    This is very good gym near by shapoor ji. Where the trainer( Aftab sir) help you to build a good exercise. He will help you to start from zero to get in a position where you can do weight training and cardio as a pro.

    The best gym you'll find in Newtown. Located near Shapoorji Complex. Spacious and clean. Good quality equipments. Best part is the audio system ... Top notch 🔥 Trainers Atab da and Suraj da are amazing. Super helpful and support.
