For Christmas, our family received an amazing meat and cheese tray with a container of olives, sun dried tomatoes, and ricotta cheese with a fresh baked loaf of bread. Phenomenal doesn’t even begin to describe how good this food is!!!

The 'dealer's choice ' individually curated sandwich is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Selected meats, cheese and fixings to your taste based on a questions about your individual tastes. Best sandwich ever. And the owner is a great teacher about the magic of cheese and reccoem dations on hownto maximize the flavor!

Sandwiches are amazing. Dill dip is so yummy. The staff is so polite, helpful & hard-working. Always unique food items here. Some items can be expensive but its worth it for the quality, flavor & supporting small business.

I recently had the best grilled cheese sandwich I've had in a long time. The staff were very friendly and helpful in selecting the right cheese and treats they offered also. They had a wide range of options to choose from, and I found some delicious choices that I'm looking forward to returning to in the future.

This place is incredible. The selection of meats, cheeses, and other locally sourced foods is unmatched — not just for South Bend, but for any city. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and the large charcuterie board we got was a massive hit. We decided to order a few sandwiches for our group while we were there since we were so impressed by the selection and staff. The meat and cheese were sliced on the spot and we sampled the local honey and brie while we waited, and - you guessed it — those were fantastic. The sandwiches exceeded expectations, as did everything else. This place is an absolute MUST VISIT if you’re in the area. Sign up for one of their classes where they teach you how to pair foods. For example, during Halloween, they did a candy and cheese pairing. We were skeptical, so they gave us a few samples. We were blown away. Who would’ve known that airheads would pair with goat cheese?? Anyways, we’ll be back here whenever we’re in town. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed. Keys open doors.

I love this place! I picked up a cheese and meats box for the Thanksgiving holiday time, and it was perfect! It had many other garnishes too. I picked up crackers from the store as well and everybody in my family was thrilled. It was also super easy to place an order with them because they are so knowledgeable about their products and they ask the right questions. Thank you!

Came in to grab a couple of sandwiches. Was very pleasantly surprised. I tried a sample of the spicy cheese curd, it was very good. Ill have to go back and get some. The were 3 ladies working there, they were all very nice. The answered all the questions I had and when I told one it had been my birthday she gave me a sample of a canolie. It was the best one I have ever had. The sandwiches I got were very good even though I let them get cold before I ate them. I did not get any pictures of them. I did however get pictures of their menu and some of the place. I did not get pictures of their seating area but I did peek in there. It look cozy and pleasant. One of the cases had cheese made from my hometown of Walkerton which was a nice surprise. Ill have to go back and try more things.

We see our Dental clinicians at IUSB in South Bend. ( please forgive the redundancy.) Nothing can make having your teeth cleaned a more pleasant experience than knowing you get to go to oh Mama's at some point on the adventure. The cheese is sent down directly from heaven. The people are the most Pleasant on the planet. There's a whole lot of South Benders that don't know how lucky they are.

This place sells birch beer! If you’re unfamiliar with what that is, after they brew root beer, there’s a lot of sugar and other stronger sweeter delicious root beer stuff at the bottom of that barrel that would normally get wasted. Instead, they just turn that into birch beer! It has a much sweeter stronger sassafrass taste to it! Not a cheap 12 pack though. I also got this panaforte cheese which was really good!

We were passing through and found this amazing little shop. We got sandwiches, the Italian and SOD. Both were delicious and very good portions. So many wonderful cheeses, meats and other charcuterie. Service was excellent and everyone was so friendly. We even bought some things for later. Definitely will be returning!

This was my first time here. The person working was helpful and knowledgeable with all of the questions I had. There was a good selection of meats, cheeses, salads and other hard to find quality foods. There were tons of samples! They make their own cheese! The sandwiches were fantastic! I can't wait to go back.

Anytime I go there, which is weekly sometimes, everyone is always so nice. They know my tastes in cheese and always remember what I like. I go so much, that I was at the farmers market recently and one of the girls from oh mamma’s was there and said “ I’ve been thinking about you and hoped you’d be here. I have something for you to try”. I mean who does that anymore? Their cheese is off the chain as is their service. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Staff was very welcoming and took the time to answer any questions I had. I ordered the daily special and it was hands down some of the best food I've had in this town. The staff are passionate about what they do and it shows in the taste. Great place to pick up some meats and cheeses to boot.

They’re incredibly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the items they sell. If you haven’t been here yet, you are missing out!

Oh, Mamma! This place was an incredible find for a traveling Chef finding himself in the South Bend area. These ladies made me look like a hero at a corporate event for 60 people. The quality of product and service are absolutely at top of game. They perfectly pre-cut the cheeses and sliced all of the meats. Everything was set up for me to make an awesome display. Also included was a delightfully curated selection of bread, condiments, and olives. Oh, and on both of my visits, they wouldn't let me leave without a sandwich, just like Mamma.

Knowledgeable about their meats and cheeses. Their pricing is fair to good, slightly below average from the places I've been. It's still pretty easy to drop 50-75 bucks in about 5 minutes. Well worth it. If you are a foodie in south bend, I've no doubt you will find something to please your taste buds here. This goat cheese chèvre and some crusty bread really is my go-to... everything else is just bonus.

"Oh mamma!" That's what you'll say walking in to this tiny Italian delicatessen. Offering a large selection of imported cheeses and salamis along with local goods, this little diner is a place you must visit. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. My wife and I had two cheese panini (one with muffuletta salad and the other with a fruit jam). We also tried goat cheese filled cherry pepers and olive cheese and salami antipasto. Soooooo good!

I went here for a cheese tasting class with my friend and her husband. It was super fun and actually really informative. I definitely would recommend.

Delicious little deli. Came into town for work and needed a quick stop before heading back to the office. Sandwiches were so tasty and the bread was amazing! Very fresh bread. Got the Italian with muffaletta topping, toasted. Small sitting area with tables and a stool bar. Don't let the outside view scare ya off! The service was wonderful and very helpful in answering questions. A great local dining spot. Please support this place! Shop also has other homemade goods for purchase. Don't forget to snag a cannoli before you leave. $1 each.

Great sandwich and Birch Beer! The workers were super friendly and even gave us a complimentary cannoli when they found out it was our first time visiting. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. It seemed like most of the customers were locals and regulars. When the lady behind the counter learned it was my first time there, she offered me a free mini cannolo. I don't live nearby, but if I did I'd definitely return.

This shop will make you want to move to South Bend. They have a fantastic variety of cheeses, meats, jams, etc. they make sandwhich E’s for lunch, charcuterie plates and much more. And they have a monthly subscription and for June for $25 you get 4 different types of cheese for the “small” subscription. The staff is super nice, and really helpful.
