It’s warm, embracing nature encourages friendships among members and with instructors The gym offers an excellent range of modern equipment whilst the daily fitness classes (except Sunday) are numerous and diverse, featuring caring, professional instructors. With cost-competitive membership fees, the ultra modern Centre also operates a cafe and crèche and and even offers spiritual opportunities through Sunday church services for those so inclined. This is not a “trophy fitness centre”. No show ponies here showcasing their physical assets. With its largely middle-aged and up demographic, everyone is accepted at this warm, welcoming community. I can’t speak highly enough about the Centre. It fosters connection through friendships, improved health through fitness classes, plus spiritual opportunities through short course offerings and church services—with no pressure or obligation. Participation at the Centre has been personally life-changing and is a treasure for those who join and discover its charms. I went this morning to a Bubble babies class with my 2 years old daughter and we had a terrible experience. They advertise the class from 0 to 5 years old but there were only babies and we’ve been completely left out. The coach told us to stay on the pool stairs and play with some plastic fish for the whole class. We didn’t feel welcomed at all, we’ll definitely not come back.

I find the staff to be genuinely friendly, the Gym has a great atmosphere (very relaxed with no packs of intimidating muscle-bound gym junkies like other places I've been) and the cafe makes a great coffee. I highly recommend Good life Community Center 👍👍

Great Classes, very knowledgeable instructors. I've made some fabulous friends here. Cafe is a favourite as well. My Happy Place.

First visit today. Friendly, welcoming staff. Quite a big community/sports centre with Olympic size pool. Private shower room + WC. Coffee shop - kitchen open until 2pm. However can still get something to eat until 4pm. I had a savoury muffin with coffee. Squash courts. Gym. Exercise classes. And more! Kids swimming pool & lessons. Swimming squads in main pool. Enormous car park. Well set. Modern. Church online. Shall return for a swim soonest. Love it.

The stretch class I do is excellent. Tracey is fabulous. Coffee shop is wonderful. Front desk staff very helpful. That is why I gave you a 10/10

Finally found a gym where I feel like I belong! 😁 The range of classes is more than any other gym I’ve been to and are so much fun!! The trainers are lovely and make you feel welcome and valued. Feel like it’s my second home!! Working out at Goodlife has been so helpful to both physical and mental health. Wouldn’t go to any other gym. Thank you!!!! 😁 it’s incredibly affordable. The cafe is awesome!! Their iced chai is amazing and raw slices!! All the staff at Goodlife are so caring and welcoming.

Joined here in January after being at another gym for many years. I have found Good life a place to meet all my fitness needs. I have been working through an injury and the variety of classes has allowed me to exercise safely during this time. Great trainers always friendly and helpful.

My mum and I went to an aqua class for the first time ever the other week and were trained by Nadine!!! She is amazing at what she does, so bright and cheerful, super fun and lively, absolutely loved the class and she had some great music playing! Checked in with almost everyone as the class went on and the pool was pretty much FULL! In all honesty I would recommend her to anyone and I’d say you’re missing out if you don’t get to experience a class with her! Xx planning on coming back again 100%

I was very impressed with the level of care taken when Chris from Goodlife Community Centre prepared my new program for the gym floor. He took plenty of time to explain and demonstrate the machines, and was very engaging. This level of service is a true virtue in the changing fortunes of Time. It is an impossibility to find this kind of service, under the same type of membership in mainstream franchise gymnasiums, without incurring additional costs,, for they are full of trickery, such as I have experienced. So therefore, i am a “Happy Chappie”, with Buderim Goodlife Community Centre! 🙏🏻

Tracy and her team at the Goodlife Swim School has been excellent with our kids allowing great progression with a warm and understanding atmosphere. We would definitely recommend them!

This place is wonderful. Great people, great cafe, awesome facilities and good location. Great value for money. We are there every Tuesday for swimming lessons and the swim instructors are lovely. We often stay for food and a play outside afterwards. Goodlife also put on events for kids and adults alike. They cater to everyone. They have a great gym, basketball court, multiple swimming pools, squash courts, crèche, play group days and much more!! It really is a wonderful community centre and we love it!

The Goodlife Community Centre is a great spot for families. Excellent, clean facilities. Swimming Instructors are very good. If the Cafe could stay open until 4pm weekdays it would be perfect 🙂.

We spend a lot of time here as a family. My daughter is in squads and we love the cafe and outdoor area for my son to play. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, from the swim instructors to receptionists to the amazing cafe staff. Such a wonderful place, thank you for serving the community so well.

The inscription for my baby class was really easy, the class was great, facilities are good. The center has a lot to offer. One thing to upgrade are the restrooms and change rooms as a parent is really difficult to get with the pram and more so when the baby class is over and all the parents need to go to change.

We cannot rate Goodlife swim school highly enough. Not only are their facilities fantastic but their swim teachers are amazing. My boys have had a range of teachers, due to moving up levels are all have been very caring, bursting with energy, fun and positive. My kids absolutely lovely going to swimming lessons each week. 😃

Great place to be. Despite how certain anti church anti God individuals may say to discredit what this Community Centre does to serve the community. They do a great job. Have never been intimated by their views on religion because they have never forced it on me. Just feel accepted by their community oriented service.

I have been coming for the last 13 years and I have not only made incredible deep friendships, I gladly invite others along to this venue regularly. The atmosphere is warm loving and so friendly and the staff and team set the example. Love all involved and thanks for providing such a place on earth where we can get to know others and God more through daily hangouts.

Love this gym, it really has a community feel about it. There’s a great range of classes-I particularly love the Zumba! Nice friendly staff, friendly members too esp of the ‘mature’ 😝 age group like myself. And the cafe is a huge bonus!

Goodlife Swimming School is a fantastic place for kids to learn to swim. The teachers, classes and facilities are just incredible. My kids love to come to the class and have fun (and a beautiful treat from the cafe when the lesson ends!). I would recommend 100% to any parent looking for a great swimming lesson experience!

We have been apart of Goodlife Swim School for 12 years, all our children have done swimming lessons from early years to squad level. The instructors are so friendly, helpful and experienced. There is a great cafe, play area for younger children and gym also within the centre. Wonderful community environment. Highly recommend

Great place for family's or even just a swim or sport Cafe is wonderful great coffee and kids menu is good not all fried fatty foods They have healthy choices!! Staff are great Jumping castle for the kids Come here once a week with my 2.5yr old for a jump morning tea and a swim!!

Went to an Art exhibition last week and was very impressed with the quality of facilities available at this complex. Great variety of sports options and ample parking for all. A real gem hidden in a beautiful part of Buderim.
