Had a lovely experience today. True I didn't have anything painful done but Dr Ongun took the time to explain a very complex procedure to me. She showed me the images and allowed me to ask questions and answered them all. So many times we are expected to just go with the flow. As a nervous patient this allowed me to feel much more confident.

Thank you Sandy. You and your team made the whole experience of going to the dentist very easy. You were very gentle, caring and explained everything very clearly, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend 1300SMILES. They're wonderful.

I’m delighted to write this review for Stacey, Chelsea and whole team at Caloundra 1300Smiles. All of my nerves were settled quickly. A very warm greeting by Stacey (who has a wonderfully wicked sense of humour) and Chelsea who was just brilliant in support. The process was quick, not uncomfortable and expertly done with care. I’d encourage anyone to give these guys a go. Anyway, thanks again, I cannot rate you guys any higher. Google won’t let me give 6 out of 5 stars. Thank you for giving me my smile back 🙏

I recently visited Dr Sandy at 1300SMILES Caloundra. I really want to recommend his services as I felt super looked after. He addressed all my concerns and questions in a very patient and informative manner. My appointment did not feel rushed and his gentle and knowledgeable approach made me feel very comfortable. Paperwork and payment were super transparent, easy and straightforward and all the other staff were very professional, kind and helpful as well. This has been by far my most enjoyable dentist experience I've had and I will definitely be returning to dr sandy for all my future dental needs.

Can’t speak highly enough of my experiences at Smiles. When I needed a large tooth extracted, Dr Bryan Ong went to lengths to explain every step of the procedure and performed it with such expertise and skill that I experienced no pain or discomfort either during or after the procedure. A great relief indeed! I received a follow up phone call on the following day to enquire how I was feeling. I have found all the staff helpful, friendly and efficient. I’ve been a patient at Smiles Caloundra for a number of years and will continue into the future.

Sandy and his dental assistant are probably the most professional Dentist & Dental assistant I have ever come across. An absolute asset to your practice. My auntie owns her own dental surgery and I have also grown up in Brisbane with one of the best dentists as far as reputation goes but nothing compares to the way these two work. So much for such a good dental experience.

I was treated by dentist Sandy Bahra and nurse Kailea. Both were friendly, honest and made my visit as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend booking in with them.

From the moment you walk in the door, the smiling welcoming faces put you at ease. The initial paperwork easy to complete. You are then ready to meet your dentist. Dr Sandy is lovely!! So gentle, professional and knowledgeable. He informs you every step of the way, he listens to you and is guided by you. His assistant Kailea is awesome, great to see a happy co worker and someone who knows what they are doing, no feeling as though you are drowning! These two are a dynamic duo, so in sync with each other, they are very much a cohesive team. This really was a positive experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back!!

Dr Stacey is thorough and patient and offers unbiased advice, and has such a pleasant chairside manner. Your teeth couldn't be in better hands.
