Nice hotel for organising big events like marriage parties, Birthday parties and office parties. It is just across the state highway so connectivity is very good and it has a large parking facility. Nice food can be seen here with good taste. Staff behaviour is very nice . Arrangements are done by the management team.

I have gone there several times. In 2021 their food service was good .. However, this is not the case now in 2022.. even it was difficult to get ice / cold water for party . staff says yes to customer , but, as a customer, mine experience is not at all good .

Third class hotel , no professionalism. Too much noise on corridor even at midnight . It is a hell for guests. if you want a night stay never ever stay here. Best hotel in Jharsuguda is Hotel Orchard

Excellent venue for weddings, with nice rooms, Banquet halls, Restaurants, very good food preparations, just perfect for a destination wedding... Not to miss the permanent rain dance venue on the terrace, it's just wow...!

Their basic problem is power cut and dg set also dont start automatically Locks of room are also basic Single working lift for 3 floors Handdrier in common toilets at G floor also not in working condition Size of window is good but without grills, may lead to accident

Poor hotel, dirty staff and does not give service to the customer by giving the name of its owner, no one should stay, stayed in the worst hotel of my life.

We went for a dinner in this hotel, They don't even serve the basic items. They insist you to order daal chawal(why we are at your place then). Taste & quality is also not up to the mark. You have to wait for waiter or waitress if you planned to sit on the roof top Total disappointment

Gone there for a party with 12 people. Service was very bad and food preparation was too much time taking. Didn't liked the taste also. May be hotel is not running, they have kept less staff and cook. So act accordingly.
