HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Had an amazing time (for adults and kids) Very interactive as well as educational. Definitely gets your heart going in some rooms but all in all very fun. Unfortunately the boat ride wasn’t going on the day we went but we still got to go on the drop which is good fun and leads to some funny looking photos 🤣 Brought our tickets as a deal with the London Eye both very close together and would recommended the package for a good day out

A great attraction for the entire family, wouldn't bring kids under the age of 10 as there is a few parts that could be scary for them. Brilliant atmosphere. Boat ride was full of suspense and in the darkness which was so fun, and the drop ride was good too! The pub at the end was quirky and fun to stop and have a drink in. Would definitely recommend.

Buy tickets directly from their website before arriving, you'll save a lot of money. Don't just mute your phone & watch, turn them off it will help with the experience for all involved. Actors were good & decent dramatization of telling London's macabre history. A few jump scares but not overly haunted house style. We mostly had smiles from the great performances by the actors. They bring the audience into the act. My spouse got picked on a few times which he enjoyed & added to our experience. Some good extras that reminded me of 90's Universal Studios theatrics. One star because 1 feature was not open & another showcase the actor didn't perform. Photo packages are available at the end. Use the bathroom before you begin the tour as there are none till you exit. Overall I'd recommend this attraction.

The London dungeon is an AMAZING interactive experience!! They take you through so much of London's gritty history in a truly fantastic face to face experience, my partner and I truly loved the entire experience and are brimming with happiness from this experience If you're in London, I truly recommend giving this a try, you can even get deals to see some other attractions such as the London eye and sea life!

Nice experience, more suitable for children but we enjoyed it as well. You go through a few sets, each has its story, actor and scene. They tell crime stories from London's history. Overall well played. Last part of the tour is going through a free fall experience going down 10 meters. To participate you need to be at least 1.4 meter tall.

Today we visited the London Dungeons, in my opinion this is the best attraction in London. You take a trip back in time through some of London's darkest periods like the black plague, great fire of London and jack the ripper to mention a few. The actors inside the attraction are fantastic and never break character. The attraction is creepy, funny & exciting. Give the dungeons a visit you won't be disappointed.

Too many people in one group shoving and pushing trying to get into the next room while lighting was very low in our group. No pictures could be taken inside during attraction. Definitely need to book in advance since shows are at certain times.

Excellent attraction you need to book in advance. Small acted out snippets of the grimier side of London history very audience interactive. I have to say the quality of acting is a high standard. My favorite part was Sweeney Todd whoever was playing Mrs Lovett had an amazing intensity. A pity two of the attractions were not working but didn't really spoil it at all still over an hour and a half long. Gift shop was not over priced and sold good quality items. There is a bar incorporated at the end of the shop would recommend.

Amazing experience and we all had so much fun. There's a couple rides I wasn't aware about which was pleasantly surprising. Highly recommended if you're sat on the fence. 10/10 for all the staff too.

Great fun. My wife and 2 boys 11 and 15 had a blast here and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. Of course it's a bit gruesome but just go with it for a couple of hours. We got our tickets on picniq - half the price!

Funny, entertaining and educational. Even for three adults there wasn’t a dull moment. Had a great time and would definitely recommend. The actors are effects are very good and the ride at the end is just brilliant. Definitely worth the money.

We enjoyed fully at London Dungeon it was scary but most like a theater actors were all great. You can't take videos or photos once inside the room theatre. I too was chosen for some characters it was funny but scary too I enjoyed😁. There are some rides inside a dark tunnel with all screams 😳. The staff there were very friendly. It took 2 hours but fully entertained. The ladies' room inside the London Dungeon is a must-visit 😂👍. In all, I will recommend the London dungeon as a must-visit and a great place for excitement.

Buy tickets early on the website to save money. I even purchased my photo ahead of time. I was early but they let me in anyway. I was looking forward to this and wasn't disappointed. The actors were funny and scary at the same time. The rooms were interactive. They picked people to interact with, poor Bernard, he got picked for everything lol.. I was guilty of being from the colonies, so disgusted lol. Thoroughly enjoyable! I didn't know what to expect around every corner! Be careful of that maze!! Only fault was timing. Some times we got there before the actors were ready and we didn't know where to go. And the drop ride wasnt working and I was looking forward to it. Other than that....Have a horrible time!!

Wow. It was so interesting. Like it's totally worth the money. It's really entertaining and some parts a bit scary. I like the fact they make it feel and look real. And they involved different people in the whole details. I literally didn't want it to end. Nd the last ride part was just priceless. I also loved the fact the took you pictures and gave you the chance to collect it. I loved all the characters they really played their role so well, I can't even choose a favourite they were all so good. They had this enthusiasm.

Had a blast doing The London Dungeon with fearsome facts and grusome tales where 1000 years of Londons most horrible history is brought back to life! Not for the faint hearted. Most enjoyed getting "lost" in the mirror maze! Feel your way into the darkness as you try to escape the twists and turns of the underground labyrinth.

I really enjoyed the dungeons. The actors were definitely the best part. The brother at the beginning cracking jokes, the man in the torture chamber and miss Lovett from the sweener Todd section. I would not recommend bring kids here unless they can handle the horror as some parts even I got really scared at. Unfortunately the boat ride wasn't available and it seems to have been thatcway for a few years now. The ride at the end was really fun aswell

We previously visited the York Dungeon during the COVID-19 pandemic and had a highly enjoyable experience. Consequently, we had high expectations for this attraction, and it did not disappoint. Although I did not take any photographs due to my adherence to the rules, the interior design was impressive, and the actors' costumes were excellent. The highlight of the experience was the way in which the actors and actresses portrayed their roles, which made the entire event enjoyable. The only downside was that the location in the heart of London resulted in slight crowding, and we had to wait a bit inside. However, overall, it was a positive experience.

What a great experience! The actors/actresses were brilliant and the boat ride and dead drop are a great addition 👌. I took my kids for their first time and they want to go back ASAP lol. Had a brilliant time and will definitely be going back... the kids told me I don't have a choice on it lol. Highly recommended

Such a great experience. If you like creepy gruesome experiences then look no further. The boat ride gave me chills and the seared drop ride almost gave me a heart attach 😂 I have to say that each and every person in there was in character which made the experience so amazing. They were all great but my favorite was the girl who made the pies. Her acting was out of this world. Her creepy laugh made me wanna piss my pants laughing. Also the judge was amazing as well so hilarious. The acting of the witch was so spooky. It was like being in the exorcist movie. I loved every second of it. Sorry for taking a pic of my partner when he got picked to be a volunteer. Pictures are videos are not allowed to be taken but I made sure I was in the very back and completely discreet so not to bother anyone else’s experience. He hates being picked for anything so I could see he was peeing his pants up there 😂

A wee bit cheesy but overall an entertaining quick trip through London's darker history. Experience lasts about 90 minutes, actually well-timed for what it is and moves pretty quickly. The actors were mostly good and captured the audience's attention, portraying each historical event with drama and flair. Our only complaint about the entire experience was that the mostly bald, plump, middle-aged, boat operator was obviously angry because we preferred to wait for a seat with less likelihood of getting wet, and he made some inappropriate and rude comments to the whole group of patrons to fervently express his disgust with us for not complying with his DEMAND of us taking the visibly very wet seats. We were already damp from the rain and the cold temps didn't help our discomfort, so the last thing we wanted when trying to find a warm indoor activity was to get even wetter. Thankfully he was the only employee who made us feel uncomfortable, but, one bad apple can unfortunately spoil the bunch. For that reason, we probably would have preferred the on-foot haunted London tour if weather had permitted, but this was a decent indoor find for very wet and cold outdoor conditions. We were a group of 3, including my husband and our 12yo daughter. Take note, most younger children will not enjoy this event at all and may actually be a little frightened... I'd recommend age 10+ for the experience to be properly absorbed and enjoyed.

Went on a Tuesday late morning in a all adult group. We booked early and got a deal on entry. Staff at the entrance were helpful and polite. Very short queue. Security was very quick. Inside, only toilets available are at the beginning before the tour. So go for a quick toilet break as its approximately 1 hour or so long and no other toilets available. The actors are very good. Now, many might say the acting is poor or amateur but this is a GROUP PARTICIPATION EVENT. If you interact with the actors, you get way more out of it. If your group doesn't talk or respond to questions/prompts the actors can only do so much. Join in for more fun. It's that simple. There is a short boat ride (if you don't want to get to wet stay on the side closest to boarding) of 3 rows of 2 seats. It's a nice feature. As you wind through the dank and foul past of Londons underbelly of the last few hundred years, you meet different people who tell you some of the horrific things that happened. From torture to death it's told in a way that's serious but fun too. The Executioner and the Baker were my favourites. A ride is available to go on, certain restrictions apply, it's a drop scare ride that lasts for like 4 - 6 seconds. Quite fun and yu can get a photo at cost afterwards. Gift shop at the end of the experience plus a spook style bar with beers, soft drinks and food. It is worth a go and it's scary for little ones. Top tip. Search for 2 for 1 London attraction vouchers. We travelled by train and found through the rail company website we could buy the tickets. We saved 50% what should have been £132 for 4 adults on a booked time slot. But paid £66. The staff only want the barcode at entry to scan. Worth it. Enjoy.

Excellent. My teens love horror/torture attractions but they are almost always terrible. Not this one. It is very well done. Fascinating history of London. Would do it again!

Really good and exciting experience. To be honest it is much better than I expected. Me and my wife loved the interactions and the actors were very realistic and performed their roles outstandingly! The whole experience was about an hour or so long and you are able to purchase pictures taken during the experience and a chance to buy London Dungeon souvenirs. We went during the half term so expectingly so it was busy, but it did not hamper the experience! I do definitely recommend to everyone of all ages! Just beware to anyone of nervous disposition that there is some light scares and thrills.

Was really good. Really enjoyed. The only reason why I gave it a 4 * because even though the signs said no flash photography. We wasn't allowed to take pictures at all. Which wasn't stated. And staff would make a pop if we had our phone out. The group was a bit too big for my personal preference. (40+ people in one group). I think it would have been more of a better experience if it was a smaller group But all in all. Was a really good. Really enjoyed it

The London Dungeon offers an immersive and entertaining journey through the darker side of London's history. Purchasing tickets through Unidays was a great deal, making the experience even more enticing. While it may not be the scariest attraction out there, it certainly delivers on the promise of a fun and dramatic experience. From the moment you step inside, you're transported back in time to witness the chilling tales and infamous characters that have shaped London's past. While some may find the experience a bit more thrilling than others, it's important to note that the focus here is more on entertainment than genuine fright. Expect plenty of theatrics, special effects, and interactive elements that keep the experience engaging from start to finish. It's the perfect outing to enjoy with friends, as you laugh, gasp, and maybe even scream together along the way. While The London Dungeon may not leave you trembling in fear, it certainly delivers on its promise of providing a fun and memorable experience. Whether you're a history buff or simply looking for a unique way to spend an afternoon, The London Dungeon is sure to entertain and delight.

Quite good fun but not as good as we hoped. Staff did a good job of making each part of the experience fun and playing their characters well. Ride at the end a disappointment and in the bar at the end having drinks when staff said we'd have to finish our drinks and move on. No idea why as we were spending money and enjoying our time in there and there wasn't an abundance of people waiting for seats. Odd! Overall though a bit of fun, bit overpriced like anything in London even with the discount. Only need to go once, not worth a return visit to be honest.

(Translated by Google) It's worth it. The history of London is told in an interesting and "terrible" way. It makes an impression on the youngest. 😁👍🏻😍😂 Unfortunately, it is quite an expensive attraction (as everything in London is prepared for foreign tourists) ❗😉 Of course, everything is in English. (Original) Warto. Ciekawie i "strasznie" opowiedziana historia Londynu. Robi wrażenie na najmłodszych. 😁👍🏻😍😂 Niestety to jest dość droga atrakcja (jak wszystko w Londynie przygotowane pod turystów zza granicy)❗😉 Oczywiście wszystko w j.angielskim.

A fun and grisly experience in the genre of 'horrible histories'. Great for older kids and tourists with an hour to spare. One problem is masks are not enforced at all and only about 40% of people were wearing them. Not good when you have people from all around the world in enclosed spaces and rooms for long periods of time. Definitely not Covid safe. Unfortunately, you have the old theme park tickets of your photo being taken and then charged extortionate amounts of money for. A photo is £15. I get the photo on the ride being charged for, but at the start you have to pose in the stocks for one and I thought this was part of the ticket price, which isn't cheap. It's not. We were told we could not take any digital photos of it, yet several people were right in front of staff. Also, I purchased two tickets via Visit Britain and it clearly said a free drink was given at the end of the experience. When I went to the barman in the 'tavern' he very rudely told me there was not.

My dad went when he was a young adult years ago and he always raves on and on about how scary this place was and how much he and his friend enjoyed it. As I finally visited London, I had to visit the dungeons, my father would never forgive me. And Boy, I'm glad I did. Money well spent! I laughed, I swore (under my breath, there was children), I screamed. The actors and actresses deserve an applause. The souvenir shop had loads of goodies that I wanted to buy them all. There was loads of spooky Halloween decor that I just absolutely loved. Thank you for a unique experience that I will rave about to my own children one day.

From the second I asked the girls at the front how to get tickets and there excitement over my excitement to all the amazing actors and hard working crew. I love this place I took my mother and left out a few surprises for her. Thank you for being a highlight to my London trip with all my dark hyperfixations! And make sure to get drinks at the end!

How amazing is London Dungeon's. We had an absolutely fabulous morning. It was going to be slightly different due to Covid. But the actors are awesome telling the story and interacting as you go through. Definitely some jumpy moments, we laughed, screamed and got picked on. Everyone should do this attraction. Staff also wore masks and ensured everyone was social distancing.

Have been putting off this attraction for some time, because I'm a wuss but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Jump scares were awesome and the acting was faultless. The social distancing was done really well and I don't feel like the masks impacted the experience at all. A wonderful hour of spooky fun!

Very over priced and not as fun or interactive as it used to be. Was also disappointed with the new location - South Bank is wonderful but Tooley Street (where the dungeon's used to be) has so much history. Felt it was a better fit for theme. It does have a bar at the end which was nice to sit and have a drink. The bar theme was an old English Pub style which was nice.

Highly recommended if you do not scare Involve many rooms in the dungeon each with specific character that could involve one of the audience in the show Nice , joyful and worth every penny It may take about 2 hours for the full journey , so consider that if you book other attraction on the same day Tickets could be bought from london eye ticket machines or online from lastminute.com with more other attractions which makes the price more acceptable in total It needs specific time to enter so book tickets in advance

Fantastic afternoon out, actors all really great at the atmosphere very well set throughout. Plenty of tense moments in the dark, with a few jumps for good measure! Shame today the last bit was not functioning but not a big part for me personally, they gave a voucher to return at another time. We had annual passes but some in our group had two-for-one vouchers, and at £15 each it is great value here.

London Dungeons is one of those attractions in London that is great to visit for the first time, as you don’t know what to expect - but it can become a bit stale and predictable if you’ve visited it before. I recently acquired an Merlin Annual Pass, and as it had been 5+ years since I’d last done most of the attractions in central London on the pass, I thought I would give them a whirl again to see what has changed. It was a quiet Monday in March, so there wasn’t a queue to get in and the security check was swift. We then awaited the start of the tour. Understandably, they were wanting to get a larger group together before sending us on our way, but this did mean we were waiting around for a good 10 – 15 minutes before starting our journey – which did kill the mood a little. We then ventured on our journey, with the first main element you come across being an indoor log flume ride, which was great fun and most unexpected (as it was closed the last time I visited). From there, you go through a wide range of ‘mini-shows’ that showcase the torrid history of London through the ages. Some of the highlights were Mrs Lovetts Pie Shop, The Courtroom, The Torturer and also the new Curse of the Witch based on Elizabeth Sawyer, which was very theatrical and a highlight for me. However, I did find some of the scenes quite lackluster in comparison. I’d visited London Dungeons several times when it was at London Bridge, and it was truly excellent – however in it’s current iteration there seems to be an excessive amount of blank/black walls, walking through endless corridors and just not that same feel to the sets. The actors as a whole were very good, but it fell flat in places due to the effects being used – such as the Guy Fawkes scene, and the Fire of London scene was laughably bad in places. Overall, it’s a fun way to spend a couple of hours if it’s included with an Annual Pass or you get a good 2-4-1 deal. I do however feel that at full-price, the attraction simply doesn’t warrant the price tag or the time spent within it.

Having lived in Greater London for 40+ year, finally decided to go to London Dungeon. Took my 12 year old daughter, we LOVE every minute of it. I always thought it was an attraction with wax work figures like Madam Tussards........how wrong was I. The actors were brilliant, as was their interaction with the guests, they were very well informed, we jumped at every boo and eerie noise. Money well spent. With regards to social distancing LD were on top of their game. Face mask did not hinder us, if anything it added to the environment we were in. Definitely worth a visit. I would definitely recommend the 3 attraction for £45 (adults) as it's a money saver. We managed 2 out of 3 in a few hours. Booking a time slot was very easy on a smartphone, we finished MT at 1250 booked a 1330 slot at LD and were in Westminster by 1310. No need to book all the attractions before you leave home, just play it by ear!

Should be zero star. They took my money!! 😡 My friend and I have been looking forward to go here for Halloween and for her birthday. I ordered the tickets and once the payment have gone through, the page said error. I called them up and they told me that there was nothing I could do if I didn't receive any confirmation email. I am angry and frustrated as it has been 2 days and I still have not received my money back. I have screenshots and proof for this. -Edit- They have gotten back to me and processed my refund. Thank you.

It was great experience! It is basically an interactive theater that takes the visitors from room to room throughout the dungeon, presenting a different major historical event in every location. We talk about London history. The actors are great and they always choose someone from the crowd to help them with something or just to torture them briefly :) You Must Understand Good English To Enjoy It. Unfortunately, pictures are not allowed in there so I do not have any to show you.

We went to different rooms and most of them were interesting and you got to engage with the actors. Very entertaining, be aware that you'll be standing up and walking for the majority of the time you're in there. The ride at the end was also fun and scary. You cannot take pictures inside and conveniently located right next to the London Sea Life Aquarium and London Eye

We went to the Dungeons Friday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful and the actors were very professional and really added to the atmosphere of the place. Especially loved the Sweeney Todd part with the 'very close shaves'. Just ashame the boat ride wasn't working. A great day out from the moment you step in the lift 😉

  • 5/5 Martina D. 3 years ago on Google
Great fun and fantastic staff acting out key London events. Very funny and tongue in cheek humour with audience interaction. Shame the boat ride wasn't operating due to Covid restrictions but good nonetheless

I really enjoyed going to this place it really does show you the special effects in horror movies with the system they use in one part of the experience and I liked the part where the floor caught fire to The boat ride was a nice touch as well and you hardly get wet at all I will say that this is quite a long experience that lasts I think one and a half hours to get around everything and I would like to do the london dungeons another time with some nice company as friends that joined me on this experience in london xx

Good atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Takes about 1 hr to go around. Real actors make this a marvelous adventure. Well done on a brief travel through the worse bits on London's history. Oh my wife screamed lol

After numerous visits to the dungeons it would be nice to walk round at a pace you want instead of being herdedlike cattle a maybe a few more scares would be nice

Acting was very horrible, had to stand in a long line to get in. The scenery was pretty good but the background of information was totally lacking.

10/10 for adapting to the times we are currently in! Making sure when going round in tours people are sticking to the new rules and guidance. There are floor markers in place so you can social distance from others in the tours. They get you involved with the live action of history, which is brill! And im quite the screamish person, and found it wasnt too jumpy for my liking and actually thoroughly enjoyed the tour! Highly recommended if visiting the capital!

It is good and reasonably scary although definitely mush less scary due to covid restrictions but they do a very good job despite that. It was kind of short though but this is probably because some attractions cannot take place due to covid so that is understandable. Very happy to see that they follow covid restrictions very well as they turned away a group of seven who werent even wearing masks! Good experience here.

  • 5/5 Alex P. 3 years ago on Google
Fantastic day even thou covid restricted the characters from touching you and scaring you they done a fantastic job under the circumstances

  • 4/5 deagle b. 3 years ago on Google
It was quite an experience, worth it. The effort they put in it, even with covid 19 rules (which are very well followed)

  • 3/5 Andrew O. 3 years ago on Google
Totally disorganised - getting tickets is fine but then all sorts of restrictions in the small print - so watch out for that. Feels dated, and so much else to do in London would probably skip....

  • 5/5 Natty o. 3 years ago on Google
Visited today 29th oct 1pm. for Halloween. I enjoyed it. It went very quick the tour. Some of the actors were great A couple we didnt think was that great But over all they was ok and very informative. A couple of scary times in the pub and with the man in the jail. The room with roller coaster seats was good. It shocked me. The photos were expensive i think they was £20 each. And they also had a deal .I took quite a few inside so felt i didnt really need to buy them. Gift shop is small and pricey. But still bought some bits. They have a pub if you drink. Which is nice for those who do drink. Overall a good day. But i would really think about bringing children 7-8. It can be quite scary and the roller coaster seat drop (cant discribe a word for this) would maybe frightend the younger ones. I advise this. My grandaughter didnt go on it. And im glad she didnt. I believe this would have gave her quite a shock as it did me. Happy Halloween ☠

Lovely staff on the doors. Well organised. Actors all really excellent in their roles. Very very scary in most bits especially when lights go off too! Good sound and visual effects effects! Certainly lives up to its name, everything covered that London is known for.

  • 4/5 Cécile 2 years ago on Google
We had lots of fun! Some of it was a bit dated (sound effect etc.) but most of the actors were amazing and the ladies at the pub at the end were lovely.

  • 5/5 Maps R. 2 years ago on Google
This place is historic, yet it’s also amusing and comedic. When I came here I was surprised by how amazing the acting was. All the actors were great at their roles and it was pretty fun. I feel like I learned quite a bit about history without the boring parts of it. You need to book in advance, but it’s definitely worth your time.

  • 5/5 aanna s. 2 years ago on Google
Fantastic time. Excellent actors and actresses giving the tour. Brilliantly done. Wouldn’t take kids too young as it’s very dark and some parts a little scary, but this is needed to get the proper feel.

  • 5/5 André B. 2 years ago on Google
You are going to move through various settings/rooms, where various actors are welcoming your group. You must be able to speak English to get the full experience. Expect the actors to interact with people in your group and ask you questions. The actors are really skilled and professional. The settings are also very trustworthy. I was very pleasantly surprised. A very good experience.

  • 4/5 paul b. 2 years ago on Google
Yes a fun and scary place to visit, if they excepted cash I would have rated this visit 5 stars. We really did enjoy our visit the actor's were all fantastic, the lady in the cage was my favourite

  • 5/5 Lucy D. 2 years ago on Google
Brilliant experience; very jump scary, different rooms where the history of London gets discussed by actors such as guy fawkes, fire of London, the plague etc. Tickets I believe for just this attraction is £40 an adult, you are better off doing a multi attraction buy as you can get the sea life Aquarium, the dungeons and the London Eye for £100 an adult, saving yourself money if you decide to do more on the day

  • 4/5 Parkes Training N. 2 years ago on Google
Great for kids and teens. My daughter loved it! Not the original dungeons obviously but some good characters and a drop style ride at the end. Nice little bar you drink from at the end and souvenirs to chose from. Prices aren't too bad ever! X

  • 5/5 Kerrie H. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent experience, really fun. My youngest was 13 at the time... she was suitably spooked. I wouldn't suggest it to children much younger than around 12. Actors were fantastic and stayed in character interacting with the crowd. Very enjoyable.

Really good. Tons better than london eye and cruise i went on. Interactive, funny, scary. Just wish would've been half an hour longer as this was really fun

  • 3/5 Claire G. 2 years ago on Google
Having been to the old London dungeons several times, I thought I would take a look at the new one. Well in all honesty really disappointed nothing like the old one. This one your in a large group and just taken to rooms and told about certain people or times in gruesome history, with a few rides thrown in. All well done but the old experience I found was much more fun and exciting. Worth a look but I certainly Wouldn't go again and not sure if I would really recommend any more, such a massive shame. Ruined a really great place to visit.

  • 5/5 Carly O. 2 years ago on Google

I have been to both the Edinburgh and London dungeons now two times each. It's one of the best things you can do, and I cannot recommend it enough. If you go don't be a lamo and ruin other people's fun though, get involved and take in the experience

  • 5/5 Jenna B. 2 years ago on Google
Very fun experience and place to go to when in London. The acting is really and it's all very entertaining for all different ages. You can get a few pictures taken of you and your friends/family but you still have to pay to get them. All round I really enjoyed it.

We had such a good time, there was so much more then I thought would be included. Not sure I would do a return visit unless the tour changed now I’ve seen it but so worth visiting if you haven’t been.

Brilliant attraction. Educational and fun. The actors /actresses are fab. They do so well to do what they do all day every day. A couple of down sides, it felt very rushed like we had to go through each section super fast. There was a larger group travelling together. I think they have to many people going around together. Should have smaller groups. Must say, it is very warm when going around the Dungeons. Little sitting time. My nephew and I had come to London for the Dungeons from the midlands and due to the heat he passed out. The first aider was able to get to us and take us to somewhere he could sit. There was a junior doctor in our group who helped us too. Many thanks to him and the staff for looking after us.

  • 5/5 Fay H. 2 years ago on Google
We had a great time at the London Dungeons, highly recommended. The actors were brilliant, both spooky and comical! Two rides there, one is height restricted. Little gift shop at the end with a bar.

  • 4/5 Rebecca G. 2 years ago on Google
£27 ticket price, I'd say it's worth it for the experience. The actors were wonderful, the sets were great, as were the rides. The bar at the end was a fun novelty, and reasonably priced.

It's amazing and very fun. I recommend coming here with friends or family. (By urself is til fun but quite scary) It is about an hour long and very enjoyable. Very scary at times so I don't recommend this place for young kids however if they're not scared then GO

  • 5/5 Caroline N. 2 years ago on Google
Absolutely loved this attraction!!! I took my two teenagers (who normally only likes playing their computers) and they said it was fantastic and the best attraction we did in London. The actors are great and there are loads of surprises along the way. You walk round in a large group but it doesn't matter as sometimes you are at the front and sometimes at the back. Would thoroughly recommend to all 🌟

  • 5/5 JOANNE M. 2 years ago on Google
Really enjoyed this. Loved the realism and the actors. Unfortunately my 9 year old wasn't keen so had to leave before the scariest bit. Would definitely visit again. A great attraction for cold rainy days.

  • 5/5 Bernardo S. 2 years ago on Google
Lots of fun. Very funny and interactive actors, made a good hour pass by like a breeze and had some very interesting surprises. Wait was about 30 minutes as there was a school group going ahead but nothing unbearable. Well worth the money.

  • 3/5 Alooseh 2 years ago on Google
Enjoyed the experience and actors were fab!! However it was so so busy. Lots of waiting to get into the attraction... too many people in group made it stressful lots of pushing to get into next room. Would suggest group sizes limited 20 max so everyone can enjoy.

Amazing experience! I thought I was going on some scary attraction. It turned out to be a very historical learning experience. The stories where supported by some great actors. The effects where amazing, I am still trying to figure how they did some of the props. Overall, great experience!
