wow. although this was awhile ago, i thought i would share the awful experience i went through with hardly any details, only to say i had an awful experience here. we had always felt at ease and at home before this experience. we would always recommend this dentist to anyone that had asked for recommendations, now we only tell people to flee. i had an appointment for a filling that was supposed to be quick and easy like always. it was truly the most terrifying and unprofessional appointment i have ever attended. after not finishing what needed to be fixed, we went to a different office and had MANY more procedures after fixing the original problem to fix the things that were neglected for years. i am a teenager that already hated the dentist, now i’m scared to step foot into a dentist office.

Came in, was told they reached out to my insurance beforehand and that there would be no fee's for my visit (via from insurance). 2 weeks go by, I get charged $250 for X-Rays that I was told were covered under insurance. Nope here I am a year and a half later being dinged on my credit for an expense that I never received.

Dr. Swinny is a great guy. He proved that my last dentist was giving me work that wasn't needed. He is friendly and gentle unlike my previous experiences. I highly recommend him and I do so often. He has helped me become more comfortable in a dentist office.

Toothache was ruining my life. Swinney's office got me in swiftly and resolved my pain quickly. Much appreciated.

The atmosphere in this office is terrific! Love all the girls that work there. Dr. Sweeney is an awesome dentist and really cares about your issues. No plans on going anywhere else. He has done such great things for me.

Hands down best dental experience I’ve ever had. The whole office is super friendly and down to earth, and it was a relief to not feel judged after being away from a dental office in so long. I highly recommend to anyone who is nervous about seeing a dentist.

Great dentist , great person. I am telling everyone I know to go to him , down to earth and shoots straight with you , I am not a fan of dentist but he won me over. Had two teeth pulled , and I never felt a thing , and I never healed as fast afterwards . He explained every move he made and I felt comfortable in his care . I really appreciate him and his staff for their excellence and care. They got me in quick and were absolutely the perfect match for me . Thank you Dr.Swinney and thank you ladies for the best care I have ever received from any dentist office . Keep up the awesome work so guys such as myself can get the care and help needed . These people are great! I have had to visit their office several times now, and every visit has been wonderful. I WAS the type of person who would avoid the dentist at all cost. I can face it now, I have always been a chicken when it comes to visiting the dentist. I had a root canal and a filling, both of which were pain free! Stress Free! I really am glad that I have found a dentist I can Trust, and that's Brent Swinney DDS! Don't be afraid of these guys, they are honest, helpful, caring individuals that will take great care of you and your family! Five Star service from everyone in this office! Thank you so much!
