wrong
with
the
office
workers
and
the
office
itself.
My
Dr.
is
fine
but
the
nurse
got
my
height
and
weight
completely
wrong
im
not
a
nurse
and
I
knew
she
did
it
wrong
my
doctor
even
had
to
correct
her.
When
i
check
in
they
try
to
charge
me
20
saying
its
a
copay
fee.
Ive
double
checked
and
called
the
office,
my
insurance
company,
the
card
for
my
insurance,
and
billing
itself
and
they
say
they
see
nothing
involving
a
copay
after
trying
to
lie
and
say
my
information
is
not
in
their
system.
This
is
the
lady
in
the
front
office
is
trying
to
scam/steal
20
from
me.
I
gave
them
an
updated
version
of
my
insurance
card
and
she
still
tried
to
charge
me
20.
no
where
does
it
say
i
owe
20
for
any
of
my
appointments
even
on
the
my
chart
app.
Please
be
careful
of
this
scam
being
conducted
by
the
ladys
in
the
check
in
area
on
the
second
floor
of
this
doctor's
office.
Ths
other
nurse
took
my
blood
pressure
and
said
it
was
abnormally
high
and
told
me
the
readings
l,
my
blood
pressure
is
normal.
This
just
goes
to
show
that
no
one
in
this
office
knows
what
they
are
doing
and
or
doing
things
they
shouldn't
and
lying.😂
ridiculous
