AWFUL!! Sorriest bleeping taco salad ever. I’m used to the Taco Bell near where I live in Clayton, Ohio, having a drive thru, that in the evening, takes forever to get you through...I am talking it would be quicker to go have Mexican at a Mexican place if any were open after 9. With that said at least they give you what you pay for. The Taco Bell in Richmond, Indiana, portions their food in such a miserly manner one would think it is WWII times and food is being rationed.

This is literally the best Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I’ve been to dozens all over the USA. Always full portions, always clean inside, and always hard working people who are friendly and care a lot about taking pride in their work. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant, but lots of other chains could learn a lot about how to care for their customers. Been coming here since 2020.

I hate fast food. But any I ordered online and picked up in the drive through and was made exactly to order and was ready when I got there. The guys working get 5 stars from me for being on it.

I went through the drive-through on this particular trip and paid for the people behind me. I love doing that!! The tacos were pretty good, and I'm sure I'll be back one of these days to get some more. The people who work here are very nice and friendly. Didn't take too long to get through the drive-through either. Thanks, Taco Bell!!

We don't get to eat here very often, but when we do, everyone is very professional & patient. Our food is always nice & hot & we never wait very long !

My quesadilla was burnt till it was just short of black. My toasted breakfast burrito was also burnt. I'm getting damn fed up with teenagers who could care less about customers or their food getting hired at these fastfood restaurants. Doesn't anyone care about their businesses or customer service anymore, or is it only about the all mighty dollar and how much of it the franchises can take from us giving absolutely nothing in return?

Came through on 8/20/2023 just a few minutes after 1am and was told they were out of beef. I said that’s fine you can just put chicken in our tacos and then the lady tried to charge me for the chicken. As a previous manager of Taco Bell, I was aware if they ran out of a food product they should not charge me. When I asked them to remove the charge since they ran out of beef I was very rudely told it is company policy to charge it like you normally would. I argued with her for a moment but she was very rude so I decided not to give them my business. Will never be stopping at that Taco Bell again!

6 year old review Tonight was my last time going here period 15 minutes at the window and my spicy tostada is soaking wet sad man you'd figure after a remodel and new employees it'd be good the girl at the window was nice very sweet but the place is dreadful. Updated the service is still questionable but the food has gotten better but in contrast the customer service has declined but I'm not there to socialize I order online get out as fast as they allow.
