I visited here twice on two different seasons. Once long back in the time of winter when everything was great and next yesterday summer time. The condition of the place was so Terrible that they should have kept it closed. The lawn had over grown grass filled with rain water. The sitting areas both outdoor and indoors were dirty. It seemed that the place was not cleaned for months. The washroom was also dirty. Food was moderate but highly priced. I wished they had giving some effort in maintaining the place as the location is very peaceful and scenic. So like if anyone is planning to visit this place in summer please avoid it. Winter may be good time to visit.

The three stars are just for the view and the calmness of this place other than that everything is so below average. It's such a beautiful and scenic place I just wish if the owner would give a little importance in its overall maintenance and improvements. Thank goodness we didn't stay there because the other reviews are horrible. And coming to the food part, the prices are sky rocketing, and definitely not worth it I'm sure. Unbelievably overpriced is what I could gather from the menu. I could've written more about the food but unfortunately we wanted to have dessert and they didn't even have a single item from the menu, not even soft drinks. The waiter told us that they only had lunch items. Hopefully they will start giving importance to the maintenance of they wanna attract more customers there.

Delightful nature experience near the bank of Brahmaputra. A bit of expensive of the dishes, example butter chicken full plate with cost you 800 bucks. The owner should upgrade the resort. The place is superb.

The only saving grace is the location and serenity. The owners have allowed such a wonderful place to go to waste. Dirty sinks, tables, chairs and cobwebs all around. Hedges overgrowing everywhere. The food was freshly made, tasted good but was extremely overpriced. Very limited items available. I wouldn't dare to try and stay here considering the slow service (only 1 person taking orders and managing the counter as well and serving the food also). I just wish someone would do justice to this wonderfully located resort and improve it. Maybe buy-out the place and make it worthy!

Location is perfect.But the service and maintenance is too cheap.If they keep the place neat and clean ,It will be best destination to visit in holiday .This is situated on the bank of Brahmaputra ,Which gives best scenery with perfect landscape . I request to the maneging team ,Please keep this place hygienic .Also their urinal is too dirty .

Poor service. Low maintenance. Food was not at all good. We ordered butter chicken and fried rice as they have very very limited options. But we got something else chicken curry kind of thing. Very disappointing.. this place is very hot. they don't have ac, fans also limited. Not for summer days.

This place is one of the worst to be declared... Food was pathetic... Dirty washrooms.. Plus they tried to ditch the customers by overcalculating the bill... Thank god I went through the bill and saw that how much they were ready to loot... On asking the bill the manager himself confessed that it was wrongly calculated.. Pls don't visit this place..

The only positive aspect of the resort is its location. Dusty tables in the dining hall, spider webs in chair, slow service, unmaintained garden is a big letdown. Most of the items in restaurant menu was unavailable and exorbitant prices of food will definitely shock you.

Location is good but the service is poor. No water in washrooms.

Food is pricey and not at all noteworthy. Place has potential for tourism but not well maintained. But then it's far from the madding crowd and close to nature, with the "backwaters" of the Brahmaputra kissing its boundary.
