It's wonderful to share positive experience! It's clear that there are many swimming classes offered in our sorrounding areas. My deep appreciation for the place, its service, the staff, and the overall atmosphere. Their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a great experience has left a lasting impression on me and my family. It's especially heartwarming to know that my sons have developed a love for swimming in this welcoming environment. I would HIGHLY recommend AquaTots Westerville! We have been going here since my 4 year old daughter was in the infant class and I can’t say enough great things about the staff and leadership team here. The swim coaches and manager, coach Ryan, are wonderful. My daughter had an off day this week and instead of just letting her give up, her swim coach notified me and coach Ryan right away. Coach Ryan stepped in and provided encouragement and grace in a critical teaching moment for her that went well beyond a swim lesson, but also taught my daughter to be brave and self confident. He also sat and talked with me to get my thoughts and shared his perspective as well. My daughter left the building the same evening singing and dancing and proud of her swimming achievements. A big thank you to coach Ryan and the Westerville Aqua-Tots team! We are grateful for you and and the compassion, kindness and encouragement you show each day to your students!

My daughter has had a fear of water since she was an infant even though she has never had any traumatic experience with water; so once she turned 4, and wasn’t getting over her fear of water I knew I needed professional help. She has seen a few coaches there but coach Kaya is a super star! She is such an awesome teacher, she is very patient and caring with my daughter. My kiddo goes to swim class twice a week and has been going for a month now, can’t say she’s swimming yet but she’s definitely getting over her fear of water and for me that’s a major win!

I love that every skill being taught to both my children is something with safety in mind. The front desk ladies already know is which makes the school so welcoming. The regular feedback from the coaches is amazing and being able to track their progress in the app is wonderful! Everyone so far has been incredibly kind and patient, especially with my youngest who can't seem to stop screaming throughout a lesson. (Thank you Coach Mina!) After only a few weeks my oldest is already so much more confident in the water and I definitely credit that to Aqua-Tots. I have already recommended it to many and will continue to do so!

I love aqua tots, my children were even afraid of water getting in their face when we first started. Now they're swimming so well. I get so excited watching them learn more skills every week. Let's not also forget the excellent and friendly reception from the staff. They are all so nice and helpful. I really recommend Aqua-tots!

My daughter has been swimming with Aqua-Tots since she was 5 months old, as a now 2 year old she has gained so much confidence in the water and we truly feel she is much safer thanks to the the program. We have had many great coaches, but we especially love coach Sequoyah. She is so great with the kids and does an excellent job helping prepare them for the next level while providing a fun and safe learning environment. We look forward to swimming every week!

Aqua-Tots Westerville continues to be one of the best investments our family has made. The safety of our child is of upmost importance and Aqua-Tots does not fail to provide high levels of safety. The staff is well trained and genuinely seeks to teach the children in a fun and safe manner. We have adored and appreciated all of our instructors, including our newest, Sequoyah, who demonstrated professionalism, patience, and the ability to adapt to each child's individual learning needs (use of sign language). Aqua-Tots Westerville's management has been nothing less than excellent to us. We have appreciated honest communication, continual follow-up, and flexible scheduling in regards to our son's learning and safety needs. We have so much appreciation for Ryan's assistance and direction. We would highly recommend Aqua-Tots to other families for life saving swimming instruction.

The instructors are professional, and very good with the kids. They share updates on progress, and help build the children’s confidence in the water.
