Anita's
Kitchen
was
the
choice
of
my
high
school
alumni
ladies
lunch
this
month.
It
was
my
first
visit.
Anita's
is
larger
on
the
inside
than
it
looks
from
the
parking
lot.
It's
large
enough
to
accomodate
a
table
full
of
some
of
the
member's
of
Anderson
High
School's
class
of
'65.
While
the
breakfast
menu
appeared
rather
ordinary,
I
opted
for
one
of
my
favorite
lunches--a
BLT,
served
with
chips
(very
good
and
crispy
and
I'm
not
talking
about
Lay's)
and
a
pickle
spear.
I
ordered
my
bacon
very
crispy
because
I
can't
stand
bacon
fat,
and
I
wasn't
disappointed.
It
was
cooked
to
perfection.
The
only
thing
I
didn't
like
about
my
lunch
was
the
fact
that
Pepsi
was
the
only
soft
drink
on
the
menu
and
I
am
a
Coca
Cola
fanatic.
So
I
chose
coffee,
which
was
hot
and
plentiful.
The
service
was
outstanding
and
the
wait
staff
was
super
friendly.
All
my
companions
were
pleased
as
well
and
we
will
definitely
go
back
again.
