Best wellness hotel I have ever been to. Staff is extremely kind and polite, food is great, we have vegan food preferences and they have prepared separate meals for us for each breakfast and dinner during our stay. I strongly recommend this hotel to you if you are vegan, vegeterian, or just have any dietery restrictions, the chef and the waiters have treated us well, and they did not look at us as we were aliens like in many other hotels / restaurants, which we really appreciated. The rooms are clean and nicely designed, and the wellness area is very well equipped. The only thing I did not like that much was the coffee in the bar (it was much darker than my usual preference of blonde roast coffee). Still, 5 stars, we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Hello there! I’ll tell you what has just happened to us. We are Russian tourist,so like most of tourists we took a hotel’s transfer. When we arrived our driver asked us to pay the whole price for 2 rides(about 200€,Budapest-Heviz-Budapest). We did that and he gave a bill). We had not worried about it till the end of our stay in this hotel. So,when we went to Russian reception to ask about transfer the woman told us that our car ride is unpaid. We were shocked, showed her the bill,she went away. Next day the woman said that she had called to transfer company and they had not information about payment. We weren’t grumpy,we were angry. Cos we even have the bill with the price which we have already payed. The receiptionist told us that our car would not come if we not give them 125€. We asked her to give us the phone number of this transfer company,initially she didn’t want to give us it, saying that the man (idk the boss or whatever) speaks only German. Finally we got it and when we told everything him,he was shocked too and confused(btw we spoke not German hehe,interesting how fast he forgot it). All in all, we dealt with it and he didn’t ask to pay more,apologized. Moreover,when you ask to reschedule your procedures(massages and etc) they like do me a favor… Advantages: rooms are clean. Bright and airy, large with modern furnishings. The food is delicious,but idk why there aren’t any drinks for dinner,you should pay for it…but okay… Pools are super cool But for this situation with Russian reception I gave only 2 stars…. Oh,and you should definitely try Hungarian sausages in the shop in front of the hotel!! It’s super-duper delicious!

We stayed for a whole week in the hotel, and I dont really recommend this hotel, especially not to people outside of hungary. They speak very little english. Very bad service. The hotel staff are unpleasant, and have no idea what is the meaning of good service. We have encountered that in several places around the hotel with different staff which were very rude. we got yelled at in Hungarian by the lifeguard next to the pool for moving a chair no one was sitting on in order to put our little children beneath some shade. there is not enough shade around the pools. They charge extra for things I think should be free for the convenient of the hotel guests (in the play room for the kids, the parking, comfortable beds around the pool). The restaurant is stuffy and crowded, the food is all in all quite good but looks bad and unappealing. The good things are that the hotel is very clean, Dinner was quite good (breakfast was less), room was quite spacious. I would not come back, especially due to the unpleasant staff and bad service.

Perfect hotel with many pool inside and outside too. Children’s playroom is so spacious and huge! They even have xbox room. Two pools have thermal water. Tried the fish pedicure which was a cool experience 🙂 Food is also nice, tried the daily lunch menu afterwards had some Nutella crepes. Would love to return!

Excellent medical treatment, sweeming pools with different level of temperature, thermal pool, saunas and hammam. Personal very friendly, going for extra miles in costumer service. Rooms and every place in Europa Fit - absolutely clean! Thank you everyone, thank you Europa Fit!

Bad customer service at check-in at midnight! We arrived way late after a day's worth of travelling and were checking in when Sandor asked for IDs for all guests. When asked why he needs all of our IDs and what is that information used for, he just pointed to the print out on the front desk and said it is the law. Then proceeded to check us in. When asked what time is breakfast, he said all information is on the key card holder giving us no information at all about the premises. We headed up to the room and the keys to one of our rooms did not work. When I went down to request keys that work, he just gave them back to me and said "they should work now." At this time, I can't truly write a review about the hotel as we checked in at midnight, but the customer service we received makes us want to leave right away and not even find out about the hotel and its services. While we appreciate a great property, what makes a guest's stay memorable is the experience at the hotel and that is customer service. So far, complete disappointment.

Great staff and food at dinner, each evening different options. Nice SPA area as well. Near to local market and about 700m to the Heviz lake.

The service, foods, hoteliers were all great. The room's condition was nice and clean however, I can hear the sound from the other rooms.

The hotel is for people who prefer a healthy lifestyle and healthy food. There are thermal and swimming pools indoors and outdoors, various saunas, jacuzzi, and pool with jets. Every day the hotel offers wellness programs and water aerobics. We really liked trainer Erica, who speaks different languages ​​and supervises classes if you have health problems. The hotel has a medical centre, various types of massages, and mud therapy. It is an ideal place for improving your health for us. We are planning to visit this hotel 1-2 times per year for 8-10 days.

The staff was very kind to us, and very helpful with any question we had. The room was very nice, quiet, clean and well equiped. The food was delicious and made from quality ingredients. Both the breakfast and dinner had a wide range of variety. We used the coctail bar as well, where we got the best gin tonic we ever had. The wellness area had several pools and saunas, where everyone could find their needs. We really enjoyed the outside thermal pool. One constructive feedback we have is to please put a sign with the open hours on the garden doors, when the garden can be used. Late night we were closed out by accident, and it could have been prevented by putting the aformentioned sign on the doors. We called the reception and the immediately opened the door for us. All in all, we had a great and relaxing stay at the hotel.
