Even though we are Harry Potter Fans, we were positively surprised by this great experience. There was so much to see from the films which was far more than we expected. The staff was extremely enthusiastic and created a wonderful atmosphere. We loved all the detail and exploring the large exhibition. We can highly recommend to book your tickets in advance. It was also great to use the bus service from Watford Junction which made getting there by public transport Mich easier even thought the studios are not that centrally located. If you like Harry Potter than this is a must do!

Lovely experience! What makes it special is the staff, or as they call themselves - Harry Potter nerds. They are so knowledgeable that we took it upon ourselves to quiz them on Harry Potter facts and they smashed it. The tour takes around 4 hours without rushing and with a lunch break at the middle, where they offer burgers, hot dogs and Butterbeer among other things. First time trying it and I loved it. You can order it with a souvenir cup to take home. A lovely interactive game throughout the tour is The Snitch chase. Make sure you get one of those blue Harry Potter passports, as they have information on there to look for one of the 7 Snitches as well as you can collect stamps for every Snitch. We learned many new and interesting things about the making of the movies, the actors, the props and the hard work and dedication required to make it all happen. It was not crowded at all, so I guess there are some perks from social distancing. Honestly it was beyond what I expected, would definitely go back again! And now I'll get started on the books! 🤓

(Translated by Google) For those who know little about Harry Potter it is an emotion ❤. Imagine for a lover of the most famous MAGHETTO what it means to have such an experience at least once in his life! We took our teenage daughter to visit London and, of course, the Studios🎬🎥. We grew up with her with Harry Potter. We have it in our hearts. I booked directly from home, choosing the day and downloading the tickets🎫, much cheaper than organized tours. From Euston 🚂 station we left and then got off at Watford Junction station. A bus 🚌 leaves from there and goes directly to the Studios (you pay in cash on the bus💷). I read a lot of negative reviews about going there you didn't have the opportunity to buy tickets at the entrance. Gentlemen ..... "there is information on the Internet" 😴🤔 !!!!! I read that many expected to attend organized shows ....: "it's not a circus with acrobats and clowns" 🎪! The cost of the tickets was too high ....?: IT DESERVES EVERY CENT❗ It was a fantastic, wonderful and unforgettable experience. I do not hide the fact that I am still excited at the memory. Scenography, clothes, objects all original. Immense spaces where you can travel with your imagination. At the end of the trip you enter a shop, just as fantastic, where you can buy anything, from chopsticks to scarves, from chocolates to home uniforms, etc .... It was an unforgettable experience. We will certainly return one day. A journey into fantasy that all Harry Potter lovers should take! I highly recommend it. When we return to London ...., we will return to find Harry Potter❗ (Original) Per chi conosce poco Harry Potter è un' emozione❤.

Absolutely superb from start to finish. Took us 4 hours to do the tour but we could have stayed for longer. The staff are all so friendly. The tour is incredible value for money. Its well worth paying a little extra for priority parking. We LOVED everything about this tour and will definitely be back.

Such an amazing experience. The customer service here absolutely blew us away, the staff are very interactive, friendly, helpful and informative. We had a small issue with the tickets as we got in, as i had forgot them and only had a confirmation email. This was no problem at all and they immediately brought us to print out new tickets without any issue. It was my daughters birthday and they gave her a birthday badge. Every member of staff spotted it and wished her a magical birthday, which she loved. Food was £18 for two kids meals, so it is a little on the pricey side. Gift shop was a little overpriced, but the staffs positive attitude really brightened the day up and encouraged me to let my daughter buy a little something. Staff at the cashier made us feel very welcome, interacting with us and genuinely looking like they enjoyed their job. We stayed about 4 hours, with an hour to eat. Ended up buying some ice cream and butter beer (which is pictured) . Super cool features, such as the harry potter actors hand moulds, and the lifesize models. Hopefully will visit again soon with other family and friends. Strongly recommend, especially for die hard fans of the harry potter world!

Amazing experience. What a fantastic day out for all the family. Literally caters for everyone regardless of age, abilities and disabilities. We had a wheelchair user with us and we had no problems maneuvering around the whole studio. Staff are so accommodating, friendly, professional and plenty of them around yo help. Everywhere us cleaned to exceptionally high standards and good health and safety measures in place. The while tour is fascinating from car park to walking out at the end. The whole tour took us 4hr 30mins.

What a fantastic venue! Fan or not of the Harry Potter books and movies, this is a magnificent place to visit and spend the day with friends or family. Regardless of age, there is a wealth of things to experience and see. It's like walking through the movie sets; in fact, you actually do on more than one occasion! Definitely recommended despite the high price tag. The venue is massive and can easily take 4 to 6 hours to properly go through it all. Been there twice and seen different and new things added to the list of exhibits. You also learn a ton of details about the production, the actors and the supporting staff behind each movie. Wear comfortable shoes; it involves a lot of walking!

Due to the reduced amount of people being allowed in we had a fantastic time as there was no big crowds or queues and we could walk around easily and see so much more. All staff were very friendly and helpful also very knowledgeable. They are diligent with hygiene and cleaning as well as social distancing. My niece did not have to wear a face covering as she was 11 but I did have to wear one all the way through. Staff would also ask people to put them if they did not wearing one. So good for them. This did not take away from the day at all. Thank you to all the staff for such a lovely day and keep up the hard work.

From the word go, this was an experience that I knew I was going to love and it didn't disappoint. There were countless times during our visit that I got tingles of excitement as we went around the displays and looked at the different things on show. It's thoroughly engaging, thrilling and an absolute MUST for any Harry Potter fan. Enjoyable even if you aren't a particular fan, I would say. YOU MUST GO HERE!

Amazing day out which was truly magical... Able to get up close to the items from the film.. informative and friendly staff. Food was expected from an attraction so not cheap but we all enjoyed our lunch... Maybe there could be a few more options at the back lot as we arrived at 10 so waited till we got their to get lunch... Definitely a must visit if you are Harry Potter fan but actually equally interesting if you are not..

A magical experience with the kids. You can appreciate the hard work that goes into the production of the Harry Potter movies. The props, costumes, art and film sets were amazing. Butter beer and food was very nice too. Spacious and fully wheelchair/ buggy accessible. Toilets were routinely cleaned and maintained.

Very impressive! If you want to read the info and take things in properly, it will take far longer than suggested. I'd highly recommend this as a visit for any Potter fans. It is absolutely fascinating. The only reason it isn't 5 star is that for such a long tour, there is only one place to stop and get a drink once you enter the actual tour (half way round). This was after around two hours for us. Being heavily pregnant, I found this a struggle and just wanted a sit down and a drink. When we got halfway, there weren't seats/tables available anyway. Poor weather kept people indoors, which wouldn't have helped. There were benches dotted around but nowhere for a proper stop. You can't eat or drink except in the designated areas. I wouldn't recommend the tour for anyone who may want to take breaks or wants to sit and eat within a 4 hour period. Anyone who is happy to fuel up first and happy on their feet for long stretches will love it!

Absolutely enjoyed the Warner Bros Studio Tour, The Making of Harry Potter. Such kindhearted and friendly employees showing us around the studio and finding out new things about the filming behind the scenes. Took so many photos! Only negative we had were that most of the items in the shop were expensive, so if you do go take lots of spending money. We enjoyed some food and butterbeer though, and would definitely visit again!

This is a perfect tour for a Harry Potter fan! We enjoy the tour and most importantly , my son loved the experience. We would love to see more interaction displays. Overall, I would like to add that I felt completely exploited. Apart from the tour price, we should pay more for our kids to have a full experience. As soon as we got inside there , many attractions to pay. Broom photo prop to pay if you want the 1 photo (£14) and the video (£20) At least 3,4 photo experience to pay separated. And, as you are there, it is better to be prepared (£££) to dont dissappoint your little one. Why not include the experience and we can take a picture??? Or at least lowering the prices, so most of the kids will have a photo? On the shop, one wand costs £32 pound. On Amazon I found a similar wand between £7 and 11. How to make a child understand that we would buy it later and not at the shop??! Impossible! I understand that this is a business model to make profit, similar to Disney. But this way most of Harry Potter fans cant experience the same.

(Translated by Google) A truly unforgettable experience if you like Harry Potter. The treatment of the staff is very friendly and attentive. We were there for a whole afternoon, because there are many places where you are stunned, recreating yourself with what you have seen so many times in the movies. We had the tickets out for a long time. We went by train from London Euston to Watford, and right there at the station, we took the shuttle bus to the studios. The worst is the ticket price. They are expensive, although then the price is forgotten and the memory remains. (Original) Una experiencia realmente inolvidable si te gusta Harry Potter.

I don’t want to ruin it for you guys, but if you are a fan of Harry Potter, you should go. It is AMAZING! We thought a couple of hours will be enough, but nope, it was not. If you have kids, it will take you almost the whole day. The tour is long, as a lot of stories and secret is behind every corner. We loved the secrets that were reveled by every staff we met😀 the store is awesome, save a good budget for your little ones if you are planning to buy 🤗 Lastly, the food was super good at the end of the tour, we had burgers and ice cream. There are plenty of things I can add, but I won’t as it will spoil your visit. Oh, I made a surprise letters for my boys as they did not know that we are going, and had the hotel staff deliver the letters, as the hotel got them from the owl 🦉😆

The whole family loved it. It was an amazing tour, we all didn't really know how much workmanship went into designing and building sets, creating characters, make up and dress making. It is almost to take in and has been the most creative place we have ever seen. Before starting the tour we had Afternoon tea and that was something else, totally recommend that. Definitely worth every penny. We all came out happy and I suppose that is what you expect when you spend money, good experience! and that they delivered !!!

Brilliant day out. Spent 6 hours walking around and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you're a Harry Potter fan, you will love it. If you're not a fan, you will still enjoy it as the whole thing is very interesting. I would recommend taking a packed lunch though. The food was nice, but normal burger, fries, etc, all at about £10 each.

Took me 3 hours to explore the place but I could easily spend more time. I enjoyed every moment of it and if I had the chance I would definitely visit again. Social distancing and COVID-19 Measure were in place which was nice, I even bought a mask with one of the houses logo. Free parking was fantastic, staff are friendly and helpful. The butter beer was as good as the one from Orlando, USA’s universal studios. There is so much things to seen.

Phenomenal. Absolutely well worth the visit, even if your not a massive Harry Potter fan. So much to take in and so much made available to customers. Suitable for all ages. Plenty parking outside, and easily take up most of your day. A few different cafes to eat in also. A must visit if your close by. Make sure you book ahead at this will be sold out or close to capacity especially with covid restrictions.

I love visiting Warner Bros Studio and have been blown away again. I visited when they had decorated for Christmas with trees, snow and so much more. We enjoyed some butter beer and a burger. Highly recommend coming here even if you're not a harry potter fan. The set very cleverly placed to walk around and through is fascinating.

Absolutely AMAZING. My first time here and I'm already desperate to return. Every single member of staff truly made the experience amazing. I was on crutches and from the point go to the lovely security man at the end made my experience amazing. Since Harry Potter studio tours was created I've wanted to visit and today I got to. The displays throughout the tour are fabulous. I literally had all of the displays to myself I either got the tail end of the previous tour or I was right at the front of my tour. It was amazing. An experience for children and all adults. The access for anyone with disabilities is the best I've ever seen!! It's so so inclusive to anyone with any needs. It might be slightly scary for children in the forbidden forest but I wouldn't say it's really scary. I've have the MOST AMAZING visit ever. I'm sorry to be going back to Scotland. Thank you for making the magic live on.

Amazing place for HP fans! So much to take in (costumes, sets etc) and loads of "behind the scenes" information. Great fun for both kids and adults. They have a fun embossing stamp collection for your passport to complete as you go through the tour. Gift shop is intense! Too many things to choose from, can easily spend a small fortune here! Would love to visit during Christmas to see the decorations!

Awesome tour of the Harry Potter studios. Myself, wife and kids loved it here. Really good tour that is very interactive. It took us around 3 to 4 hours to go through. You can get a meal at the cafe half way through. This is quite expansive however and we didn’t bring any food however the food was good. Would recommend bringing your own food as this is also aloud. Just by some bitter beer and you get to keep your cup. Definitely recommend.

It was amazing the thought, and the process of everything was well thought of. Everything you can think of was there! The whole thing took us just under 4 hours. We ate at the halfway point and tried the butter beer. There are shops to buy things almost everywhere but the best is at the end. There could be queues for certain bits, but in total, you just walk around freely.

(Translated by Google) For Harry Potter lovers it's a dream come true !! I recommend booking the tour well in advance (I did it immediately after booking the flight). For travel I recommend taking the train, and the final shuttle (although due to the covid, when I was there they suspended the shuttle service and in the morning of the tour they canceled the train I had to take), alternatively take the shuttle service BOLT transport (UBER is much more expensive, we are talking about a difference of about € 25 each way). In the studios you will find all the objects that have been used in the films, you will walk through Diagon alley and you can taste the butter beer (a mix of sparkling water and cappuccino). In the dining area I recommend having fish and chips, it was really good. The tour lasts about 3/4 hours, and will perhaps be the most exciting of your entire stay in London.

If you love Harry Potter, then this is the place to go. Took my children 11 &13 (who are hard to impress) and got multiple wows, and this is amazing from them. Try to get in as early as possible, as there is so much to see and read, and you could easily spend the whole day. They also do food for gluten-free and vegan the loaded chips where amazing. We weren't a fan of the butter bear, but it was worth it for the keepsake tankard. The shop is amazing and you could easily spend a fortune. My children have asked to go again already, at Christmas time, as they decorate things and have snow machines. I've been twice, and there was so much new stuff to see this time. A definite bucket list must.

Amazing incredible place! A must go to if you are a Harry Potter fan! So much to see and learn. The shop is massive, the staff are so kind and helpful, the man (sorry didn't get his name) behind the wand counter at the shop was so so knowledgeable about all the actors and wands. The place was amazing, lots to see, lots of food options, butterbeer ice cream and drink were lovely! We spent around 6 hours there it was amazing!

Had a wonderful visit with my family. First visited in 2012 but the tour has grown and improved massively since then with more interactive displays and interesting talks. It is a fascinating place for Harry Potter fans without a doubt but also for anyone with an interest in movie making too as there’s so many behind the scenes exhibits and props. I loved seeing the costumes, the sets and the concept art. Definitely a place to see. Good in the cafe was good. There were enough toilets & seating areas. Expect to take at least 3 hours to get around (we took 4 but if it hadn’t been for younger legs might have spent more). Entrance price is steep but I’d say it’s good value for the money. Easy parking and access. Can’t comment on disabled access but hopefully there are adaptations in place. All staff were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed ourselves :-)

A magical place to visit for all Harry Potter fans young and old. We started the tour at 11am and completed the tour at 2pm. We had to wear a face mask throughout the tour except at the Backlot cafe where we stopped for lunch and enjoyed a souvenir tankard of Butterbeer. There are a few areas where younger children might be a little scared but you can walk quickly through and past these areas. There are plenty of opportunities to buy souvenirs and the staff are very friendly. My family and I really enjoyed this tour.

I've visited here 3 times now, each time with a different Harry Potter theme. I love it and it's always so enjoyable. It's a must do if you are a Harry Potter fan and you can spend so many hours looking at everything there. One of the staff members informed me that they are also adding on a fantastic beasts section, so I look forward to coming back to see that! The gift shop at the end is also very good - all the wands and so much merchandise. I never leave without buying something even if it's just a variety of sweets and a chocolate frog!

Admittedly, my wife if the Harry Potter fan and I was dragged along in tow. Even though I am not particularly a 'Pot Head' the displays and settings were superb. The train looked magnificent and genuinely took me by surprise as I did not expect a fully working train with carriages. As you first walk in there is a huge dragon suspended from the ceiling and it looks amazing. Genuinely a 'must visit' place for any Harry Potter fan and it's even 'quite good' for someone being 'dragged along' like me.

This has been hands down the best visit ever. Full of information and fun for everyone. We felt we got to see everything which you'd expect in 3+ hours! Only down side was no sorting hat due to covid so myself and partner still don't know what house we're in. Since we traveled from Edinburgh it may be another while before we find out. 😭 Loved it will definitely do again!

If you love Harry Potter, you’ll love the Studio Tour. It has SO much awesome information and tons of props/pieces from the films. The first half of the tour is by far more entertaining (and time consuming) than the second half. Also note: It’s completely worth the 3 pounds to take the shuttle from Waterford Junction.

We had a really good time at the Harry Potter studios, its great for adults & children. Its certainly a few hours of seeing into the making of the films and how the sets were. They are adding things all the time and which is great for everyone. The tour is excellent and while you can buy lots of memorabilia, a bit expensive, the overall experience was really good. We even made use of the cafe there and had a very good meal there all freshly prepared and we really enjoyed our meal too.

It was a magical experience and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It certainly brought up a lot of fond memories of my youth when I was a die-hard fan. The beginning of the tour is somewhat guided, as you watch an introductory clip and get welcomed into the Great Hall, but after that, you are free to roam as you wish. You can get passports that you emboss at various stations dotted around the studio. Privet Drive was closed off for renovation, which was a shame, but otherwise, the tour was excellent. My favourite part was walking through Gringotts Bank. The only critical thing I have to mention is the food. My chicken salad from the Food Hall was awful. The chicken was burnt and therefore acrid and dry, and it, along with the dressing, lacked salt and flavour. My husband wasn’t raving about his food either, though I think his turkey sandwich was marginally better than my chicken. Regardless, 5 stars. I would happily go again in the future should I have the opportunity.

Family day out, two adults, three children (12, 10 and8), lots of kids dress-up. Really, good can't fault it to be honest. You can see all of the main sets, you can sit on a broomstick in front of a green screen and looks like you are flying, lots of information of how they did models, CGI and costumes, really interesting and very clever. Mostly in doors with a few sets and photo opportunities outdoors like the night bus etc. There is a cloakroom. Loads of free parking. Entrance, gift shop and cafe all a bit expensive but to be honest well worth it. Best family day out in a long time.

I got tickets to go here for my birthday. It is AMAZING!!! The amount of props around and the attention to detail is insane. It is worth the time and money a thousand times over!! I would recommend to everyone who has seen HP. I would happily go every year. We went when they had restricted attendance and it was brilliant. You didn’t feel rushed there was plenty of room to see everything and you could talk to the staff and they are full of little bits of knowledge of the props, the scenes and actors/actresses. We tried the butterbeer, it wasn’t to our liking but there were plenty of people drinking it.

What a great experience. From the efficiency of the queues to the details of the tour, everything was perfect. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Multiple coffee stops and great breakfast options in the restaurant at the main entrance. You can take as long as you like in certain sections throughout the tour and in others you can skip thought if you please. We visited during the Christmas period and was so so festive! We spent about 2.5h start to finish but you could spend well over 4h if you wanted to. Highly recommend visiting you won't be disappointed

Amazing place to visit! So much to see and so many pictures to take. Bring your big camera and extra batteries. Also, if you want to eat lunch or dinner, highly recommend it. It takes at least 3 full hours to see it, but if you wish to see it in details, recommend to go there earlier in the day. The evening time tho is beautiful and super fun to explore it. Don’t worry if you can’t take a picture of your favorite place or part of Harry Potter, just wait at least a minute or two, and you’ll get the place to yourself, super fun!

This was an amazing experience and we highly recommend the tour particularly if you have read the books and watched the movies. So many brilliant details that go into making these books into movies. Really makes you aware of ALL the professionals involved in the process, not just the actors. Fantastic sets(the sets are spectacular if you have watched the movies you will be in awe), costumes, props, make up, special effects, cgi, etc…Thank you Warner Brothers and the Harry Potter franchise for making this in depth tour available!😘 We had tickets at 5:30 pm (the only tickets available when we were to be in London area) and drove, parked in priority parking left around 8:30, but could have stayed longer. Did not think it was too crowded. They have audio guide tours which we got but did not end up using because there is lots of explanation along the way.

Yesterday, on my birthday, my dream came true, and yes, I visited this incredible and magical place. Words can't do justice to the happiness and the unforgettable experience I had there. Everything was simply perfect - the staff was exceptionally kind, and the food was delicious. I won't reveal too much to keep the surprise for future visitors, but I will say this without a doubt: Yes, you should definitely go!

Absolutely fantastic Harry Potter studio tour. Adult is around £50 and kids £40, and 4 or under is free. Restaurant is before entrance. Reasonable Price food and drinks. As the tour takes around 3 hours. Probably worth it to eat before you start. Love the effect and the great hall, the forbidden forest, train station, the bank and the dragon scene are amazing. We had a great time here. Half way of the tour there are cafes for food and drinks and a bit outdoor area. If you go on your birthday, ask the staff for the birthday badge and get to go to the front of the queue. There are two rooms and broomstick simulation photos are not allow photos and videos. The rest part of the tour you can take as many photos and video as you like Parking are free and plenty spaces. A lot of electric charging points provided Podpoint. Highly recommend to all.

Can't say enough great things. If you're a Potterhead this is a must visit location. Incredible displays and props and well as some very interesting behind the scenes exhibits. We happened to be there during the Dark Arts celebration, which added some awesome Death Eater interactions and displays that weren't normally there. Make time to come if you like Harry Potter!

Magical experience unique in this world. Absolutely mandatory for Harry Potter fans, nowhere you will find more wizardry stuff! The real sets, the real passion, the real costumes everything displayed for your amazement. The staff is fabulous and they enjoy what they do. The ONLY two downside are, it can get a bit busy and you need to book well in advanced, and the high price. The rest is absolutely wonderful.

Great day if you are a Harry Potter fan. Lots of props, sets, real effects and interactive exhibits to experience. It's not cheap once inside which is the only thing to bear in mind. The whole tour can be done in about 4 hours, but if you take your time to immerse yourself this can easily be three or four hours. Butter beer halfway around is a must 🍺😋

Amazing tour of the studio. Soooo many things to see and the audio guide has lots of information to read and watch as well. We book a coach tour so only had 4hr to stay, which was way too short. Definitely need more time to spend there (We don’t even have time for the souvenir shop.) NOTE THAT butter beer is only sold in the cafe in the middle of the tour (before going outdoor). And no way back once you leave the studio, so remember to buy it before you continue the tour. We went in late November and the studio has changed to Christmas decorations. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again!

Great experience. Lots of walking. Wear comfortable shoes. You can also bring your own lunch if you wanted to and just buy butter beer. You get to take the cups home as well. Wouldn't take kids under 7. We spent 5 hrs there with a 7 and 8.5 year old.

A magical experience! The studio is very big, it's impossible to get bored! I can't wait to go back :) Worth every penny. If you're a Harry Potter fan you won't be disappointed! (+ members of the staff are really helpful and friendly)

OMG! I don't even know how to describe this experience! It's magical, it's breath-taking, it's everything that you imagine and more! If you are a Harry Potter fan, this is a MUST GO destination. Make sure you see the films first thought :D :D :D I've been there twice so far and I will go again for sure! Take your time, don't rush, pay attention to the details (so may of them!!!) and take a lot of pictures. We needed around 2 hours to finish the tour. The souvenirs' prices are really puffed up but you don't necessarily need to buy something. Also, have some snack before arriving, the food is expensive and nothing special really, but we don't go there for the food, do we? DO NOT look for pictures online, you only gonna spoil the experience! I am attaching just a few pictures that everyone have seen already here and there.

This should have been posted along time ago but forgot to do it. I went to the studios with my son and his two careers. On arrival my son was offered a member of staff to shadow him and attend to anything he needed. At one point it got very busy and my son was struggling so the member of staff took us through the back way out. Apart from the studios being fantastic so is the staff and is run extremely well. I’d recommend it to anyone 5⭐️

My third time visiting and the best yet. I’ve seen some people say that £45 for a ticket is expensive but when you consider what you get to see and experience, it’s worth every penny. We spent 4 hours wandering around and could have easily spent another hour or 2 not to mention emptying our bank accounts in the shop. Food is actually reasonably priced for an experience like this and you can take your own if you like which will help those looking to save money. I’d recommend trying to get a slot at 9am as you have no one in front of you which is great and less busy as you make your way around. Take plenty of photos, it’s encouraged! I’ll be back I’m sure, hopefully for one of the themed experiences.

Myself, my partner, two children and our baby visited here. It did not disappoint for me and my son who both adore the Harry potter films and books. If you don't like crowds or have a pushchair then this is not the best. Felt like cattle being herded at some points but this is due to amount of people interested in visiting an amazing place and also some areas become narrow. This means when people want to actually look or read plaques then there is limited room for people passing.

What a fantastic place to visit. It took us four hours to walk around the film lots and take in the atmosphere of what’s it’s like to film the Harry Potter series. Very well organised from the moment you drive in to the moment you drive home. Be prepared for the prices as it not cheap but it’s a once in a lifetime trip.

Much more to do here than I was expecting; takes a good 3 hours to get round. All your favourite locations from the Harry Potter films. Food halfway round. Great for kids and grown-up kids alike! Don't drink the butter beer though; it really isn't very nice at all!!

Absolutely amazing place, Had so much fun, it was fantastic to see the actual sets and things used in the film's. Only criticism I do have is that the backlot cafe was super busy and we were unable to get any food meaning we rushed the second half a bit because we were hungry. Maybe the cafe could be increased in size or something. Will definitely go again at some point! Thanks for a great day.

Harry Potter World: It's a great experience but it's SUPER expensive... They offer no discounts to uni students or NHS workers, which is disgraceful. I can only imagine how many people cannot take their children or go themselves because of the price. Food is expensive, as is everything else... A wand is £32 and a magnet is £8...! My feeling was that everything was about making money, which shouldn't really be the case. My sausage had no crispy onions as indicated, my chips had no salt and the lady attending us didn't give us napkins, cutlery, nothing. Also, they do not request proof of being vaccinated etc which I wasn't happy with as people inside don't really respect the rules. It's a shame that the money seems to be their main priority

Fantastic unmissable experience for the Potter fan. Amazing to see the background work behind films even for the non Potter fan. Tour takes approx 3.5 hours but you really need a couple of days to property see and experience everything. There is just so much. I even managed to find my friends named wand box at the end of the tour, he did the art work for Weasleys Wizard Wheezes brand logo among other bits! Well worth a visit. The staff are brilliant too. They all seem just as into HP as the visitors.

Incredible. Absolutely essential for every Harry Potter fan to do at least once in their life. Prepare to feel nostalgic and have your inner child reignited. It really is a special place with stunning sets, and 3 hours of visual delight. It is expensive, but more than worth it!

  • 4/5 Justin P. 2 years ago on Google
Great day out, took us about 4 hours to go round. Really good to see some of the sets and how the stories were made into film. Not too busy as you book time slots and X number of people are allowed in at a time, so spreads everyone out. Photos and gifts are quite pricey. The gift shop is extensive, and you have to wind your way through it to get out. Would have given 5 stars, but for the prices of food, drinks, gifts etc which I know are always hiked up at these kinds of places, but these seem a bit above other places for similar! Even none Potter fans will enjoy it!!

  • 5/5 Gareth T. 2 years ago on Google
We loved it! You could spend hours and hours here just taking it all in...my only problem is the cost of things once you're in..the gift shop is packed with goodies so you'd better take out a second mortgage 😀 We were on a later tour so it wasn't too busy, it tended to thin out in certain spots...the queue for butter beer was out of the door... Great to see, great experience...

Such an amazing experience!!! Well worth the trip there and the ticket price. If it was 100 stars, I would do it 100. It worth every penny that I spent on this attraction. So many times I went to different places and was disappointed. The amount of skills and talents to create such a place as well as Harry Potter movie is impressive. For your peace of mind, here are some info: 1. Plenty toilets and sanitisation stations. 2. Large size food area, to be honest I wont call it expensive in comparison with cinemas or other venues 3. Mind blowing information on how the movie is made 4. Unexpected special effects throughout the venue 5. Very very polite and helpful staffs. Only one thing to remember, dont go there if you are tired, it is a big venue and you need to walk for 3 to 4 hours. I definitely recommend everyone to visit Warner Bros Studio and Harry Potter stages. If you are a decorator, plenty tricks to learn. And finally, one criticism, Harry Potter shop was unnecessarily expensive. Come on, a small bar of chocolate £4.95? I would definitely buy plenty items if prices were reasonable. We are taking about a normal bar of chocolate with no magic taste.

My favourite place! Been around 15 times now. My husband proposed to me in front of Hogwarts, and I have spent many birthdays there plus my Hen Do. Interesting and magical, even for people who don't like Harry Potter. I've had a magical time. Absolutely fantastic! One young lady at Gringots was brilliant. She was full of knowledge and so enthusiastic. It was a joy talking to her. Some people mentioned the food being too expensive, but I must say that the prices weren't too bad. Of course more than a supermarket would charge, but not more then any other theme park or venue. The butter beer was nice, but the butter beer ice cream was delicious. Some of the souvenirs were quite pricey, but others weren't too bad. You just got to choose wisely. Overall I loved every minute of it and I will be back. I can't wait!!

A must for Harry Potter fans. Especially when it's all dressed up for Christmas! Seeing the sets is amazing! Watching various films about the making of costumes etc also very informative abd the model of Hogwarts at the end of the tour is beautiful, especially in the snow! Staff are friendly and informative. Only sore point was cost of food and lack of variety for smaller lunch time bites. No jacket potatoes. Hot dogs, burgers etc only available within a £12 meal and souvenir shop prices. But no difference to many other tourist attractions.

Had an amazing time here. The staff were very knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy their job and talking to guests which really make it a great experience. There was so much to see and do and we had the best time. The gift shops were actually pretty reasonably priced. The only thing I'd recommend is using the bathroom before you start the tour! I only saw one bathroom and that was half way through which would be 1-2 hours in I'd say. Might have been more if I'd ask, not sure. My favourite part was gringotts bank, it felt like I was really there. Amazing!

Superb place, very well done and caters for all. If you want informative you can have a guided tour using the headsets, if you want a wander around yourself and prefer to do things at your own pace then you can do that too! Great exhibits and different show pieces, really enjoyable, even at mid 30s! Harry Potter was my age when the first book was released, so it was a very immersive reading experience when I was at school kid, seeing this sort of took me back to my youth if you like!

If your a fan of the books and movies you will absolutely love it here. I wouldn't recommend it for kids under 8 as it's more a visual tour and they might not understand. My one criticism would be some of the prices. Purchasing the photos and videos if you ride the train and brooms is steep (£20 for a photo and another twenty for the video). But overall a magical experience

Fantastic. Really enjoyed our trip here to relive the magic of Harry Potter. It really puts you back into the series through its key moments. There is plenty to read to allow you to really get behind the scenes and even if you don’t want to you can walk around and get immersed back in to the world of potter. There are several gift shops throughout which sell a range of very overpriced souvenirs. If taking kids it is worth giving yourself a budget to spend on them. The food we had was good value for it being in a venue with a captive audience. Taste was pretty good with a god portion size so none of us left hungry and it didn’t break the bank.

A fantastic visit and worth the admission price. This is a big tour and you can easily spend most of the day there. The shops have the usual harry Potter merchandise and it is expensive. The food onsite is not hugely overpriced which is good

Great time and great place. Had a wonderful time but I would be prepared to walk a lot. If you have a back, leg, foot issue bring a walking stick. Only Downside (potentially upside) is that there is a lot you can buy and in multiple places quality is good and food was nice too.

A must: the Butter Beer. For a fan, like myself, it's the best place on earth, hands down. I couldn't have been more happy to have visited and lived the experience. And for other people, like parents or just people accompanying other fans, let me just tell you the Cinematic aspect of it all, no matter what movie was, it will blow you away. It has everything for all of us to learn, and be surprised but the amount of hours and effort it took this life changing art creation. I was travelling in May to UK and I had to buy the ticket 2 months before if I didn't want to miss it, so, do not underestimate the dates to purchase.

This was my second visit, my first being in 2019. I absolutely loved it. There had been so much work put in since my last visit to the items on display, the atmosphere and the interaction of the staff. It’s such a good day out and I really think it’s value for money with no hesitation! Can’t wait to go back again 😊

What a fantastic time we had. Queues were not to long for the broomstick photos, we were also there for the magical mysteries shows. They were really good. We all had a brilliant time if little tired at the end. Ages of party, under a year, 4yrs, 6yrs, 12yrs, 2 x adults in 30's and grandparents in 50's and 60's.

We had a fantastic day exploring the world of Harry Potter. My 6 year old loved the interactive parts, especially riding a broom around London! We spent almost 5 hours exploring all of the exhibits. Well worth a visit for a Harry Potter fan and anyone interested in behind the scenes film making.

  • 5/5 Joshua R. 1 year ago on Google
Amazing experience. Wonderful to see the sets/props and how they made many of the practical effects across the various films. Incredible craftsmanship from so many people went into both the movies as well as this experience. Only advice for those of us visiting from the states is to make sure you have transportation back. It is a fair drive from London so if you don't already have transportation arranged getting a taxi might be a bit tricky.

Wow. If you like Harry Potter, this is a MUST see! I love Harry Potter, but this blew my mind. We arrived at 17.10, our session was booked for 17.30, went straight through security, the que wasn't long at all. There is so much to see, so much detail and the majority of the the staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I could have been there all day, there is so much to see, photos to take and a nice little food court too. An example of prices two photos and a video cost £40 and an ice-cream in a cone for almost a £5. Souvenirs are quite expensive, but you can find some lovely items. It really was an absolutely fantastic evening. We have some great photos and I'll never look at the film's in the same way.

Absolute must see if you are a Harry Potter fan!!! The amount of behind the scenes work done at the studio is unreal! I cannot believe how much of the actual set was created it is so freaking cool and amazing, it literally feels like you are walking into a magical world and all the nostalgia from the movie and books come sweeping back! The whole site is insanely huge would probably take around 3-4 hours to go through the whole place to listen and take pictures. 100% book tickets in advanced as the slots book up quick! There is also a midway stop throughout the tour where you can grab a snack to eat if you are hungry. I have added a lot of photos throughout the tour however they aren't even close to what it is like being physically at the site! Great place to bring kids, a date or a massive Harry Potter fan and enthusiast! Experience the magic of Harry Potter it is worth it!

Amazing!!! Every Harry Potter fan needs to visit here. All the pieces are original from the movies and the staff is very nice and warm. To enjoy the full experience, reserve something like 5 hours (3 to 4 hours for the exhibition and eating and between half an hour to an hour for the shop (believe me, if you're a an Harry Potter fan, who read the books and seen the movie, the shop is like a museum.)

This place is unbelievable! Well and truly breath taking and parts of it are so immersive. If you like/love/or are a Potter head it is a must see attraction! There is so many amazing things from the film to see. So many cool ways to tell you how they made it as well. Just make sure you go and see it and don't forget to take a Harry Potter passport at the beginning and watch out for the stamp machines along the way. Enjoy!

What a wonderful experience for our family. The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. The environment was very positive with lots to see. We saw how a lot of the special effects you see in Harry Potter were made as well as the sets and props. We tried the butter beer and ice-cream which were both amazing. Everything was astonishing except for some of the costumer service we received while we were ordering food. The woman taking our order was rude…Overall, we would definitely recommend to anyone who is a fan!

This place is incredible. It's huge took roughly 3 hours to walk around it all and I wouldn't say we were particularly slow walking either. It showcases all the skill and work the crew put in to it all. If you're not a Harry potter fan you still need to go!

Fantastic attraction for Harry Potter fans and those interested in film making. The sets and props are amazing. The staff are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The gift shop is awesome if expensive. I found the studio tour good value and a must visit for fans of Harry Potter.

Had a really magical time discovering how it was all made. With all the costumes and props from the filming of the films and how it all came to life; it was a great day out. There were a lot of people there but you still had plenty of room to walk around and see everything. I would highly recommend this if you have a day to loose yourself in the magic of it all 😃😀🙂

As a die hard fan of the Harry Potter franchise, I was very much looking forward to a visit to the Warner Bros Studio Tour. We arrived for the first slot of the day, and had almost no wait as the queue was handled brilliantly. It turns out we scheduled our visit on the first day of the Dark Arts Halloween special. The Great Hall was decorated with floating pumpkins and really looked fantastic. As well as this, throughout the day, death eaters put on a wonderful display. Each and every aspect of the tour was simply brilliant. Getting in-depth insights into the making of Harry Potter and seeing the sets and props in person was super special. The staff were also fantastic, all of them teeming with knowledge of the franchise and super happy to chat and help where needed. The cafe and picnic areas were great and I have to say the butter beer was very nice, although the rest of our party didn’t agree. The gift shop at the end was very busy, I recommend saving a bit of time to look around and wait in the queue to be served. The shop was enormous and hosted a very large range of merchandise. The serving staff were wonderful and very helpful with our questions. All in all, it was a fantastic day out. With lots of knowledgeable staff, interesting facts and wonderful exhibits straight from the movies, I cannot recommend this tour enough. If you’re a true potter head, you’ll absolutely be right in your element. I will be visiting again.

For want of a better term this place is magical! Only went last week and can't wait to go back again. Such a great experience for any Harry Potter fan, it honestly made me feel like a kid again at certain points. All the staff we interacted with are obviously massive fans themselves and their passion only helps to add to the experience. All of the merchandise in the shop has a high quality finish as well 😌

This is one of the best place for those who likes magical world of Harry Potter. Even after more than a decade people are crazy about it. It’s truly amazing experience. When we walked inside we realised how much efforts spent to build this. It’s worth visiting. Added photo to show few glimpses. Plenty of car park, book the tickets well in advance, suggest to go early morning as you can spend entire day easily, you can carry your own food as restaurant is little expensive there, too many places to take pictures worth arranging a power backup, continue long walking so those who can’t walk long please avoid going there.

A fabulous once in a lifetime experience and a must see for all Harry Potter fans. The staff is cordial and attentive and the attractions are amazing. The tour can take up to 6 hours. We didn't have any food or drinks because of long lines however. The gift shop is on the expensive side but we expected as much.

If you are a Harry Potter lover then you have no reason to not visit the site. This place is full of details and information about how the movie was made and to feel the movie alive. The main attractions of the studio are the main hall, the forbidden forest, the bank and Harry Potter's home. These are few but others are also equally fascinating. The quest book keeps the trip engaged. I'll suggest if you plan to take cool pics inside then get yourself/children in Hogwarts uniforms. The pics will be more awesome. There are many props where they will make you feel that you are part of the movie. If you are planning to do shopping 🛒 at the main shop please keep an hour for it at the end. Believe me you'll not regret it.

Met all my expectations. Wonderful experience. Very good value for money… Despite the prices for merchandise. The Tour was good value, was not overcrowded. There was plenty to see and experience, plenty of opportunities to really see behind the scenes. The level of detail was perfect. A good day out for the family. With ample parking.

I’m not a huge Harry Potter fan but I absolutely loved visiting the studio. It totally blew my mind on how well organised this place is and how much there is to see. It’s also very interactive at the start which is an amazing touch. I would recommend anyone and everyone to visit as it was so much fun! I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. You get to experience and see everything up close. The whole development behind the scenes and every detail displayed is so cool and mesmerising. It’s so well worth the price as you can easily spend over 3-4 hours here, excluding the restaurant area. When you’re there, make sure you visit the Frog Cafe as you deserve trying their desserts. It’s so magical!

Second visit and a must for any Harry Potter Fan. Showcases so many of the sets and in awe of the castle mock up. The great hall is outstanding but it’s a shame you can’t stay in there even longer. The rest of the tour you can complete at your own pace and really take in how they really made the films.

Incredible experience and easily spent 4 hours here. I highly recommend buying the digital guide to get the full experience. I was originally hesitant to spend half a day here while we were in London, but I have no regrets! The timed entries really help with crowd mitigation so you can enjoy it and take lots of pictures.

This tour was the main reason for our trip to London, UK! And it did not disappoint! Everything was so beautifully laid out and organized. They had booklets with stamps we had to collect and golden snitches around the building that were waiting to be found! Their gift store had lots of cool items I hadn't seen before and the butterbeer was delicious! We also paid extra to do the high tea in the great Hall with floating candles and it was an experience and a half! Highly recommend!

This place is beyond amazing!! An absolute MUST for any Harry Potter fan. All the props and sets are real, with lots of video and poster information explaining every detail. However, I think I have enjoyed it more as an adult than if I had gone when being a teenager/young kid as it would have "broken" the magic/illusion of the films! But that is a personal opinion!! As they book by hours there where not as many people as we would have expected for a Sunday in September. The bus service from Watford works very well, and the pizzas in the cafeteria where super good! The shop is also amazing.

Amazing experience. Thoroughly enjoyed by a family of three with a 4 year old. Great quality production, information, memories and more. Good length of time for the experience, clean, large, staff helpful, food not bad, shops great, parking easily accessible. Couldn't ask for more!

This is a must see and visit place if you are a fan of the HP films!! We had the audio guide too and I highly recommend it as it gives you so much more information about the sets and areas you are in. The parking is perfect and we only had a short walk to the studio. There wasn’t a queue to get in as we had pre paid tickets and just got them scanned. There is bag check and scanners to ensure people safety. There’s plenty of toilets around and they are all clean. I wont say much about what you actually see so people who have never been can see it all for the first time ! Its honestly amazing and some parts can bring tears to your eyes especially if you are a super fan! All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and because we went this time of year there was the dark arts on which added that little extra in. There’s so much to see and do there. It took well over 4 hours to complete due to how detailed the audio guides are. Looking forward to visiting again one day! I’ll add a few generic photos in but nothing that will spoil seeing big sets for the first time!

Definitely worths it even if you're not a fan. There was actually an incredible work done by the teams to make it like a journey. Lots of stuffs to see, understand and discover again. We really loved the tour as it went beyond expectations really. Also the staff was really involved during our time helping us and making the show. I can only recommend to live it once !

A revisit almost 5 years on and it was AMAZING! Beautiful entrance hub now with enormous dragon, lots more food and drink options and great gift shop. Sure it's expensive but it is a fun day out. All the staff we encountered were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Trying to find the golden snitch is impossible- couldn't we seek out the horcruxes instead?

The Harry Potter studios is truly a magical and unique experience for anyone who has found themselves entranced by the world created by the books and movies. There's so much to do and all the exhibits are easily accessible. You get about 4 hours during the tour (we got transport to Baker Street, also available from Victoria and Kings Cross with Golden Tours). I went during Hogwarts in the Snow, which is a special tour put up every Christmas, bringing Hogwarts into the Christmas spirit with snowy features. Great for adults and kids. Food and butter beer lines are terribly long but moving. They've got interactive tours, a Hogwarts passport activity (look for golden snitch in all the displays), and Studio experts all around to share hidden secrets!

Worth every penny! We didn’t know you had to book super far in advance to go but got super lucky tickets popped open on the day we got into London. I believe we had a 3 pm entry. We had more than enough time to go through everything and we did see and read just about everything! The free shuttle from the train station to the studio was a lovely surprise. It was truly a magical experience we will cherish forever. All ages will enjoy it. The gift shop has a lot of unique and fun things we wish we had an unlimited budget and space to bring home more but we ended up with a Ron sweater ornament. I wish I remembered the name of the super sweet employee who ran back to one of the other gift shops along the tour to grab it for us since we didn’t at that time. I would go do this again. It had just switched to the Christmas theme which added to the magic as well. The tour is set up great starting with a little show and everyone together then you have your own time. The stop for butterbeer and food if you want is in a perfect place as well. You won’t be disappointed, spend the time and money!

I must admit that I have never watched or read Harry Potter. We took our 13 year old son to the studio tour and I would like to say how superb it was. I didn't really have high expectations but I was so wrong. It was so well laid out and impressive at every turn. The skills and craftsmanship was off the scale. We should be very proud of our film industry here in the UK. We were here for hours and could have stayed for many more hours if we could have. Even the gift shop was great, I was expecting overpriced tat but that wasn't the case. Not cheap but the merchandise looked really good. Hats off to Warner Bros and to all the really nice staff we encountered. They weren't pushy or shouty just nice, polite and professional. I've promised my son that I will sit down over Christmas and watch the Harry Potter movies now. I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend a day out here.

The highlight of the trip. Bought tickets online for a Monday afternoon. There's a free shuttle that runs from the train station to the studios - which isn't advertised as well as it could be but it saves a station change and a quarter mile walk! It's a massive studio and can easily take 4-6 hours. Would recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time and the audio guide once you're there. It was AMAZING!

A absolutely fantastic place to visit for any harry potter fan. Lots of behind the scenes on how the films were made and the work and people that went into making sure it all happened. Lots of different bits from all the Harry Potter films, well presented and made suitable for all ages. Staff seem to have a reasonable awareness of disabilities and make efforts to offer assistance when needed. On the note of disability the whole place is level access (expect the train carriage, but there is an alternative option for you to view), could do with some more braile/tactile elements for visual implements or people who just want to be tactile and touch things. My only gripe with the whole place was just how expensive things were to purchase. The food is priced way above what you would expect and the potions seem quite small. The gift ships are also expensive for what you are buying. I just think if thinks were maybe 10% cheaper then more people would buy more things. Looking around the gift shop, there was probably only a handful of items that were under £5, potentially making any gifts for fans with a lower income have to leave empty handed.

We gave not been for a few years so it was great to see new additions. Hogwarts in the Snow is magical and Gringotts... Wow. My Hubby and Son (and us ladies to) loved the Hogwarts Express... Several other new bits too but you have to check them out yourself! Signage to get there is clear. Tickets checked at entrance to car park, entrance to building and the studio. Good to have bag check and walk through scanners. We went Sunday 5.30 end of November and was busy but still able to see everything. Food a little on the pricey side we thought but the cakes and tea we had were good. We had a great time.

Me and my dad were very moved yesterday when attending the relaxed tour trial (a tour for people with autism). I am 28 and newly diagnosed with autism and have been looking at places that can cater to my needs. I was delighted to find that Harry Potter have a tour because i am a huge fan of the films and they always help me to calm down when i am feeling overwhelmed. The staff made me feel understood, accepted, safe and really special. I would not have been able to come on the tour if it was not for the relaxed tour and i am so happy i got to come. I hope the relaxed tour will continue as this will help so many people to feel accepted. I also hope other places can look to harry potter to cater to our needs.
