I
have
used
the
grooming
services
at
Springboro
Vet
for
several
years
without
any
issues.
The
last
time
I
brought
my
dog
in
they
gave
me
a
list
of
items
she
would
need
in
order
to
continue
to
be
groomed
at
their
facility.
I
took
the
list
to
my
vet
and
got
one
of
the
required
vaccines
(lepto)
but
not
the
other
one
(flu)
because
there
was
a
shortage
and
no
vet
offices
in
the
area
could
provide
a
flu
shot.
I
had
my
grooming
appointments
scheduled
for
the
year
and
each
time
I
would
call
to
see
if
I
could
bring
my
dog
without
the
flu
shot
and
they
would
state
no
(but
also
could
not
provide
the
shot).
In
the
interim
I
tried
two
other
grooming
facilities
(one
being
in
a
vet’s
office)
and
neither
required
any
more
than
what
my
vet
had
already
performed.
I
called
the
office
a
few
days
ago
since
my
dog
had
an
appointment
on
the
books.
They
told
me
that
they
finally
had
the
flu
vaccine
and
my
dog
could
be
seen
(yay!).
I
had
my
vet’s
office
send
over
my
dog’s
records
two
days
before
the
scheduled
appointment.
I
don’t
hear
anything
from
Springboro
Vet
so
I
assume
we
are
all
good.
It
was
only
when
I
drove
to
the
office
did
they
bother
to
inform
me
that
the
my
dog
would
still
need
additional
services
before
being
groomed.
The
most
baffling
was
the
request
for
a
lepto
shot
as
she
just
had
a
series
of
two
four
months
ago.
My
vet
records
show
she
isn’t
due
until
next
June.
Another
requirement
was
a
heartworm
test
even
though
she
has
had
one
and
is
on
preventatives.
They
also
wanted
to
perform
other
services
in
the
name
of
“safety.”
My
other
dog
was
groomed
here
many
times
without
any
of
these
additional
requirements.
I
have
been
going
round
in
circles
with
this
office
for
a
bit
but
it’s
just
chef’s
kiss
that
I
had
to
drive
over
there
to
be
turned
away
without
buying
vet
services
my
dog
doesn’t
need.
I
had
even
sent
a
text
to
them
two
days
before
the
scheduled
appointment
that
stated
if
what
was
being
provided
by
my
vet
was
not
enough
please
cancel
the
appointment.
They
responded
with
“see
you
Friday.”
This
one-star
review
is
for
the
lack
of
communication
by
the
office.
Suzanne
the
groomer
is
five
stars
and
I
will
miss
using
her
services.
