Suseongji Pond was originally a reservoir and is now used as a recreational area. The park covers a vast area and it takes about 30-45 minutes to walk around the pond. There are swan boats that can be rented by the pool, which is suitable for family travel and couples. On Saturday, there was a local market selling local agricultural products (persimmons, potatoes, rice wine...etc.) and there were lively singing and dancing activities. Children participated, and there was an amusement park next door, which was crowded with people. At the beginning, I noticed that many people found it interesting to walk barefoot. There is a special dirt road in Suseong Pond. You can walk barefoot around the pond. There is a shoe cabinet and foot washing station at the starting point, which is very considerate. There are also sprinkler trucks spraying water along the road to prevent dust from flying. Another discovery is that the seats by the pool are rocking chairs, which look like swings and are quite childlike. There seems to be a lot of barefoot walking activities in Korea, and I also encountered one in the Gyeongju area. If you like walking by the water, you can come and take a walk~

The 19th Daegu Metropolitan Mayor's Cup National Triathlon Competition was held, and I participated and completed the race. I wasn't able to enjoy the scenery properly because I was running, but I'll have to visit again and see it again.

When the weather is good, the scenery is nice. You can walk around and take photos. But I don’t think it’s big enough to become a special attraction. I saw some red leaves on the other side of the river. Maybe they are beautiful when they are in full bloom. If there are no red leaves, there is no need to come here. It feels like Taichung Park or Dahu Park. It’s good to be close or drop by.

In the evening, I went for a walk to get a chubby belly. I think it's about 2km from my house. It was late, I think it was past 11 o'clock, but there were a lot of people. Being near the water, there was a cool breeze blowing around the pond. We had a great time listening to the songs of street musicians, taking breaks and exercising. There are many cafes, cafes, and restaurants nearby, so it's a fun place to have fun🎵
