixed and bought a beautiful pair of earrings for my birthday for me.

Took my engagement ring to Smithworks to have it resized and appraised for insurance. They did a fantastic job! Turn around time was exactly as they predicted (about a week) and my ring looked good as new when I picked it up. Their prices were very fair as well. I highly recommended them!

I absolutely loved this place! Not only was it affordable to get both my rings sized down, but they were able to get it fixed in 3 days. Other stores guaranteed the time would be 3-4 weeks so i was excited that i could wear my engagement ring right away. Elise was very helpful and knew what she was doing!

I recently lost my engagement ring, so I went to Smithworks to get a couple of stacking bands as a semi-replacement. Elise helped me pick out a few and then I was going to go home to show my husband pictures and get his opinion. She was so wonderful the next day to come in on her day off and make sure to set aside the two bands that I decided on, emailing pictures to me and calling to make sure she had the correct ones. Then Anna helped me finish up the process and even quickly cleaned my wedding band as I was heading out of town and realized it looked a little dull. They were both so kind and helpful. We have been shopping at Smithworks for several years. They never disappoint.

Also, they have repaired, serviced, sized many preowned pieces and provide an estimate of cost upfront (always fair and reasonable). I’d give them 10 stars if that were an option!

My husband had been given a watch that was his late son’s but it needed a battery replaced. I only wanted to take it to the best store because I did not want to take a chance on anything happening to it. Smithworks replaced the battery and I was able to pick it up the same day. After 43 years of marriage, my wife’s engagement ring was showing more than a little wear. She had lost a diamond and the sapphire was scratched. Smithworks did an amazing job repairing the ring (I also had her mother’s engagement ring repaired at the same time). Restored doesn’t do it justice. They looked better than new. The cost came in a little under the initial estimate and my wife was thrilled when I gave them to her.

I took my late grandfather’s wedding band (that he wore everyday and never took off for any reason) to them as well as two other rings. One was my grandmother’s original wedding solitaire and the other was my mother’s cluster ring she gave me. So, I had three rings total. I took them to Smiths with the hopes I could have a beautiful new set made for my 10 year anniversary. Smithworks particularly Ava went above and beyond to help me find a set I would love. They took my cherished jewelry worth far more than any appraisal could ever mean and made a beautiful three ring set. The set was complete with my papas ring which was resized, reshaped and polished back to a beautiful new piece. They also engraved his initials in his band for me. They took such delicate care of my cherished valuables. Ava went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and keep me assured that my families jewels were safe and secure. I am so happy I chose them. I now have a beautiful piece of history that I feel I couldn’t have gotten anywhere else. I’m so happy with my finished set. I love seeing them on my finger and I love Smithworks for making them a reality.
