Melom Frafraha is located on the Dodowa road close to Ampomah Junction. Their goods are very affordable and their workers also render good services. There shopping card gives you more discount even up to 50% when you buy more from there always. Get all your electronic gadgets, kitchen wares, wardrobes, sofas and so much more at Melcom. They also have a very spacious car parking lot right Infront of the mall.

Not bad. They do have a lot of stuff. From foodstuffs, electronics, furnitures, gym equipments, shirts, room decor, kitchen wares, stationeries, toiletries and many more.

They weren’t lying with their catch phrase when they said Melcom, where Ghana shops. The place is usually busy sometimes causing traffic at the frafraha road stretch to dodowa. It’s a two-storey structure, therefore aiding the accommodation of lots of products ranging from electrical appliances to food items to clothing to home deco and so on. Impressive arrangement of all stock and all are easily identifiable by the tabs at each station. Spacious enough car park and covid-19 measures were observed!! You get value for money cos the pricing of items are affordable

It really a nice place to shop

The store has a lot to offer but the customer service is terrible. Cashiers are rude. No regard or respect for customer. Several times I have been to the store and Isles are full with staff trying to restock shelves and refusing to let you pass or completely ignoring you when you ask a question. Went there yesterday with an infant and 4 children and the network went down so we had to wait almost an hour. When network finally returned and I am waiting to check out, the Cashier decides she wants to checkout another customer who literally just showed up. Without asking me, she proceeds to checkout this other lady and then tries to do mine. I told her not to bother and left a cart full of things and walked out. I guess it was the complete inconsideration that baffles me. My baby is already crying and I am trying to keep the kids calm. I do not believe that if that was the cashier's own business, she will run it like that. Sad how we have allowed a culture of terrible customer service to be a normal.

Melcom’s return policy is a SCAM They claim they shall take items purchased if returned in 48 hrs for a full refund or replacement. Returned this in less than 24 hrs and yet they refused to take it back. Who protects the vulnerable customer!!!!

I have no complaints about the shopping center itself. It is well stocked and I could find almost everything I was looking for. From furniture to groceries, they had it all. However, I had a less than satisfactory experience with the cashier who checked me out.

Like all melcom outlets prices are good, but they never organise the shelves and the issue is always our shopping trolley will be pumping into products and boxes left on the ground.

More stuff coming in every day. Prices of certain items are more expensive there than on the general market. You need to have a fair idea of the price of items on the general market to help you decide which items to purchase. On the general, a cool place to go shopping

It's OK. Not as big and offering variety like their Spintex or East Leon branch. Adenta and it's environs deserve that sort of size of Melcom.

Got what I wanted more importantly I hope it last and the guy at the kitchenware department was very helpful sorry I don't remember his number. Overall it's a good place to go shopping if to live around Adenta-Dodowa.

Good prices, customer service not so good

To be blunt, I never fancied shopping at Melcom. It was the driver of a chartered car that convinced me to try. I was greatly impressed about the welcoming attitude of the staff, the service rendered. I would forever remember that smart lady (small stature)who devoted her time to serve me. Kudos to Melcom.

They have quite an array of stuff to choose from which makes shopping there convenient, some of the staff are very helpful,however they could improve on their customer service a bit, especially with the cashiers. I don’t want to chalk it to being overwhelmed because on the occasions where some have displayed such behaviors, the place was not busy but who knows she could have been having personal issues

This branch of Melcom is located at Frafraha on the Adenta Dodowa road, Foster Junction to be precise. It shares the same building as Papaye and has a wide range of groceries, electronics and other home products. They are opened throughout the week and closes by 8 pm. They open 11 am on weekdays and Sundays and 10 am on Saturdays. Their prices are quite affordable and they mostly have discount offers. One of the best ways to get discounts is by getting one of their discount cards. It’ll take some cedis off your bill.

They have a variety of household products, groceries, appliances, and more at really affordable prices. They have just about everything you'd need for your home. The place is usually crowded on Saturdays and public holidays.

In all shopping there is fine but you sometimes have to ask at the counter for the prices of items that haven't been labelled.

Good shopping experience but when it's busy, it can be very cramped especially at the checkout lines. Also, there was a product I had to return/exchange and it was quite easy to do.

The place was very crowded, I was in line for a couple of minutes and had to put the stuff back because the lines weren’t moving. I still don’t understand why it was so slow, you don’t need about 3 employees serving the same customer. Create more checkout counters and don’t put so many people in one counter. The least you can do is trust your customers, you really don’t need a person or persons checking the receipts and products. Shop somewhere else if you have the option or come waste your precious time shopping for 10mins and queueing and checking out for an hour or more.

Was not as crowded as I thought it would be. To my disappointment however the various departments seem to need restocking. The is the second Christmas in a row I have walked out of a Melcom shop in disappointment because they had run out of important household items and were in no hurry to restock.
