Took my cat here for emergency surgery in November of 2022! They were more affordable then The Care Center...still pricey...but that is life when your cat decides to eat string. They were very kind to both of us. I enjoyed their staff and pricing so much I switched her general vet care to them and as needed our other pets as well.

Ours is a brachycephalic dog. She has so many allergy issues, had parasite issues as a puppy when we got her also she is heat intolerant and so we have had multiple vet visits. This office is exceptionally responsive and has very caring front office associates. Sarah especially has been very kind. We personally have had an amazing experience with Dr. Chip and Kibo loves seeing him . But when Dr. Chip has been busy the other vets have been excellent as well. They are always patient and take the time to listen to and solve the problem. We would not go anywhere else!

The Staff is very friendly, helpful, and very gentle and kind with my pets. Top Notch people and service. Unlike some other vet clinics who only seem to care about money and not your pets. Was Very Impressed with the whole experience. Give them a try, your pets will Thank You.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, especially Dr. Scholz. We recently had to make the very difficult decision to let our beloved kitty pass. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and gave us all possible options to help us make the best decision. This is a wonderful care team.

My review is for the daycare and boarding, I have never used them as a vets office. All 3 of my dogs have stayed here when I went on trips, and my husky goes once a week for daycare. This place has been amazing for us, because my husky is a total wild child and taking him somewhere to blow off steam helps so much. I love that they post pictures everyday. If you board with them, they take a video of the morning kennel routine and text you updates. The last time I boarded my dogs I was having major surgery, and being able to watch them on camera as I was waiting at the hospital really helped. The little things add up. My husky loves it here too. He super does NOT like strangers touching on him, but there's a vet tech who works the front desk that snuggles him and he doesn't seem fazed, so I think he's made lots of friends there. He gets very excited every time we go!

Terrible, the older male vet I saw here didn't know how to handle my dog properly and she fell over. Also, said my dog had something wrong with her and needed more tests, however, my vet looked at the same xrays and said she was fine. Overpriced, rude on the phone, tries to get you to buy unneeded services. Just because you have programs doesn't mean you should charge way more for your lack of service.

I have used the grooming services at Springboro Vet for several years without any issues. The last time I brought my dog in they gave me a list of items she would need in order to continue to be groomed at their facility. I took the list to my vet and got one of the required vaccines (lepto) but not the other one (flu) because there was a shortage and no vet offices in the area could provide a flu shot. I had my grooming appointments scheduled for the year and each time I would call to see if I could bring my dog without the flu shot and they would state no (but also could not provide the shot). In the interim I tried two other grooming facilities (one being in a vet’s office) and neither required any more than what my vet had already performed. I called the office a few days ago since my dog had an appointment on the books. They told me that they finally had the flu vaccine and my dog could be seen (yay!). I had my vet’s office send over my dog’s records two days before the scheduled appointment. I don’t hear anything from Springboro Vet so I assume we are all good. It was only when I drove to the office did they bother to inform me that the my dog would still need additional services before being groomed. The most baffling was the request for a lepto shot as she just had a series of two four months ago. My vet records show she isn’t due until next June. Another requirement was a heartworm test even though she has had one and is on preventatives. They also wanted to perform other services in the name of “safety.” My other dog was groomed here many times without any of these additional requirements. I have been going round in circles with this office for a bit but it’s just chef’s kiss that I had to drive over there to be turned away without buying vet services my dog doesn’t need. I had even sent a text to them two days before the scheduled appointment that stated if what was being provided by my vet was not enough please cancel the appointment. They responded with “see you Friday.” This one-star review is for the lack of communication by the office. Suzanne the groomer is five stars and I will miss using her services.

We brought my son’s Guinea pigs in for mites and respiratory infection. Dr Beall and his staff were wonderful!!! Very compassionate, knowledgeable and affordable.
