I had a horrible time with this place. I was recommended here after calling the Suicide hotline and then was matched with a woman who was extremely rude and condescending. She was judge mental of personal choices I made and made me extremely uncomfortable. after meeting her was told she couldn’t be my therapist so she sent me to someone else. After that I was billed over 100$ for this horrible experience. Thanks for scamming me when I was at my worst!!

I've gotten great care and have been able to get my Zoloft prescription for the past 8 years through Debra Santos at Life stance. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Debra always listens to me and we figure out the best plan for my anxiety.

For a not so tech person, the teleview option was very easy to set up. My doctor “McDonald is a caring, thoughtful and nurturing soul; even if I’m paying her😂

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY. Wish I could give less than one star. Especially for Debra Santos! Can't get a hold of anyone! I've been out of my medication for FIVE DAYS!! I've left several messages and all I'm told is that the Dr. is out of the office and they cant do anything to help. It is EXTREMELY dangerous for someone to go this many days without their antidepressants. This is exactly how someone can do something permanent to themselves that could have easily been avoided if they just got their medication refilled. All I was asking for is a refill on my zoloft that i have been on for 4 years. AN SSRI THAT HAS NO POTENTIAL FOR ABUSE. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refill... Will definitely be switching providers after this fiasco and letting everyone I know to STAY FAR AWAY from Lifestance Health.

I have had the most amazing experience with my provider at Lifestance health. I was paired with a doctor to confront unaddressed grief after the death of a loved one - and the self abusing behaviors that go along with it. It has not even been a year and I feel well on the way to finally re-emerging in a completely new mind set. After every session I genuinely am motivated to push myself even further in self love and creating positivity in the world. Not only do I give them five stars, I just simply want to say thank you.
