- fish & chicken were fresh, juicy and flavorful, both had a good amount of breading to meat ratio. Hush puppies were really good and chips were nice and crispy. The proportions were good as well. - prices are good normally spend $8 per person. - new location is very nice, and they now have a drive thru. - inside is clean and organized. - staff super friendly and management are amazing. - good atmosphere. - overall a good place for food, I'd recommend it for sure.

Food was great! The crunch on the fish was awesome! Fish is mild, hush puppies are perfect and the portions aren't crazy.

It was okay! Batter didn't seem to have much seasoning. Fries are great.. Bacon wrapped slaw dog was ok. Maybe steam the buns and it would have been better

I drove about an hour to check this place out. With all the great reviews I was looking forward to a great over the top fish and chips. I should of thought about the location not being an area known for fish. It was so-so and not over the top by any means. Service very good, clean, as well as friendly. I wouldn’t drive another hour in the future.

The food was fresh , hot, and delicious. It was my first time going and I will definitely be back.

Awesome place! Very good fried fish, super clean and fresh tasting. The staff was very nice and efficient. Young lady at the counter runs a tight ship!

Me and my mother always get the same thing. Their chicken and fry basket which also comes with hush puppies. The fries and chicken are great. The chicken is crispy on the out and juicy on the in. Sometimes it smells like the fish they serve but luckily it doesn't taste like it. I'm not a fan of fish 😅 there's usually pretty girls working up front and tho I haven't used it they may have a drive thru for picking up.

Rusty's has become one of my favorite places. My husband and I go every Tuesday and even too our son and his girl while the were in town over Christmas break. They loved it too. The food is great, the service is wonderful, and it's always so clean.

One of the best places around to get fish baskets. Their family meal is a solid price to feed the whole house and their Lemon pepper wings are one of the best I've ever had.

We went to Rusty's Wharf for the first time this evening and everything was fantastic. Can't say enough about the service friendliness of the employees and the great taste of the food. We will be back very soon. Thank you for the great experience.

Great little spot if you're just wanting some fish and chips. Order at the counter and then just have a seat. They use a mild white fish which had the appropriate amount of batter. Chips (fries) are thick cut and we're excellent. The shrimp and chicken planks were also on point.

I love going to Rusty's! I think the fish & shrimp are alot better than Red Lobster. I drive down there from Mt. Vernon just for your food and the people who work there are always friendly and make you feel that you are a welcome customer.

Very nice staff. The atmosphere is great, clean, but we all sat on very wet chairs in the dining room. Guess they must have cleaned them with very wet towels and didn't wipe them dry afterward. We were not impressed at all with the fish. Didn't like the flavor, way to much breading. Didn't like the fries. Maybe the oil needed to be changed. Coleslaw was great. Overall, I am not satisfied with the food.

1st visit and have to admit I was somewhat disappointed with the fish. The batter was good but the size and amount of fish was not good. Loved the Hush Puppy's and frys. The chili was very tasty and my wife loved her Bacon Cheeseburger. My cousin said her coney dog was delicious.

This is the second time eating the food. The 1st time, food was fabulous; this time, not so much, The fish and chicken were lacking flavor, the hush puppies were lacking flavor and fell apart in my hands. I gave an overall 4 because the service was good. Sorry, hopefully it will get better.

Just wanted to say we have always looked forward to our fish at the wharf. We ate there on 12/8/23 and it was the worst tastinf fish we have had, we could tell the fish was not the quality we have had before. Our grandson got the kids chicken tender meal and it was so dry and ouver cooked he couldnt even eat anything but his fries. I don't like to complain but afer dwelling on it over the weekend I feIt should.
