Nice facility, large campus. Be advised: it's a little tricky to get around if you're not familiar with the area. Signage is poor. Be sure to know where you are going as there is a traffic flow around the highway nexus (676) that will sweep you deep into confusing Camden backstreets if you don't pay attention.

I went her for pre admission testing for an upcoming surgical procedure. This is my first time dealing with Cooper for this. I had to see four different people and they did a good job of taking me from one appointment to the next. My one complaint is that it is not very clear where to go and when I went into the one building I had to walk down the block to another location. For most people that isn’t an issue but I have limited mobility and use a walker, so it was a bit of a challenge. Another frustration came when each person asked be the same exact questions. They are looking at my file and the computer and see the same thing that the others did, why do I have to repeat the same answers over and over? Other than that they were thorough and explained things clearly. They were also well organized in getting me from person to person.

The newly renovated building is quite nice... Stop in and visit the Café if your just "Visiting"... Not much else to do in this building being since the main offices never answer their phones for people calling to set up appointments... Everytime I call Cooper Internal Medicine or Cooper Pediatrics I'm always on hold at least 30mins to and 1hour+... I'm on the phone with Cooper Internal Medicine right now trying to set an appointment (43mins in counting smh)...

Went there for pre surgery interview. Everyone was friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The gentleman (Mr Walker) who took my EKG and blood was excellent. I've poor vains, and normally leave with the flabotamist having to poke, and dig before getting blood. I'm used to coming home with black and blues from less than professional blood technicians. This wasn't the case at 3 Cooper. Thanks for a strees free visit. This place is highly recommend.

I had an appointment for a CT scan and ultrasound. I needed to drink something for for CT but I couldn’t have that in me for my ultrasound. Rodney and Blair did a good job organizing things to make sure my ultrasound wasn’t canceled. I really appreciate Rodney’s hard work and consideration and Blair’s concern for me. They both are excellent workers. Thank you.

My brother was in here twice recently. First time in November for a ruptured brain aneurism. Left him in the ER for over 7 hours with a ruptured “AVM”, (brain bleeding), because they were “short staffed because of the holiday”, before they decided to operate. The doctors and nurses do not communicate with the family and when they do, their accents are so strong you can’t understand them. My bother’s personal belongings were stolen, TWICE!! Brand new Jacket, his jewelry, EVERYTHING. He wore a chain and locket around his neck with a picture of his two DECEASED CHILDREN, GONE!! No remorse. No apologies, just it’s “not here”!!! The place is dirty and it stinks. I will NEVER allow a loved one of mine, EVER go to Cooper, EVER again.

As quiet as kept (ie. Best Kept Secret revealed) Even with all the reports about crime in the surrounding neighborhood Cooper hospital runs a very efficient ship with lots of professionals at the helm. The Emergency Room manages to keep the traffic flowing inspight of the high volume of trauma patients. I believe the public is in good hands in this place.

My granddaughter had an appointment on Friday, September 2nd 2022 at 1130am and office had tripled appointments for several patients. The wait was long, office was dirty and receptionist was very rude. No doctor's intervened during an verbal argument and receptionist was texting the entire time. Receptionist and doctor can be heard laughing in the back about the argument and nothing was done about this particular worker. My experience at this office was horrible. Beware of this office.

Well posted directional signs inside. Friendly, helpful staff. Benches outside to sit while waiting for Uber if needed.

They check your temp when you walk in. The Doctors are wonderful here. It can be busy though at some times, even during Covid.

A hospital that looks like a trendy hotel is what you will find here in NJ! Camden county has the largest crime rate in the country! My brother-in-laws Father is there as we speak and requested to come here because the Doctors from all over the country train here as they receive of all the trama related injuries from the hood so they know how to work a wound!

Great staff, helped me with my problems. Out of all of the doctor's appointments that I have gone to, I've been here for 75% of the appointments.

My boyfriend and I had brought our 5 year old son to the Children’s Regional Center. They will not allow both parents to be with their special needs child. We are here getting a consult about surgery on his brain. Both parents should have the right to be in the room. This is the only hospital that won’t allow both parents to be with their child. Mean while they are letting certain couples go in the back. I am not the only one here today having the same issue. We will both be filing complaints.
